Welcome to Playa Rana, home of the finest properties right here in the heart of Virginia Beach. This beautiful luxury condominium is located in one of the most desirable and safe locations on the beach. It is fully furnished two bedroom condo that will sleep 6 comfortably, with two bathrooms, balcony, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer.

ALL LINENS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH THE RENTAL!!!

There is also a nice swimming pool and a charcoal grill at the pool deck for your enjoyment. Building offers off-street parking and secure coded access.
Condo is conveniently located only a short 1.5 blocks from the ocean and boardwalk and offers great access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy outdoor live entertainment nightly at 31st and 24th street boardwalk stages during the summer. Fishermen might enjoy the 14th street pier or Rudee Inlet which offers inshore/offshore fishing as well as a variety of different tours (dolphin/whale watching, speed boat, pirate ship, and jet skis). Golfers might enjoy the many nearby golf courses. Parasailing, kayaking, sailing, Jet Ski rentals are available at either end of the beach. Bike routes along the boardwalk are great for exploring the beach. Grocery store Harris Teeter is conveniently located half a block from the condo for all of your shopping needs.
Master bedroom offers a queen size bed, separate full bathroom, flat screen TV, vanity with a mirror, closet with new washer and dryer as well as a dresser with night stands and lamps.
Second bedroom offers a brand new bunk bed, with twin bed on top and double bed on the bottom , closet and a work desk.
Great room offers a nice flat screen TV, sofa that converts to a queen size bed, dining table with chairs, bar stools and a door to the balcony for you to enjoy the sun set and palm trees.

Was just as listed. Very clean. Couldnt get the owner to contact me back about what to do with something we found of someone elses and wasnt anyone in the managers office the whole week we stayed. Loved it would definitely stay there again.

Loved our stay! Pictures were exactly how the place was. 1 1/2 blocks to the beach! Building was quiet and people were friendly. Pool was clean and kids loved swimming in it. We walked to everything! Will stay again!

We enjoyed our visit. The walk to the beach was a lottle rough on the hot days but not too bad. Good restaurants near by. The host was very helpful and friendly. Only problem we had was with the shower head in the hall bathroom, but the host got to us within 10 minutes to assist us.

We were very happy with this condo. It was exactly as described in the listing and the building was nice and quiet. We loved the pool, balcony, and keyless entry. It was very convenient being within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Simone was very accommodating and quickly responded to my questions. We would definitely stay here again. My wife and I enjoyed our 2-week stay in this charming and cozy 2-bedroom/2-bath condo a short walk to the oceanfront, several great restaurants and a wonderful pastry/coffee shop. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to enjoy your stay - even a tea kettle - except, of course, your own food. A ton of cute nautically-themed furnishings decorate the unit. The sectional sofa is comfortable, as is the queen mattress, although it is beginning to wear thin. The Wifi is quick and speedy. The 40" smart TV has a nice picture for its size. Communications with the condo manager was excellent. The wifi went out one evening, and when we contacted, the manager quickly contacted Cox to ascertain what was going on and passed the info on to us.

This was a perfect place to stay for our Virginia Beach Vacation. Two blocks off the beach and 1 block off the main street. Convenient to great restaurants but not on top of the main street where it can get buys and loud. The grocery store is one block away which was perfect. The pool was very nice and we met a bunch of people swimming. Overall I would highly recommend this location.

Beach is close by and easy access, also NAS with lots of fighter jet noise. Okay on disability access, could do better. Accommodations fair compared to other VRBO places we've stayed, thus I'd say a bit overpriced.

Everything as property was as advertised and then some. It seems these folks have gone out of their way to provide just about anything you might need during your vacation. I had a small issue with the plumbing upon check in on Saturday which was resolved by Monday. The location is so convenient there's a Harris teeter supermarket caddy corner from the rear of the property only two blocks from the beach. Only one small issue some may not find enjoyable is the military jets flying overhead on many other days. Of course this is totally out of the control of the property owner. Overall was a great experience therefore I've rated it five stars.
