Lovely house with cracking views but very hot when we stayed so house would have benefited from some air conditioning

Upon arrival the cleaners were very helpful and busy about their work, the property manager arrived as scheduled and all was in place for the utterly enjoyable holiday we experienced.
The facilities were excellent with everything catered for, the pool a refreshing break from the soaring temperatures and the loungers very popular with the teens!
The view is amazing and boat spotting from the balcony a regular pastime.
Recommend the local boulangerie, with the nearby Spar very convenient when you cannot be bothered, or it is to hot, to go to the hypermarket!
All in all thoroughly recommended for a family week of relaxation in the sun.

The view is great. There is a lovely little bakery just around the corner and very nice hosts who were easy to contact.
The beach is within walking distance, and it has some of the clearest water we have ever seen along the French Mediterranean coast. The café offers some really good food and very nice staff.
Yes, some of the interior is a bit dated, but you will find that it doesn't matter at all. The bedrooms are nice, simple, and clean, and the terrace and pool are amazing. The pool is a little short of 2m at its deepest for those who care about that. :)

On Arrival at Le Messidor you are instantly amazed with the panoramic view of the coastline and the large swimming pool. It was the perfect place for our family holiday. We spent our days around the pool, sitting under the trees for shade and evenings on the terrace watching the boats and twinkling lights of the distant towns. Walking distance to the Boulangerie, supermarket, restaurants, port, beach and train station made it a perfect location. Would highly recommend a stay at Le Messidor.

This is a beautiful villa in an excellent location. The facilities are great for groups of friends and for families with teenagers. The host was very welcoming. All in all an excellent holiday location with easy access to public transport if you don't want to drive or hire a car.

The villa was perfect for our family holiday! Large, spacious & light with plenty of rooms to allow everyone their own space! A well equipped kitchen & laundry facilities etc. Beautiful grounds with plenty of shady areas which we definitely needed with weather temps we weren’t used to!!!
Of course the piece de resistance was the wonderful pool which the we all loved & had great fun in …. from baby to grandparents!!!!

Great for a group
We had a lovely stay at this property. We were a group of 3 familes each with 3 kids aged 2-8 so 15 of us in all and had plenty of room. The kids had a great time at the pool and balcony with amazing views was a great place for the adults to relax in the evening. Nice beaches and restaurants within walking distance, highly recommended!

Zeer ruim huis met heerlijk zwembad vlakbij de zee
Zeer ruim huis, ietwat gedateerd, maar wel voorzien van alle gemakken. Prima ontvangst en snelle service van Christophe bij klein ongemak.. Vooral veel gebruik gemaakt van zwembad en tafeltennis tafel. Kortom, heerlijke relaxte vakantie gehad met kinderen en kleinkinderen.

Geweldig familieverblijf!
Door het geweldige uitzicht en de riante woning was het heel fijn om hier te verblijven. Iedereen heeft voldoende ruimte en badkamers. Het zwembad is erg fijn en alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig voor een zorgeloze vakantie. Ook een fijne Weber buitenkeuken/grill/gasbbq op het terras. Bakker en supermarktje om de hoek. Erg net en schoon huis. Een aanrader!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen
Wir, zwei Familien mit insgesamt 3 Kindern im Alter von 7-12 Jahren, haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig angelegt. Die Zimmer sind hübsch, geräumig und alle mit praktischen Einbauschränken ausgestattet. Die Bäder und Toiletten könnten eine Auffrischung gebrauchen (der Wasserdruck in den Duschen ist top).
Der Pool ist ungeheizt und war für mich (Frostbeule) zu frisch, doch die Kinder waren schmerzfrei und haben stundenlang geplanscht. Chemie/Chlor des Pools wurde ein mal pro Woche geprüft.
Genial fanden wir den Bäcker und den Spar fürs nötigste um die Ecke. Verschiedene Restaurants sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider sind einige im Oktober schon geschlossen.
Das Meer ist problemlos zu Fuss erreichbar.

Ideal für 2-3 Familien. Sehr geräumiges Haus verteilt auf zwei Stockwerke. Gut gepflegter, grosser Pool. Auch der Gartenumschwung bietet Platz für Boggia, Tischtennis etc.
Die Badezimmer sind gut funktionstüchtig, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr gut gelegen mit wunderbaren Blick auf's Meer, die Boulangerie in nächster Nähe und der Strand in Gehdistanz. Was wünscht man sich mehr?

A great villa for multiple young families
We had a lovely stay at the villa - great for three families. The villa is spacious and well equipped. The pool is excellent (a great size for a villa rental) and we all enjoyed many hours splashing around. Communication with the owner was also excellent. I highly recommend!

