A modern and contemporary home located in the private community of Seacrest Beach. The home is located within walking distance of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We are only a mere 3-minute walk of the majestic 12 000 square-foot pool area of Seacrest Beach (open 9am to 10pm). It is only a 5-minute walk to the panoramic turquoise waters of the Gulf, although you also have the option of catching the complimentary tram, which runs from 9am to 6pm, March through October.

This bright and spacious home is brand new with hardwood floors throughout. The house sleeps maximum 6 people, so is suitable for a single family or 2-3 couples. ALL bedrooms have private bathrooms, new linens, bath and beach towels, soaps and shampoos. Home is self-catering and not serviced during your stay. We provide you with paper towel, toilet tissue, trash bags and dishwashing supplies for your first couple of days.

The home boasts an open plan living area on the first floor with grandeur high 10-foot ceilings. The kitchen is an entertainers dream with a gas stove and stainless-steel appliances, both a Keurig pod and drip coffee maker. The living room has a casual dining room table with a bench and bar stools and another 4 bar stools surround the quartz kitchen counter. The living room has 2 sofas and a loveseat and a large flat-screen smart HDTV. The living area then leads out onto a private back porch and a large, grassed lawn with tranquil water feature. Relax on the chaise under the custom gazebo covered in grape vines. The beautifully landscaped garden is great for the kids to play whilst you prepare dinner on the outdoor porch, which has a gas grill and plenty of comfortable chairs to enjoy your evening under the stars.

BEDROOM ARRANGEMENT:
All bedrooms are on the second floor.

● Master - King bed, dressing room, large walk-in shower and separate tub, double vanity. Porch overlooking the green area.
● Queen - Queen bed, large walk-in shower, private porch
● 3rd Room – Queen bed, shower

BABY EQUIPMENT - We can arrange for a crib or pack n play, both with mattresses and fitted sheet, to be setup prior to your arrival. Please request this when making a reservation request. There is a setup and cleaning fee of $75 (crib) and $35 (pack n play).

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Deposits are fully refundable if written cancellations are given at least 60 days prior to the arrival date, SUBJECT TO A 10% handling fee.
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-in: 4PM Central Time & Check-Out is by 10AM.

Great for our family of 4 adults and 3 young kids. The back yard is so nice for kids and drinking coffee in the mornings. It is very close to the amazing pool and beach pick up. You can walk to Alys beach and Rosemary in no time. Great layout with wide open floor plan. Look no further!

This house was beautifully appointed and in a terrific location. Easy, short walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants. It was plenty of space for two adults and 4 teenagers. The host was very timely with all communication.

The house was perfect for our family and the location can’t be beat. Nearly everything we wanted to do was within walking or biking distance. We only used our rental car three times in a 10 day stay and that included a trip to the grocery store.

We had a great time at this rental. The house has a great setup and the location is great. The neighborhood is really nice, community pool is excellent and the tram service to the beach is helpful as well - although you can walk if needed.

We stayed here with our 3 young children and the house was great. The beach and pool were very close and a huge hit with everyone. Restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, grocery store a short drive away to stock up. We would definitely return and book the same place again!

Great house with a great location. Easy bike to everyplace. Fun to explore the neighboring communities also. My only complaint is I’m not sure why you can’t ride bikes to the beach. There’s a tram but we wanted to ride bikes. Nice home and fun beach vacay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mustique! The house was really clean and plenty of room for our family of four. The hosts were very responsive to all questions we had leading up to our trip. The backyard was fun for our three year old to play in when we weren’t at the beach or pool. We also paid extra for a pack & play to be set up and it was ready to go, sturdy, and clean for our one year old. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Love the home and location. Great to walk to the beach and Alys and Rosemary beach. Pool area amazing. Would recommend smart TV’s. Adding a Roku or fire stick would suffice.

The beach house is spacious and was exceptionally clean, inside and out. We were very comfortable and the house was easy to keep neat. It was furnished nicely, with more than enough towels, pots, pans etc. The house is located in.a newer development. There was some construction of new homes in the neighborhood but we heard no noise. The swimming pool is wonderful and a tram runs you to the beach. It was a wonderfully relaxing stay. This is one of the best homes we have rented along 30A and we have been coming for over 30 years. It was not the busy season so we had no trouble with garbage pick up, which can occur in the middle of summer. We had that happen one trip...beyond gross.

Great location; less than a 5 minute walk to the pool, about a seven minute walk to the beach, and a ten minute walk to shops and restaurants. The house is cute and we appreciated the use of beach towels, beach.chairs and beach/pool toys. I wish there were blankets on the beds and a couple of throw blankets to get cozy on the couch, but other than that we had everything we needed.

My two friends and I stayed at Villa Mustique for 4 nights and wish it could have been way longer! My 3rd trip to Seacrest beach and it's always amazing! This property was my favorite so far! Pictures don't do it justice, it's absolutely beautiful! Exceptionally clean. Well stocked. Great layout, well all had our own bedroom with attached bath. Laura was a fantastic host, answering all of my questions and having everything we needed there! Check in was a breeze. Loved having the beach chairs available! And the outdoor shower! Would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing beautiful home away from home!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was even cuter in the photos and fit the needs of our family perfectly. We really enjoyed the location and close proximity to the pool, beach and all the little towns. It is a short bike ride to Peddlers, Alys Beach and Rosemary. The back yard was also a hit with our family providing a space for the kids to play well we cooked dinner, etc. We will certainly stay here again.

Beautiful home in a great location. Being able to walk everywhere was wonderful. The pool was amazing. The beach at Seacrest was too crowded so we drove to Inlet as suggested and it was nice.

The house is nice and quiet with a lovely back yard (that some how was cool even during the heat of the day). You felt removed from all the activity hanging out in the backyard - which was a welcome break. Just a couple blocks from the great resort pool and a quick walk to the beach.

Grandkids enjoyed the areas around rental property and were impress with accommodations. My wife and I look forward to returning to same location on an annual basis. The area is not congested as other locations , dining is available within a walking distance same as shops and you can drive a short distance to access other beaches and shopping experiences.

Great place to stay! We rented this at the last minute and we’re very pleased with everything. It was absolutely spotless. I literally had to search to try to find a blemish anywhere. The location is great and the property is very well-maintained. The only thing that it did not have was bicycles. No problem, you can rent them down the street but most of the other houses we have rented always came with them. I would definitely stay again!
