We have 4 cottages to choose from! Three are right next to each other and the 4th is around the corner. Easy walk to square or Southwestern University Ellie Cottage - 2 King and 2 Twins vrbo 897573 Payton Cottage - 1 King 1 Queen 2 Twins vrbo 786350 Hank Cottage - 1 King 1 Queen 1 Full vrbo 856177 Hudson Cottage - 2 King Suites 1 Trundle (twin beds) and queen sleeper sofa. vrbo 1001895 This 1940's cottage has been totally remodeled. We are proud to offer top of the line bedding, linens, towels, and other amenities, including Eco-friendly toiletries. We have a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. This comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage, that sleeps 6, is only 6 blocks from the historic Georgetown Square and 6 blocks from Southwestern University. We offer a king bed, a queen bed and two twin beds, all with high quality mattresses and linens. We also have, for your convenience, a washer and dryer in the unit. We also have a PacknPlay for your infant and a booster/high chair for your toddler. Please request at booking as each cottage does not have its own. You have complete use of the entire house and yard. The backyard is fenced with a seating/eating area. You have the option of convenient parking right in front of the cottage, or a one car garage not attached to the cottage. Maximum of 2 vehicles .

Sweet cottage with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Communication with Pam was prompt & attentive, she even left us a bottle of wine, which was excellent, for our celebration. Lovely front porch for morning coffee and a quiet back yard for an evening of relaxation. It's an easy walk to the square for shopping & restaurants. Would stay again & would recommend. Thank you Pam.

We had a great weekend staying at this cottage while in town for a wedding. The home was cute and clean, and our kids loved the big, shaded backyard. It was an easy walk into town. The owner was very communicative and helpful!

The proximity of the square and Southwestern University was great. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We loved the grill and the use of the garage. The home was nicely decorated and captures the feel of Georgetown.

The Payton Cottage was great. It had all we needed for a very comfortable stay. It is very conveniently located close to the quaint town square. Our host, Pamela was very accommodating to a special circumstance we had in our group and that made our stay even better. In addition to the lovely cottage, she gave us great recommendations for restaurants that did not disappoint! We will be staying in the Payton Cottage next time We are Georgetown.

Can't get enough of this cottage
We are repeat renters of this cute cottage and we love everything about it. The location is great and close to everything we needed. Pam is so easy to work with and was very responsive and help when booking it. The beds are so comfortable and the house is more spacious than pictures show. We will be back...

Wonderful Stay
So appreciated being able to stay at one of the College Street Cotteges this past week. The beds were so comfortable and my kids loved the nearby park. We appreciated having a Pack N Play available to use. So many thoughtful touches throughout the cottage and the check in process was a breeze! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

We rented 2 of the cottages next to each other for our family and it was perfect! The cottages are an easy walk to the square and are well maintained and very clean. I highly recommend staying here!

Payton cottage was a perfect weekend getaway location! A short walking distance from the square and restaurants on a fairly quiet street. Having a garage for our vehicle was so nice and the cottage itself was very clean and charming. Great place to stay!

This property is INCREDIBLE!!! It is even better than pictured and was the perfect accommodation for us for my son's wedding weekend! It feels like a home away from home and is very spacious and impeccably clean! We could not have imagined a better stay!

A Piece of Heaven in Georgetown
The Payton Cottage is one of the nicest and cutest places we've ever stayed. ( And we have stayed at a lot of rent by owner places.) Impeccably decorated, clean, over the top comfortable beds, linens and all the little extras like shampoo, seasonings, paper goods, books, and a wonderful backyard with table and chairs We had a few requests and Pam fulfilled every one of these without a blink of an eye and with graciousness. The "Wecome To The Payton Cottage" goodies was such a nice surprise. . . homemade chocolate chip cookies and wine! I can't even begin to say how nice staying here is and highly recommend it for anybody staying in the Georgetown area. A five-star place and we will be back!

Beautiful wedding weekend!
We could not have chosen a more perfect home and setting to welcome our family for a weekend of wedding festivities! We are not from this area, so we knew nothing about Georgetown. However, as we were browsing through VRBO, these beautiful and charming cottages pictured on the site were just what we wanted. The owner was very prompt in responding to our requests and on check-in, the cottages were exactly as pictured on the site. The cottages were immaculate and furnished very nicely- we felt at home as soon as we opened the door. We were able to enjoy family time together in beautiful surroundings and we will always treasure the memories!

Hidden Gem
Pictures don't do justice! This cottage was by far one of the best places we have stayed in. The location was great and the neighborhood was just as wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised with how spacious the house was including the backyard. The beds and sheets we're so comfortable we didn't wanna get out of them every morning. The kitchen was fully stocked and we really appreciated the extra items in the pantry (spices, sugar etc). The owner was very friendly and helpful for questions I had prior to our arrival and while we we're there. Can't wait to come back next year!

So much more than expected!
Our family rented a few of the cottages for our daughter's wedding in Georgetown. The cottages are walking distance to the town square and very clost to our venue in San Gabriel Park. We stayed in Ellie and it was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. A full home, it was equipped with everything we needed! Pam was great and easy to reach if we needed her.
We highly recommend the cottages!
