About this apartment rental
This new (2017) 4 bedroom oceanfront condo is great for a sun and fun week at the beach. It features beautiful views of the Atlantic and has plenty of amenities, including an oceanfront pool (open after April 1 (depends on pool inspection process) and usually stays open through October 31st), just steps from your door, a covered ocean side porch with a large deck, and is creatively decorated and furnished with your basic beach needs. As part of the condo association, you have free access to the intercoastal waterway for boating, great fishing and crabbing, as well as multiple tennis courts and 2 other pools. This home away from home also includes parking for 6 with room to spare, an outdoor shower, water toys, Streaming Service, W/D, MW, DVD player as well as wireless Internet service. The beds include 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 twins, and one set of bunk beds (twins). Note that linens are not included in the rental rate. We only rent on a 7 day basis (from Saturday to Saturday). Come, relax in our colorful rockers and enjoy watching the dolphins and shrimp boats as they make their way along the coast.

This is an amazing house. It is super clean an organized. Everything you could possibly need in a kitchen was there. The hosts were super helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

The property was ready for occupation upon arrival. It was very clean, organized, and met or surpassed all of our expectations. The location is awesome, and the immediate beach and pool access made our stay the most enjoyable of all of our family vacations. The owners were accessible and very easy to work with. They also responded immediately to any questions or concerns. The property was accurately described and was as nice as it was pictured in the listing. The decorations and colors were wonderful. I would highly recommend Robert and Sheri's place and I want to thank them for sharing their lovely home with us.

This was the first time together on vacation for our newly combined family. 8 adults and 2 children. We loved it. The house was clean with modern amenities, and it was located right on the beach with a swimming pool. We had a great experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this summer. When we arrived the place was just as described and super clean. We felt like we are living in our own home the week we stayed vs a rental property which was great!
We had easy and close access to the beach and pool which was great for us and our young children.
The owners where also super nice and helpful. We had lots of questions in the months leading up to our rental week and they were fast to respond and very helpful and thorough in their responses. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was such a great experience for us I wanted to share!
This is a great place to stay on your vacation and we will definitely be coming back!

The property was absolutely beautiful. One quick question, however, the listing said 3 full baths and one half. There are only 2 full baths. It wasn’t an issue but it should be corrected

Clean and so colorful. Huge decks to hang out on. Gated boardwalk to beach. The most well stocked kitchen in a rental that we have ever stayed in. Beautiful art work, created by Sheri. Nice pool area right out the back. The 2 upstairs BR's and the upper deck offer great sunrise views. Highly recommended!

My family (total of 10) had our first family vacation here together. We loved being on the beach with little ones and having the pool right there! The only thing I didn’t realize and maybe this will help the next guests- bring your sheets or rent them if you are flying. I didn’t realize this was common until a few weeks prior. Also you share the pool with the condo association so it could be busy during holidays. It was PERFECT the weekend after Labor Day, so quiet and relaxing. We 100% would book this house in the future. Very clean and beautiful views. 10/10

This is not the first time we’ve stayed here but as always dealing with the owners is fantastic, the place is in an ideal spot on the west end of the island and it accommodates all of our needs. Beautiful views beautiful beach, beautiful pool, and great weather even if the weather wasn’t great it wouldn’t be bad to be stuck inside in this cottage. The decorating is fantastic and all the instructions to get in and get out are top notch. Looking forward to our next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay! You can’t beat the view and the large deck. The pool is awesome. It is nice to be able to see the ocean from the pool. The rooms are very small. There is not much room or storage in the master bedroom. Like it says in the description you want to make sure to bring any paper products, hand soaps, cooking needs (ie. Spices, olive oil, etc), foil, bags with you. One thing I did not think about bringing is a mat when you step out of the shower so you don’t get water all over the floor. There really aren’t any supplies left from previous guests. The outdoor shower was a hit, with both the kids and the adults! The owners are very friendly and easy to contact. We will be returning here!

