Summary:
This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 1 bath condo features an open layout with its own private deck or patio that you access through French doors. High end finishes including stainless appliances, granite counter tops, knotty alder cabinets, bamboo hardwood floors. This small quaint community features gated courtyard with large fountain and seating. Condo has flat screen Smart tv's with WIFI internet service.

The Space:
The bedrooms feature king-sized beds and Smart TVs with all your favorite streaming apps. Beautifully tiled bathtub/shower combination includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Bathroom features a large vanity with double-sinks.

Kitchen comes completely furnished with all cookware, bakeware, glasses, utensils, toaster and Keurig coffeemaker with coffee, creamer and sugar provided. Kitchen is open to the living room and features a bartop with barstools.

Washer/dryer are included, as well as one reserved parking space.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo, in addition to one reserved parking space and community courtyard.

The Neighborhood:
Our Condo is located just two blocks from the Country Club Plaza and the Westport area of Kansas City. Designed in 1922, the Plaza was built as the country's first suburban shopping district. Stroll through it's endless options of stores, restaurants and nightlife. Make sure to stop along the way to admire the art & architecture. Numerous fountains, sculptures and murals make the Plaza a true outdoor art gallery. Our condo is also in close proximity to Westport, Midtown, Downtown and the RiverMarket.

Getting Around:
If you opt to not bring a car, RideShare and taxi options are plentiful and easily available. KC Metro bus line also has a nearby stop.

• No parties or events. This is strictly not tolerated.
• No smoking of any kind, includes vaping. Charges assessed for smoking.
*Pets welcome with responsible owners; certain aggressive breeds not allowed. Please inquire with any questions.
***Variations in furniture/furnishings could vary due to replacement over time, but will always be of like kind as shown in the listing photos and detail.
***Violation of house rules could cause guest to be asked to leave with no refund.
***Due to this being a condo building, there is a potential for hearing normal noise from connecting units.

Maybe because we arrived when it was dark that we had difficulty finding the parking lot and enterance to the building. Signs were not visible or apparent. The guests upstairs were parked halfway into our designated spot. And often smoking on the patio that we could smell in our unit.

Run down, poor response with owner, mold, one fork; does not look like pictures. Upstairs tenants very loud. Worst stay in my 20urs of using Vrbo. Owner would not meet halfway when I had to check out. First time publishing a bad review.

My daughter & fiancé live in KC. A few of us drove in from Texas to attend their engagement dinner party and for her “yes” to the dress day. The condo was very clean & in a nice safe area. We were close enough to everything in the city. The rental manager responded quickly when we had an issue with accessing at check-in. Other than that everything was satisfactory. We will definitely re-book for future use when visiting our daughter.

Loved the area and this apartment was so cute and clean. Minor issues with the TV and dryer but the amenities overall were amazing and I will definitely be back next time I’m in Kansas City! Highly recommend.

The apartment was lovely. However, on our second night there was a party and a fight in the apartment above us that finally got quiet about 3:10 am I think the police came. Also, you might want to check your cleaning service. The shower curtain had that orange soap scum and mold on it so we bought some Clorax and cleaned it up. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay and visit with friends within walking distance of the Plaza .

It's the perfect amount of space for 4 people. It would be nice to have better lighting in the living room. The neighbors upstairs from us were VERY noisy (night and day!) Not enough places to hang things, could use a few more hooks and another towel bar, since it's 2 bedrooms. We liked being able to cook and not have to go out for every meal.

Would definitely book this again.Bring a flashlight if you arrive in early evening. Exterior lights for condo units didn't come on until an hour or so after it was totally dark, making it difficult to find unit and negotiate stairs. A better assortment of bath / kitchen linens, plates, bowls, and cutlery would also be useful.

Everything about our stay was fabulous! The place looked exactly like it did online. Just a short walk to the plaza shopping area. The owners were great as well. We only rented for one night, but on short notice needed a second night. The unit we stayed in was already booked so the owner recommended another unit of theirs in the same area. It was just as amazing. Thank you so much for a great experience.

I hate to give poor reviews, but this was very disappointing. The worse part was the smell. It smelled like dogs, which was very uncomfortable for us, we're not dog owners and it made us feel kind of sick. The bathtub drain stopper doesn't work so we couldn't take our nightly baths- I couldn't give my 3 yr old a bath. The cable went in and out nonstop- we couldn't get through 2 minutes of a show. The dark curtains are only set up on half the window in the bedroom so there is no way to block out light. The bed was ok, but the pillows were really bad. Overall this is not a place that should be rented for this high rate. You can stay at any 4 star hotel in KC for that price or less right now, we were close to leaving and renting a real hotel room. We highly regret choosing this spot for our stay in KC.

I really enjoyed this lovely apartment for a stay while I was visiting family. The location near the Plaza is awesome - you can walk to everything. Check in and out was so easy! The kitchen has the bare bones basics but not enough plates and bowls if you have a family. Linens are a bit worn and there were a few small things that needed to be repaired. The only real downside of the property was the unit above seemed like another rental and 3 of the 7 nights I was there were big parties and loud noise and music went on until 2-3 in the morning. The other days and nights the whole neighborhood was nice and quiet. I realize the owner can’t do anything about the other property but it’s a reality of this unit. Note that there is not an elevator and stairs are required to access the apartment.

Lack of communication

Lack of communication

I was disappointed in the lack of communication after my stay. I wanted an itemized copy and information on when the "refundable deposit " was going to be returned because I know we didn't damage anything nor did we leave it dirty. I even informed that their patio lights weren't working but it didn't bother us. I am received no information. The condo has a touch of charm but still has the smell of an old building. I bought some candles to help but overall the condo was okay but definitely not worth the $235 they charged me.
