Big Sky Resort offers the "Biggest Skiing in America" with more than 5,800 acres of terrain, a vertical drop of 4,350 ft,[1] 300 degrees of skiing off of Lone Peak (11,166 feet) and some of the most consistent snowfall in the country.

Just Ski off your back porch down to the Cabin Lift which takes you to Lewis & Clark, from the top of Lewis & Clark you can access all Big Sky Resort has to offer.

Montage Big Sky is now open! Please take advantage of this spectacular public amenity that offers 4 food and beverage outlets, pools, hot tubs, a 12 room spa and a bowling alley! As this cabin is the closest cabin located to Montage, there is a lot of construction surrounding it.

Great, helpful host provided detailed information about the area, shops, activities. Walking distance to the lovely Montage, some construction noise in the morning as nearby houses are still under construction.

The location of the house cannot be beat. Best of both worlds between having the space and convenience of a house, and amenities of the Montage Hotel a 2 minute walk across the street. The house is in impeccable condition and has everything you need with a nice great room and kitchen area. Plenty of room for multiples families or a group of friends. Justa is an incredible host - communication was excellent and she even stopped by to drop off some extra kindling for the fireplace when we ran out!! Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely spacious and rustic ski home for a large group (8) of friends with all the comforts of home. Easy access to the Lewis & Clark lift (short walk) and the luxury Montage Hotel. Our first Big Sky experience has been made possible with the stay here and the amazing skiing to boot. The property managers were super accommodating during our stay and we highly recommend this home.

This place felt like home the minute we walked in the door! Justa was very helpful from the initial booking right up until checkout, so friendly and responsive to any and all questions. She made me feel like I was part of the family rather then a stranger renting a house. The ski-in ski-out was "OK" a bit confusing but worked once we figured it out.

House was very accommodating for 10 people. It would have slept 14 just fine. VERY very close to the Montage. New community and ALOT of on-going construction which was the only negative.

Great home and extremely comfortable in a fantastic location. The neighborhood ski run is 2 houses down and a short and easy walk. The owners were great and we will be coming back next winter.

We had a great stay. Snow was scarce until our last day and that was amazing! Close to the elk river ridge and conveniently located next to montage. The lift is right beside it hiding alittle but it was accessible! We enjoyed the beautiful scenario with our morning coffee. Our young crew enjoyed the hot tub just as much. Beautiful , well equipped kitchen. I would love to come back here again!! Fast replies from manager and fast on action. Thanks for the guidance!

Overall experience was seamless and very enjoyable. Home was nicely appointed/stocked and located in a great area - the home will be even better once the montage is complete and the amenities are available there. Very spacious house as well - looking forward to doing a ski vacation there in the future with the nieces and nephews.

Pros: Pretty home in an established community. Easy access to main lifts. Owner was responsive with communication, directions, recommendations, etc. Cons: Construction of a massive hotel significantly impedes on the serenity of the home. The traffic, mud, lack of peacefulness was a huge negative. And with the bustling hotel, once completed, I can’t imagine it will improve much. While we didn’t use them on our trip, it’s important to note that the bunk beds are not full size beds and would not comfortably accommodate adults or fully-grown teenagers. Upon arrival the home was well appointed and clean with one exception - the back patio was covered in dog urine and feces. The home is close to being a ski in / ski out but is not really easy to manage. Be prepared to lug your gear and walk up a steep driveway in your snow boots and walk about 50 yards. Again, not a deal breaker but the communication could have been clearer. The house has satellite/cable listed under an entertainment amenity which is not the case. It has smart TV apps only which isn’t a big deal but different than the description. Floors are quite thin so it’s easy to hear where everyone else is in the house.

We loved everything about our Big Sky trip. The house was beautiful and felt so comfortable to our group. The ski off /on was pretty close to the lift but not easy for a boarder. Thanks to Justa for her great recommendations for food, restaurants and vacation type services !

Perfect Ski Getaway

Traveling with two families and teenagers this home provided the perfect space for everyone. Exceptionally clean and well appointed, great views of the slopes and surrounding mountains. Ski On is a simple as could be with a groomed path to the rear patio. Ski Off requires less than 3 minutes of walking due to the new hotel under construction. Highly recommend.

Place was great! It was beautiful, well appointed, and very close to the mountain. Justa was also very responsive. The one thing I would point out which will eventually be the most amazing thing is that it is quite close to the build site of the Mirage, so there is quite a bit of construction around the area. It will eventually be incredible to just walk across the street to the hotel and the noise didn't bother us but just a note. I would give this place a true 10 out of 10!!

A beautiful house that accommodates large families

This house is BEAUTIFUL!!!! We visit Big Sky every summer and this was our first time staying in the Spanish Peaks neighborhood and we loved it! I booked the house because we were going with a few families and a total of 4 children. This house is set up perfect for a large group! There are 4 King bedrooms (which is a rare find!), a room with 2 sets of bunk beds with an additional room with 2 twin beds. We all were very comfortable with tons of space with the way the house is set up. The house is decorated beautifully and is spotless!!!! The kitchen is fully stocked and we grilled steaks out one night with the gas grill on the porch. There are beautiful views from the back porch and we sat for hours outside taking in the surroundings! The manager was very helpful in every way. The ONLY down fall was that there is construction on the lot next-door and they started working early 2 mornings. Other than that, it was an amazing week at one of our favorite destinations! We will be back:)
