New smart TV in living room June 2023, new sectional and new artwork in living room June 2023. Colors are now blues and beige. Large TV added to master bedroom June 2023.
Mediacom just updated (March 2022) all the TV and internet equipment and added a wifi booster to the 2nd floor.
Summer season dog fee is $175.
Offseason dog fee is $20 a day or $95 a week.
Off season cleaning is $175., more for large groups. Summer cleaning is $215.
Note that the bedroom formerly with 2 twin beds now has new beds: one queen and one twin bed. See updated pictures. Newer pictures will be coming in the next few weeks.

Plus, this inviting 2 story, cathedral ceiling, 1,756 sf home has been well thought out to meet your vacation needs. The 1st floor spacious master suite features a king sized bed and work area. Home is beautifully decorated for all seasons. This home offers a second king sized room and a uniquely designed 3rd bedroom with 2 sleeping spaces separated by a wall. One side offers a full over twin bunk; the other side has twin and queen beds - giving you lots of options and essentially a 4th bedroom. The screened in porch has a table and seating for 6. The back deck has tables, chairs and a grill. Both offer excellent views of two holes of play on Bear Trap Dunes Black Bear course. Watch golfers try to stay out of the water on hole 9 while watching wildlife on the pond and grilling. Central air conditioning, well-equipped cooks kitchen. Beautiful dining room seats up to 8 and coordinated living room offer plenty of seating. Desk in master bedroom, upgraded bathrooms, washer/dryer, secured wireless internet access, gas fireplace. There is a $175. non-refundable pet fee charged when bringing a pet. From October to April, the pet fee is reduced to $75, 2 dog maximum. Bedding: Bedroom 1 :King; Bedroom 2: King; Bedroom 3: Full over twin bunkbed and 1 queen and 1 twin bed.

Community Amenities: The Village of Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of a beautiful and well thought out golf course. Steps away from our home, your may catch the shuttle to Bethany Beach, exercise or relax at the community Pavilion (indoor and outdoor pools, fitness centers, hot tub, sauna, tennis, basketball, recreation center, table games and tot lot), hit golf balls at the range, walk to the golf Clubhouse, restaurant or pop in to the Clubhouse for a grab and go breakfast, lunch, snacks and papers. There is an in season fee of $50 per person per week to use community amenities (reduce in 2020 since shuttle did not run due to COVID). Only purchase the number of passes you will need at any one time as they are transferable among house guests. Off season amenity passes are $40. Prices subject to change based on HOA decisions. Golf is separate from the community amenities. Outdoor pool season is extended and, so close, that you can pop over quickly. Children over 12 can use amenities without parents (subject to change).
While this community is wonderful in the summer, it is equally wonderful in the spring and fall. Even after the outdoor pools close, there are still plenty of things to do. Walking or biking around the community is cooler off season and we are looking forward to a new trail opening nearby.

I have stayed at a couple places in Bear Trap and this is by far our favorite. Close to pool
And shuttle! Homeowner is in touch throughout with updates as needed. Best stay we have had at Bethany Beach!

The house was is in the perfect Location in Bear Trap Dune. The home owner Adrienne was as accommodating, responsive and friendly as anyone we've worked with when renting a vacation property.

This was our second time staying in Adrienne's beautiful home! The space was perfect for 4 adults, 4 kids and our two pups! Extremely clean upon arrival, everything just as listed. Adrienne was very responsive to any questions. This is definitely our favorite vacation home in Bethany! Thanks again!

The house was very clean and comfortable. My only comment is the write up should include the need to supply your own sheets and towels just so that we could be prepared to do that.

My family and I had a great stay. We loved the house. More than enough room for us. It was a great location, less than 30 minutes to each (Ocean City, Rehobeth and Bethany) boardwalk. Great amenities, I played pickleball for the first time. The pool was very nice with lots of seating. We would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Bear Trap this past December. The home was very clean, fully stocked with necessities and very helpful to have dog friendly and infant friendly items available too! Adrienne was lovely to deal with and made sure we were comfortable in her property. You can't beat the location. This was our 4th year staying in Bear Trap and the location to the pool was perfect! Would highly recommend this home and area!

We rented this house over the long Thanksgiving weekend. The house is beautiful and very convenient to everything. Beach and boardwalk is a short 10 minute drive and the house has everything you need as well as nicely decorated. The house is located right on the golf course and across from the outdoor as well as the indoor pools. I highly recommend this house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and the townhouse was really nice! We had easy access to the pool, the clubhouse and the tennis courts and exercise room. We would definitely rent this unit again!!!!