Great week at a lovely property in OIB!
Our family has been coming to OIB for the last 5 years. We outgrew the place we used to stay and truly enjoyed this property! Some of our favorite things I would note:
- The location and view are perfect. The ease of the walk to/from the beach is second to none!
- Love the open ceilings and all the natural light that comes in the windows.
- We ate and hang out on the decks constantly. It was so, so nice to be able to enjoy the outdoors just right outside our windows.
- There was plenty of space for our family of 5, and probably could have had one more couple and had room as well.
- Lots of cool original artwork and bright beach colors throughout.
- The outdoor shower is so nice for kiddos - they preferred that to the indoor ones so we just kept soap and shampoo outside and bathed them there!
Just a few things to keep in mind:
- Bring your own or rent towels and linens, dishwashing soap, detergent, toilet paper, (as the listing states), salt and pepper if you plan to cook.
- The rooms are on the smaller side, but have great built-in storage. So if you have someone staying in every room, you will likely need to unpack your suitcase and put back in the car. (We used two rooms for luggage).
We would absolutely recommend and stay here again. Thanks for sharing this lovely place with us for the week!

We had an amazing time - we would stay again and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay on OIB. We have been coming to OIB for 10+ years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. The house was very well kept, great furniture, comfortable beds and amazing location. Right on the beach with great muti level decks and direct pool access as well. 5/5!

The decor is amazing and the view is unbeatable! Love the picture window in the master bedroom. The extra large deck plus second story deck were a huge perk and the ocean front pool was in perfect shape and steps from the deck. We absolutely loved the outdoor shower! Best place we’ve stayed at OIB!!

A wonderful family getaway!
We loved everything about this home. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, pots, pans, toasters, blenders... With updated appliances. Comfy seating areas upstairs, downstairs and outside. Plenty of room for a family of 5. The view in the master suite was amazing and we really enjoyed falling asleep watching the moonlight bounce off the water or lightning dance on the horizon. Access to the pool and the beach was simple and a short walk. My favorite thing was sitting in one of the colorful rockers on the deck. This is a beautiful and comfortable home. The owners are sweet and easy to stay in communication with.

First of all, what a beautiful home! The pictures really don't do it justice. Very modern, functional, and most importantly, comfortable. From the kitchen to the downstairs beach closet, it has everything you need for a week at the beach. This house fit our needs perfectly in every way! The deck was spacious with plenty of seating for any activity. Simple and easy access to the beach or pool. The location was excellent, with a 3 or 4 minute golf cart ride to the pier, shopping, or coffe shop. We're looking forward to making a few more memories here. This ones a keeper in our book!!

Perfect house, perfect location, perfect amenities!
The house and property was as advertised and more. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. There is plenty of room in this great loft style accommodation. Sheri and Robert have gone to great lengths to make the place feel cozy and comfortable and with such great beach-style decor. The beach is seconds away on the boardwalk and we spent a lot of time on the beach during the day enjoying the water and night hunting for crabs! The pool area is clean and spacious. A perfect family getaway location.

Oceanfront Oasis
Ocean Isle Beach is our favorite family vacation and we have been enjoying our weekly stays for many years. This rental by far is the most beautiful and well organized rental we have ever been to. It’s an “absolute dream”! You couldn’t have asked for anything else, the amenities were superb and the owners communication was excellent! Great family getaway
For the first time away since the Covid stuff began in March, we couldn't have been happier with this experience. From the prompt and responsive contacts with the owners (Sheri & Robert), to the wonderful atmosphere of this home, we couldn't have been more pleased. The home is designed wonderfully, and every usable space was considered. It was such a wonderful experience to enjoy breakfast on the porch while taking in the beautiful sunrises, and being able to enjoy meals and board games on the porch during the rainy times.
When we return to Ocean Isle, we know where we'll be staying. And we'd absolutely recommend this home to anyone!

We were excited about this trip when we booked, and it delivered exactly as advertised. Grandma & Pa, Mom & Dad, 4 children ages 5-10. We had a great time and the location of the pool and access to the beach are hard to match. Looking forward to going back next year!