Grossartige Lage und Sicht
Die Lage des Objektes ist perfekt, die Sicht vom Grundstück aus grandios! Zu Fuss zum Strand, zum Bäcker um die Ecke und eine Auswahl mehrerer einfacher aber guten Restaurants zu Fuss. Der Pool ist gross und mit dem Poolhaus sehr angenehm. Man hat mit dem vielen Grün in der Umgebung und der unverbaubaren Sicht nie das Gefühl, in einer Wohnsiedlung zu sein. Das Haus selbst ist grosszügig, eher einfach ausgestattet, gut und sehr funktional proportioniert. Die Küche ist mit allem, um gut Kochen zu können, ausgestattet. Die Bäder sind ältlich aber funktionieren. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, der Strassen- und Zuglärm gut erträglich.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, für uns war alles perfekt!

Parfait en tout point
De la prise de contact à la fin du séjour, tout s'est très bien déroulé. Maison très spacieuse, beaucoup de chambres, pièces d'eau très propres et emplacement idéal. Nous étions 12 amis pour un WE de 3 jours et nous étions tous très contents de la villa Messidor. Piscine agréable et vue fantastique. Personne en charge à l'écoute et flexible, nous recommandons cet endroit.

Difficile d'apporter une appréciation supplémentaire aux commentaires précédents, sans prendre le risque de faire des doublons, et tant notre ressenti correspond exactement à tout ce qui vient d'être écrit précédemment ! Cette magnifique Villa spacieuse, et totalement équipée, voir plus que l'on ne pourrait l'espérer, nous a permis de passer un séjours idéal entre amis pour venir pratiquer notre sport favoris sur les nombreux golfs de la région et par la même occasion découvrir les charmes innombrables de cette partie de la Cote d'Azur.
Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et la délicate attention lors de notre arrivée à la Villa.
Nous n'aurons plus besoin de chercher un autre endroit pour l'Année prochaine, je pense que nous avons trouvé Le Graal !!!

vacances exceptionnelles
nous avons passé une semaine avec des amis à la villa Messidor. La vue est tout simplement incroyable ! La maison se prête à merveille à des vacances entre amis car elle est vraiment spacieuse. Tout était exactement comme précisé sur l'annonce. Nous avons découvert de belles randonnées dans l'Estérel et profité de baignades en mer car la plage est à 5 minutes à pied. Les commerces sont tout proches, on peut même acheter le poisson aux pêcheurs sur le port d'Agay... Nous nous sentions tellement bien que nous sommes peu sortis le soir. C'était vraiment des vacances réussies à tout point de vue.

Un séjour de 7 jours à 11 avec nos grands enfants et leurs compagnons et mon Papa. La maison s'y prête très bien, chacun son espace, chacun son armoire spacieuse, tout ce qu'il faut dans une belle cuisine :électroménager au top, ustensiles, de cuisine, couverts, vaisselle. Pour se retrouver à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur : fauteuils, chaises, tables, bains de soleil... Le sous-sol énorme, le jardin ombragé pour garer plusieurs voitures à l'ombre.. La piscine est grande et la vue incroyable ! Le mois de juin sur La Côte d'Azur est peut-être bien l'un des meilleurs moments. Les commerçants ont le temps de papoter, les routes dégagées, plein de choses à faire.... Le Tiki plage accessible à pied est une bonne adresse pour dîner sur la plage. En réalité nous nous sommes un peu forcés à la découverte du coin préfèrant rester à la maison qui est devenue nôtre l'espace d'une belle semaine de retrouvailles !

Grande villa avec de beaux espaces de vie et une splendide vue sur la mer et sur l'île D'or, vastes chambres.
Y ayant séjourné hors saison, nous avons pu apprécier la proximité de la mer, des nombreux golfs, des randonnées dans le massif de l'Esterel, tout en imaginant que durant les périodes plus chargées, sa situation en hauteur et en recul du monde puisse être un atout formidable, tout en restant à proximité immédiate de tous commerces et activités.
Une grande quiétude règne à Messidor.

SUPERBE ET AGREABLE
Nous avons passés une magnifique semaine.
La maison est conforme au descriptif, idéalement située et au calme.
Cuisine parfaitement équipée et il est important de souligner qu'il y a suffisamment de vaisselle (non dépareillée) et d'ustensiles de cuisine correspondant à la capacité d'accueil (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les locations de vacances). A disposition, une buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge, bien utile même pendant les vacances!
La maison est superbement bien située au pied de l'Estérel et à 5 mn à pied de la plage par un chemin piétonnier.
La vue magnifique de la plupart des pièces de la maison nous a ravie.
Dès le matin, prendre son petit déjeuner au calme, sur la terrasse devant cette grande étendue de bleue est un pur bonheur.
En famille ou entre amis, cette villa offre de larges possibilités...tant par ses volumes que par la disposition des pièces. Même au complet, tout le monde a son espace vital préservé..
Les photos correspondent à la réalité mais c'est encore plus beau sur place!