Townhouse was just as pictured. Very spacious and well maintained. The owner was very generous and helpful. This will be our future beach destination. The deck and screen porch overlook the golf course with a pond. Very quiet and relaxing. Exceeded our expectations. Bear Trap is a great community and the people are very friendly.

Comfortable and cozy house, In the beginning, we couldn't understand how the heater worked, and the owner responded immediately to our text and phone call. The house has everything to pass a good time. The bathrooms and bathrooms were clean. The neighborhood is pacific. We had lovely vacation days!

Owner was great, very responsive with questions. Location was good, close to restaurants, activities, beach. Fee for pool/fitness center was high & beach shuttle service was terrible. Would be nice to have passes included. House could have used some additional supplies like dishwasher tabs, trash bags. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had plenty of space for everyone. Would definitely rent again!

Great Service/Stay
This townhouse was perfect for our family of 6. We utilized the 2 King bedrooms, and the bedroom with the Queen and Single. The other bedroom is a part of the Queen/Single but it doesn’t have a door. It had a bunk bed with a Full bottom bunk. It may have been a converted closet but it would be okay for kids sleeping in there, just maybe not for adults who prefer privacy. The downstairs was a great hub for gathering. We spent a lot of time on the back deck and kitchen. The back deck has four chairs and a table, but you can bring two chairs from the screened in porch to fit around the deck table. The kitchen table has six chairs. There is a screened in porch that has six wicker chairs as well. Those chairs don’t have cushions at the time of our stay though. The owners were very quick to respond and even brought us one of their bikes to use as they were in town during our stay. The 2nd bike in the garage is a kid’s bike, fyi. The pools/ fitness center/ tennis/pickle ball courts are right beside the house which was very convenient. Downtown Bethany is a couple of miles away maybe not even that far. Parking for the town/beach is metored but we found parking relatively easily each time we went. Look up Bethany parking so you can see where all of the meter spots are. We also went to the Delaware Seashore Park Beach several times and brought our dog with us. Be careful if you go to the 3R’s Beach, that is a fishing beach then you will see a lot of SUVs and trucks on the beach with fishing poles which makes it a little tricky if you want to swim. You need a special permit to be able to drive on the beach and park and if you do bring your vehicle there to park on the beach, you have to have a fishing pole in the water. We just drove on the beach with our Pilot to load/ unload. Cost for that beach is $10/carload payable via CC or cash in a drop box. * note: you need to lower the PSI in your tires and use 4 wheel drive if driving on the beach. They have free air hoses in the parking lot to inflate them before you leave. Lastly, we rented a pontoon boat from Dewey Watersports one day. You don’t need a boating license in Delaware to operate it and they give you instructions before you go out into the bay. We had a blast.. they tell you how to get to a sandbar so you can get out and enjoy the water. Well worth the money!

Perfect Bethany Vacation
We had a great stay at this beautiful home. Everything was just as described and the layout was perfect for our group; 3 adults, 4 kiddos (age ranges 8-13) and our 2 dogs! This was probably the cleanest VRBO rental that we've stayed in. The beds were very comfortable and the fact that we could bring our fur-babies (dogs ages 2 & 8), made it so much more accommodating.
We loved the outdoor community pool, although we didn't utilize any of the other community amenities as we were too busy at the beach, boardwalk, etc. For that reason it was hard for us to justify the $50 per person community fee ($350 total for our group) just to use the pool approximately 4 times. However, a pool was a necessity for us so we did. This is not specific to this rental, but to the Bear Trap Dunes Community.
Nonetheless, everything was wonderful and we would definitely recommend this home to others!

Quiet, Convenient Getaway
We stayed with adult children. Loved access to pool and that beaches are a short drive away. We explored Bethany, Rehoboth and Ocean City. This place was clean and great for dogs. We went for walks all times of day around the neighborhood and always felt safe. We grilled and cooked but also hit up some great restaurants nearby. Screened porch was great for dinner. Our host was accessible and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. We would recommend!

Another Fantastic Stay at Bear Trap Dunes
My family and I recently spent the holiday weekend at Adrienne's townhouse in Bear Trap Dunes. We had a fantastic time. The house is very close to the pool and beach shuttle which was perfect for our kids. Additionally we were able to bring our dogs and the enclosed railing on the deck was great for containing both the kids and dogs while we had dinner. The property was as described, very clean, and well stocked. We would love to return for another visit in the future.

Perfect location, We were very close to the clubhouse. It was so nice to not have to worry about bringing the dog crate for our younger dog and the house even had dog bowls provided!

Very well kept community. Just steps to the pool. The home is spacious and cool. Nice porch, deck and backyard as well. Golfers driving by always wave. The on-site restaurant has very good food. Friday nights has live music starting at 5 with happy hour menu and enjoyable crowd. My dogs loved the walks.
