We loved everything about our stay! The home was very clean, very well-stocked/supplied. The view was fabulous, and the boat activity on the water was entertaining. Beach exploration was fun. Though we weren't there for golf, the proximity to Semiahmoo was prime. For mountain bikers, Galbraith was about 35 - 40 minutes away.
This was a delightful stay. Definitely would recommend this for a wonderful getaway!

The home is nicely appointed and furnished, with a very full array of linens and kitchenware. The deck is built for either group or individual dining while enjoying a relaxing and enjoyable view of the bay and White Rock. I would highly recommend the property for a family or friends get-together. With three bedrooms and bathrooms, it was set up perfectly for several couples to enjoy, while still maintaining their privacy. The beach provides enjoyable walks by the water.
Our party consisted of three couples from Washington, California and Australia who were returning from an Alaskan cruise that departed from Vancouver BC. This was the perfect stop to continue our visit together before all splitting for their respective parts of the world.

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful location. We came from California and were joined by family who live in Vancouver BC. Everything about this home is perfect—beach walks, views, fire-pit, house furnishings, cleanliness. Love it!

We had a wonderful time at the house. The views were spectacular from every room. The beach is right there and so much fun to stroll.
The house is really nice inside and out! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. We would love to come back.

The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. You will witness the most beautiful sunsets from the back deck. We love the views, how peaceful the property is and exploring the beach when the tide goes out. Our family has found this place to be the best beach vacation spot and we look forward to our stay every summer! Sheri and Jim are wonderful hosts! We're looking forward to our next stay.

The pictures of this house are so accurate; it is homey, comfortable and has a great view. What they don't convey is the absolute tranquility you enjoy here. We enjoyed just sitting on the deck and watching the boats and water birds with no interruptions or noise. Hosts were easy to communicate with and we are grateful that they shared their home with us.

This Blaine home is always a wonderful, relaxing and beautiful setting for our extended family. We look forward to reserving it each year. Incredible scenic setting by the water for quiet time on the deck or for walks. The home layout - bedrooms, living space, etc. is perfect.

We, unfortunately, had bad weather during our stay, so we didn't get to enjoy the beach or the surrounding area. But the location and the house itself was lovely, and I would highly recommend it. Sheri and Jim (and their helpers) were wonderful to work with. We hope to plan another stay in the future.

In all of the past 15+ years traveling to the Pacific Northwest for our extended respite from the AZ summer heat, we enjoyed EVERY aspect of this beach house better than any other lodging that we've rented!! The owner was very accommodating and gracious. You needn't look any place else.

What an absolutely fantastic stay. Honestly, pictures don’t do it justice. Everything from the house to the view was impeccable. Here’s to hoping others don’t book this place so we can come back whenever we want to. Leaving very happy this morning. Cheers

The location was amazing and the house and property were even more wonderful than in the pictures. It was super clean and well stocked with a great layout and amenities. Sheri was a huge help when a snowstorm threatened our trip. We ended up having a very restful and fun weekend at the beach! We can’t wait to go back!

Hi,I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your home. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We experienced rain and wind until the day we left but still went for drives and did a little walking along the beach. We saw eagles from the balcony and other wildlife along our drives. With Phase I Covid it was nice to be able to cook our own meals in a kitchen that had all the dishes, pans and utensils that we needed.Wanted to say thank you.Carol and Dan"

The house was clean and comfortable. We have a baby and there was plenty of room for his toys. Personally, I don’t think the pictures do any justice on how nice the house is. Thank you for letting us stay for the week!!

We had been on Covid lockdown for 205 days and REALLY needed break before winter. The beach house could not have been more perfect for a two week relaxing stay for me, my husband and two young adults. Beach walks, game nights on the deck... we can not wait to return!!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay in this home. The main floor is open with great views from the kitchen, living, dining and master bed room. The lower day light basement has a living area with hide a bed that faces the ocean. The bed room on that level has a large window view and a patio door that leads to the yard. From the main floor , there is a large deck with stairs that lead down to the yard, and more stairs that lead to the beach. The beach had many shells, agates, and little sand crabs that hide under large rocks to explore. The Peace Arch and Canadian border is a short drive north. We saw a couple eagles, cranes and deer. Great place, we'd love to visit again.

We absolutely loved your house. The pictures do not express how much the views really are, breath taking. We where busy every day but then we would come back and see the sun set and end the day glad we where here. Some day I would love to come back and stay again and maybe bring all the family. Thank you so much for opening your house for us.

This property is even better than pictured. Our group of 6 adults was very comfortable with how the bedrooms are setup. Seating inside and out is very comfortable. We found everything we needed to cook delicious meals. The owners are gracious and helpful. We really enjoyed the beach access and were totally wowed by the georgeous sunsets from the deck.

What a gem. A beautiful home (yet so comfy), beautiful location and view. Very well equipped with everything. The owners are terrific also. We spent 4 days together as a family reflecting on memories and making new ones.

Our stay was wonderful! The view was fantastic and apparently we were able to enjoy one of the most gorgeous weeks of the summer during our stay for our nieces wedding. Five of us slept very comfortably with plenty of space. The views from the master bedroom, entire upstairs and downstairs living areas are fabulous. Owners great and helped us out when we needed an ironing board and iron which wasn't available but they went out and bought both and delivered by the end of the day. House very clean and kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils etc. Across the street there were blackberries galore so had plenty of blackberries for serving with ice cream and made cobbler. Walked everyday. Short distance on busy road to the Semiahmoo walking paths which go on for miles. Also can walk on the beach endlessly! Hoping to come back again and stay longer.

This recently constructed "cabin" gets so much right from a design perspective. The kitchen is efficient and easy to cook in, a nice island makes serving food for 4-6 a breeze, and the main floor is a great mix of bedrooms and open space. We had two families easily share the two floors and the kids appreciated having the daylight basement as a somewhat separate domain.
In the evening we enjoyed s'mores over a fire in the back yard and late nite walks down the seashore.
It is really a great place and we so appreciate the family making it available for our stay in my home town for a family wedding.

They are so welcoming and thoughtful; they thought of every detail from extra towels to a s'more kit. We had an incredible time and the beach is so lovely!
