Aloha and welcome to 'Livin the Aloha Dream'. Imagine vacationing on the edge of the ocean! From the lanai, all you see is the ocean, islands of Molokai and Lanai, palm trees, beaches, whales, sea turtles, sailboats, paddle boarders, windsurfers, parasailers, and last but not least, rainbows. The magical sound of the waves will be music to your ears as you fall asleep. Watching the sun set between the islands is mesmerizing. Rainbows are breathtaking as the sailboats sail through them. Watching whales breach and spout from the lanai is a sight you will hold in your memory forever.
Kahana is nestled between Kaanapali and Kapalua. There is a small beach within a 5 minute walk from the property and there are many restaurants within walking distance including a coffee shop, health food store and farmers market. 'Livin the Aloha Dream' is a private get-away and hidden treasure from the hustle/bustle of the high-end hotels where you can kick back and enjoy your vacation your way - with Aloha!

We enjoyed staying here on our first ever trip to Maui! There were lots of sea turtles everyday and it was close to beaches and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and nice. We loved our stay here. The only warning is that the afternoon sun comes right in and can heat up the inside if the shades aren’t down.

Cheryl is wonderful and you can tell the love she puts in to the property. The view is amazing and the unit is decorated with amazing finishes. It truly makes you feel that you just started your vacation. Sweet Sandy is nearby if you need anything and Cheryl is just a phone call away. She really cares about her guests!

This place has all the perfect touches and care to make you feel sooo comfortable.
We loved watching the turtles every day and even saw a few sting rays. Although there is no sandy beach right in front of property (plenty close by) the privacy, turtle watching and comfort was more than expected. We moved to another place for second half of our visit and I immediately missed this condo - wishing we just stayed here for entire trip. It was a special place for hubby and I to spend 10 yr Anniversary. Mahalo.

Cheryl is the absolute best host and her property is breath taking off the Lanie!! You will see million dollar sunsets and turtles feeding every day. The condo has everything you will need plus more. We have stayed in Kauai/Kona and Cheryl condo is by far the best for the value with that incredible view. I highly recommend this condo.

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in in the pictures on the site are exactly what the place is like it’s even better. Hanging on the lanai, watching the water and lots of sea turtles was the best❤️ I will be back!!! And very clean and had every essential that you needed plus.

We love coming to Maui and only had 4 days so spend. Great location to experience the island. Beautiful sunsets, ocean just below us. Watching the turtles grazing among the rocks was a real treat. We had everything we needed for a perfect time.

Aloha! Our stay was spectacular! Beautiful view too! The place was so close to the ocean, spotted whales and turtles everyday! The walk along the beach close by, and falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean below, priceless! The place was so clean and had everything we needed! Loved all the ocean decor, from the color of the walls and tile to the wonderful pictures and mirrors too! We love the location of your place in Maui and can't wait to return! Perfect place for a getaway for two. Feels like an upscale hotel, easy check in and parking. Whaler’s store is an easy walk and has great poke. We also enjoyed walking to Miso Phat for excellent sushi!
The rocking chairs on the lani were are favorite spot and we spent a lot of time watching the endless whales and turtles.

This condo was amazing. One room condo that had fun, clean decor and plenty of space to spread out. But the view of the ocean/ bay (toward Molokai) was unbeatable. We just sat on the balcony (sorry, lanai 😀) and watched the whales breach in the distance.
Candidly, we were a little apprehensive about the condo since it was so reasonably priced and photos can be deceiving, but my goodness, it was perfect and I would say we hit a homerun with it.
The owner was very courteous.
Close proximity to several nice beaches and restaurants and plenty of day trip opportunities from here.
Can’t recommend this place highly enough (for two people)!!

This condo was everything as advertised. We were on the 3rd floor and were right above the water. The view enabled us to see whales, sea turtles and a great sunset. There was a great view of Lanai and Moloka'i. Our host was very, very helpful in us making our plans for a great 40th anniversary.

Perfect. Condo looks almost new - very well appointed, all the little details. Location is perfect - short walk to little market or short drive to Nāpili Village and the big market, Joeys Kitchen (yum) and Boss Frog. But the best is the lanai - literally 10’ from the sea wall and on the third floor so you have 180 degree views of Molokai and Lanai and in season fantastic whale watching. We saw spouts all day long and LOTS of breaches, fin slaps and flukes. Wonderful stay.

Daily whale and turtle watching from the balcony are fabulous! Feeling the ocean breeze and smelling the ocean sea throughout this beautiful condo are sublime. A gorgeous Maui vacation is right here in this beautiful condo. From decor to the bamboo ceilings and fans, everything is perfect! Beaches, food, shopping, snorkeling, mountains, the location is wonderful.

