Relaxing break in a fantastic hotel

I can’t fault The White Heather Hotel, from the moment we walked through the door and met the lovely lady on reception till the time we left. Great night sleep followed by a fantastic breakfast. We will definitely be coming back .

Good location for the promenade.

Good location just back from the promanade. Good location for places to eat out. Fair choice for breakfast in terms of hot food

Very dated decor. Beds in our room felt like the springs were going to come through! Very irritatingly noise also every time you turned over! Bathroom very small, my husband had to angle himself around the door to get in and out! Cold selection for breakfast was very limited with the cheese slices looking like they had dried up!

Not great but had my knee been OK then would have been fine using stairs. No wheelchair access.

Comfy bed

Room small. No lift. I had a bad knee and had to use stairs to get to 2nd floor. Asked if there was a lift and advised no. Told them I had a bad knee but wasn’t offered a room on lower floor. Staff not helpful.

Lovely welcoming hotel.

Our second time staying here. It’s a lovely comfortable hotel with lovely staff and a very good buffet breakfast. Look forward to staying here again soon. Room 101 😊

Preiswertes Hotel in Top-Lage

Peter an der Rezeption war besonders zuvorkommend - vielen Dank nochmal! Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es fehlte am Buffet an nichts. Das warme, gemütliche, wenn auch kleine Zimmer. Toll war auch, dass ich nach dem Check-Out mein Gepäck noch im Hotel lassen konnte, bis mein Zug kam.

Rinnsal in der Dusche. Der Wasserdruck war viel zu gering. Das Mobiliar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Great value for money.

Location was perfect for both the beach and town centre. Even on Saturday night it was quiet at night in the hotel. Breakfast buffet was great.

A lovely time

The staff were excellent and they were always on hand if needed

When I booked I specifically explained my mum couldn't manage stairs It won't mentioned the dining room is in rthe basement and the lift only went to ground floor

Brilliant

Yes this is more of a budget hotel, a little tired and in need of an update decoratively, BUT cleanliness is superb. The breakfast is extremely good. The welcome is really good, with all the information required to make your stay very comfortable. I would throughly recommend this hotel if the finesse is not what you are looking for. I really liked it.

Really enjoyable stay

Very accommodating especially as mom had been poorly the night before and was allowed an early check in. Staff very attentive and we was well looked after.

A good place to meet up with a friend . Shops, places to eat and good walks.

Really good value for money. Good breakfast, friendly staff, very comfortable bed.

Couldn’t get subtitles on my tv- I have a hearing loss . Not keen on the Nescafé coffee at breakfast .

Lovely hotel, great staff in good location

Close to the beach and city centre and railway station. A good base for exploring North Wales. Friendly and helpful staff

Mainly where it was situated, breakfast and nice friendly staff

The shower wasn’t brilliant we were on the top floor and there was no pressure for the water flow, steep staircase, no lift working which we were told about beforehand.

Convenient for Llandudno front

Not advised of a broken lift prior to visit. The showers on the top floor were barely a trickle. They need upgraded to a power shower.

Great value for money

Breakfast was excellent, my son and I really enjoyed it. Location was ideal, close to all the amenities.

Room felt a little constrained, and could of have done with 2 single beds, as travelled with my son.

Had a lovely weekend in Llandudno. Out walking. Weather was lovely. Couldn’t ask for more.

The breakfast was lovely. Self service really enjoyed it. Hotel and staff very helpful.

Parking is the only issue. If the hotel hasn’t any parking. The you just have to park we’re there’s a space on the road. Unfortunately it is what it is.

Great quirky hotel

Everything else was great. Location is great, staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very clean. We only had the breakfast included but it was probably one of the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. All cooked fresh and nice and hot.

The only thing there I could fault was the bed wasn't very comfortable. The mattress was very soft and an old sprung one. The stairs are a challenge if you are elderly especially if you have luggage with you. This is pointed out when you book though as they are having a lift installed. So can't complain about that at all

Nice relaxing 3 days with friends in one of our favourite places.

comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent, the location was very good close to prom and shops. Parking was ok as we were given a permit from the hotel to park on the prom.

Room was very small but clean, shower room also very small and needs some shelves or storage, no lift at the moment but we were told it would be repaired by September.

Lovely hotel that's close to the beach.

The room itself was beautiful and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Definitely worth the money if you have a big appetite. The hotel is also very close to the beach with amazing restaurants in the vicinity.

It looked a little rundown from the outside and the room was a little dusty, but this is just me being picky as I'm sensitive to dust.
