About this cottage rental
Located near SLO's Famous Downtown area, this newly renovated two bedroom cottage is a short walk to downtown shops/restaurants/nightlife. Everything is brand new, ready for you. The property includes a zen-like garden with a deck and a BBQ. For some ommm and some yummm. And make sure you sign a rock in our famous rock fountain.
The living room features a flatscreen TV, HD Cable with HBO, a sofa which pulls out to sleep two, wifi, wireless printer and keyless entry. One bedroom has a very comfortable queen sized bed and the other room as an equally comfy full size bed.

-Free Crystal Springs Drinking Water- comes out cold or hot. :)

I was very pleasantly surprised how well this cottage fit our family. It's one of the best rentals I've stayed in due to the owner's attention to detail! Honestly, the description probably undersold how nice everything was. I would love to stay here again!

Occasionally difficult to find parking on the street in front of the cottage. Our only complaint. Otherwise it was a delight!

Very nice and cozy. Enjoyed walking to downtown. Comfortable digs, bed was wonderful! The house is adorable and loved the sense of humor in the notes. We met one of the resident kitties. Only complaint was the weather could have been a little warmer so we could enjoy the patio. But at least, no rain! Thanks for a lovely experience.

Literally 2 mins from around the corner. Downtown SLO was a lesurely 15 mins walk 👍. Would def stay again should we ever make the trip from England again .

Charming home with great amenities
The house is lovely, with beautiful touches everywhere. Amenities were incredible--the kitchen is extremely well stocked, great towels/linens, everything you could think of. There is a patio garden with a grill and 2 bicycles. Quiet area with street parking. Would definitely stay there again.

Quaint Cottage in SLO
Located near downtown San Luis Obispo, this charming cottage was as cute as could be! It was well furnished, with lots of extras, including toiletries and some food items. An unusual amenity for this are were room A/C units in most rooms. While there is typically an ocean breeze, it still does tend to get quite warm during the summer months. The home was very clean, and there was lots of clear communication from the owners. In addition, there was a fun little surprise in the backyard - a "rock garden." You need to experience it to appreciate it. All in all, it was an enjoyable place to call home for the few days we were there.

Perfect home away from home
We loved this house because the Wagners thought of everything you might need to make a stay in their home comfortable and convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking which is so nice. We loved it!

Great kitchen supplies
Of all my stays in various VRBO’s, this rental seemed as if the owners had just walked out the back door and left all their kitchen staples behind for me to use as needed. While I did bring all my own food, it was nice to find the spice I forgot and a cup of tea from their selection. Very thoughtful owners. Almost like home.

Great place!
Everything was smooth and painless! The beds (and bedding) were a highlight. A well-stocked kitchen and super-clean bathroom were also very good. The neighborhood was close yet quiet. SMALL suggestion: A dishwasher would be nice and a grab bar in the bathroom. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Charming and relaxing cottage
A friend if mine and I rented Beth & Paul’s lovely cottage. We created a Central coast stacation and work remote trip to SLO from San Francisco. The cottage is excellent with all the amenities that you need for home away from home. Beth and Paul were great to commute and coordinate everything. We had a recharging and relaxing time in this beautiful place. We will stay again there on a future SLO trip.

Amazing stay in SLO
Loved, loved this home!! This home was exactly as described and pictured. The size was perfect for our family of 5. Great kitchen with plenty of room for cooking. Our kids loved biking through the neighborhood with the two bikes at the house. The neighborhood was safe and quiet at night. The coffee shop located just a block away was great as were the many shops and restaurants in downtown SLO, all within walking distance. Loved the downtown farmers market on Thursday night, unbelievable produce at great prices and wonderful food vendors. If we are ever back, this is the home we will stay in.

Compact but comfy cottage
We had a very enjoyable two-week stay in this cottage--a bit on the small side but quite adequate for the two (sometimes three) of us, along with our dog (this seems to be the only in-town property that allows pets), who loved it. Kitchen is very well equipped, beds comfortable, bathroom (only one) has tub/shower; all the connectivity and TV one could possibly want. An easy 10-minute walk to downtown, along with an excellent coffee place around the corner, and several lunch options within a couple of blocks. Owners responded within minutes to questions about (extremely minor) problems. Definitely recommend.

Beth and Paul's small rental home is conveniently located in the heart of San Luis Obispo. Everything one could want came with the house. We highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Dodge Taylor wedding weekend
This cottage was perfect for our special wedding needs. We needed a pet friendly home for the bride and grooms dogs . The accommodations were perfect. Beds were comfy. Washer and dryer a plus! After reception the refrigerator housed their wedding cake ! The location was perfect and we enjoyed walking over to the nautical bean for breakfast and coffee. We would definitely recommend this home !