Great location! There are plenty of conveniences nearby- workout gym, stores etc. but you don’t feel like you’re in a busy area at all. We loved it!! The views from the lanai or amazing!!

The property was very clean, it had all the amenities we needed to enhance our stay and the views were incredible…from the sunsets, turtles, local fishermen, surfers, etc., it was amazing. The condo is super cute with a modern coastal feel. There are many places within walking distance to eat and shop, and a few beaches to enjoy. I would definitely recommend Cheryls place when staying in Maui.

Occasionally you will feel the condo shake from the force of the wave! We fell asleep each night listening to the waves which is exactly what we wanted. There are turtles swimming by non stop. The complex itself is a little old (while there are lounge chairs on site, you have to go across the street to use the pool which we never did so cannot report on that) but this end unit has been updated very recently and is impeccably decorated and designed. Furnishings are top notch and luxurious. You have a spectacular view of Lanai and Molokai and the famous Maui sunsets. A swimmable beach is a short walk away. Be sure to eat at Miso Phat Sushi-the TNT roll is divine and be sure to bring your spices if you plan to eat in. I appreciated the keyless entry door lock so one less key to worry about. I would absolutely stay here again.

What a beautiful and picturesque place to stay in West Maui ! Woke up and went to bed with the sounds and sight of the ocean. Great location - walking distance to coffee shop and a local gym and easy drive to beautiful beaches in Kapalua. The locals couldn’t have been nicer and appreciative we were there to support their businesses. Would definitely recommend this unit !

We had an amazing first impression and the condo is beautiful and well appointed. Unfortunately we were there the week Lahaina burned, and we had to leVe our stay after two days of shelter in place. The condo owner sent people to check on us and maje sure we had food and water. She kept in touch with us by text since we had no phone, internet, or electricity. She really demonstrated care and concern for our wellbeing.
Hoping some day to return as we had to leave so early. I highly recommend this beautiful studio condo.

We have rented many properties in Hawaii through VRBO, this unit did not disappoint! We would highly recommend this condo and would come back in a heart beat. Every detail was thought of, loved how clean and newly renovated everything was.
Loved the decor and I would've decorated it the same way if it was my condo, lol. Very inviting, relaxing and overall just great vibes with this condo. The location was fantastic and the view was a dream! We had rainbows a few mornings, it was just out of this world! Thank you for making this condo available for others to enjoy.

This property and location is heaven. The sunsets from the deck were incredible, and it was so special to watch sea turtles in the water below. It's a quiet place with great snorkeling about a 10 minute north.

It is a beautiful property. Tastefully decorated. There is a refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer. Everything you need for a week- or two of stay. There is not a beach on property- but there is one about 0.5 miles away- and easy walk. Also, Kapalua Bay is less then 10 minutes away- It is a beautiful beach, with great snorkeling- and a really nice Coastal Trail to walk on. There also is Honolua Bay for great snorkeling pretty close.
Cheryl was great to work with. We had a great stay- celebrating a special anniversary. My wife loved her decorating, and loved the spot.
You are right by the water- making it a great place for morning coffee. We listened to the waves at night.

We could not have loved this condo any more! It’s exactly as it’s pictured, only better. The view is absolutely breathtaking and we spent many mornings and evenings on the balcony soaking it in. The property was clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and conveniently located. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay here again!

From the second we walked into the property we loved the view and all the decorations! It had everything we needed for the week. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for days at the beach. The parking space is right below the condo making it convenient to get out and explore throughout the day! Lots of food and sites just a short drive away. We utilized the kitchen and washer and dryer as well. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet paradise.

Aready planning a return trip. The condo exceeded expectations. Location is wonderful…literally feet from the ocean with the most incredible view of Moloka‘i, Lanai & sunsets from the balcony and watching the turtles never got old. Lots of beaches nearby, but we spent most of our time a few miles south at Kaanapali Beach. The space is updated with charming beach decor, very comfortable and clean. Cheryl was great with communication and has included everything you need for your Maui vacation (beach towels & beach chairs, fully equipped kitchen, plus washer & dryer). 10/10!!

This condo is so special! The Lanai was as described. The sunrise and sunsets are so breathtaking. We saw sea turtles every single day, even multiple times most days! The condo was super, super clean. You can tell the owner put a lot of attention to detail when they remodeled this place. Everything was absolutely perfect, I wouldn’t change a thing! The only bad part was when we had to pack up and say goodbye. We hope to be back and stay in the gem again some day soon!
