About this house rental

Stand alone Cape house on a dead end road off of Conwell St. Great location easy walk to town center or biking through out town or to the beach. Far Land , Route 6, Bike Trails, Ace Hardware, Shank Painter Road. Beautifully landscaped yard. Guests enjoy the layout of the house and the privacy of the rooms. The extensive outdoor space offers plenty of room to spread out. Main floor: Living, Dining, Kitchen, Bath, Bedroom with Queen Size bed, Study with day bed, Washer/Dryer.
Expandable dining table with plenty of extra chairs through out the house.
Second floor has 2 huge bedrooms. 1 with King Size bed and ample single closet. The other has 2 double beds with a large double closet. Bathroom on second floor has an adjustable shower head and tub. Outside is a very large outdoor shower with a bench. Gas BBQ grill. There is a comfortable wood deck when you step out of the kitchen with a step down to a large stone patio with table and chairs that can easily seat 8 people.
Large driveway with parking for 4+ cars. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas are available for renters use. Rental fee includes Cleaning, Bath towels, Bed linens, paper napkins and towels. Well stocked kitchen with blender, Keurig and Coffee Maker, large toaster, cookware and glassware.

This lovely home is spacious and convenient to town with a wonderful yard and gardens. It is well equipped for cooking or just relaxing with take-out (lots of nearby restaurants). Clean and well set-up (with towels and sheets). Good space for one well behaved dog. One disappointment was that the listing says there's a hot tub - there is not. We will consider coming back!

This was the perfect place for our girls’ weekend. Great location within walking distance of Commercial Street and nice and cozy when we had a rainy afternoon. The dryer was key after getting caught in a downpour. Five stars!

Home is close to commerce street where most of the restaurants and shops are located. It's a nice easy walk. Ample parking for three vehicles. Every thing we needed were supplied. Enjoyed our stay.

The measure of a good vacation rental is the number of times it was necessary to communicate with the host. Our two night stay required only one such message for a very minor matter. Carlos' house was a perfect place for our family trip to Provincetown for a wedding. Plenty of room for three couples and the four grandkids. The house was clean and bright and well located for our forays into town. Just one note: I received conflicting notices about the entry code ... resulting in a bit of confusion and frustration. But overall a minor inconvenience and a great stay. Special thanks to Carlos for accomodating us so we wouldn't be late for the late Saturday afternoon wedding. Very helpful and much appreciated.

This is the second time we have stayed at Carlos’ house and it has become our annual retreat with close friends. His home is immaculate, comfortable, and provides everything you need. We love the fact that it’s a short walk to town!

My friends and I stayed at this house this past weekend, and it was perfect for us! Plenty of room for everyone, the house was very nice, the outdoor area was great, and the location was perfect - quiet street away from it all and under 10 minutes you could walk to town. The house looks great in the pictures, but it’s actually better in person. I would definitely stay here again! Carlos was very easy to reach and always responded right away. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Provincetown, this is it!

Traveled with some friends (including a toddler) and stayed at this wonderful home. So many great amenities, amazing location close to everything, without feeling like you were in the middle of the hustle and bustle. So many incredible little touches. We loved our stay in Carlos' fantastic home. It's walking distance to Commercial Street and MacMillan Wharf, but just far enough that you don't have to worry about the bustle or the noise of downtown. The house was comfortable and well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay. My family especially loved the outdoor shower in their gorgeous yard (even though we visited in early fall). Book this house if it's available!

Carlos’ house was amazing, close enough to walk to town in under 10 minutes but far enough to be quiet. It was stocked with everything that you would need, beach chairs, towels, useable cutlery and silverware spices, oils etc. the property has been updated since the photos were taken. The landscaping in the yard was great and added to the relaxation, would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is a beautiful, comfortable home and easily accommodated two young families. We also loved the outdoor space - the gardens were beautiful and made the yard feel like a private retreat. The location was fantastic - we loved being walking distance to downtown and a short drive to beaches. Overall, we had a great stay!

We had a great stay. The house is spacious, clean; the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are really well stocked with all you need. The outdoor space is really nice and allows for a really comfortable stay. We had kids and the dead-end street was perfect. The location of the house is super close to all attractions. Carlos was very communicative. We would definitely recommend Carlos and this property
