The Skyscraper is my Vacation Beach Home- I am trudi/the owner and I’m excited to share my home with you! My home The Skyscraper offers a STUNNING, Best View of the Bay and Ocean can be enjoyed within this spacious and Luxurious home that has all the amenities to accommodate family, friends as well as Corporate/Executive Meetings and Team Building. A spectacular home and setting that can't be found in another. An owner/manager always knows their home best-reach the owner- trudi - book with me-We love our home and want to share it with you- You are steps away from the best crabbing, clamming, and beaches to be enjoyed on the Oregon Coast! The Cape Lookout State Park, also know as 'The Spit' reaches out around the Netarts Bay - the spit wraps around and protects the beach giving a beach area that is protected and truly be enjoyed!

This Home has three Bedrooms, two are Master Suites with King Beds, The third has a Queen bed. There is an enormous 900 sq. ft loft with four Queen beds and space that can accommodates all the kids and more. Enjoy a chef’s kitchen fully equipped to cook or just enjoy a bowl of Tillamook Ice Cream and the view. No where can you be closer to the beach, have a better view, and have all that you need to entertain and accommodate your entire family with all the luxury extras. Plan a family reunion…a b-day celebration, Corporate meeting or just a get away! Every bed is a 'heavenly bed' with incredible high thread count sheets and top notch bedding/pillows/linens. This is TOP of the World...The Skyscraper is the best of the whole area. Look at each photo and you'll see...if you want an incredible get away... come stay. No comparison!

This is the Vacation Rental that has it all: view, location and size. Fun for family and friends at the beach. The Netarts Bay is protected by the spit and that makes the beach calm and incredible. You truly are at the skyline...take the stairs up to the TOP and enjoy the best view of the Ocean and Bay! Because we are located so close to the beach, building codes do not permit ground floor living/use. The Skyscraper has stairs AND the most incredible VIEWS!!!

We Welcome up to 2 Doggy Pals Per visit with pre-arrangement and $100 per Doggy Pal. Please communicate with trudi about needs/exceptions considered.

If your reservation includes pet(s)-I wanted to share a friendly reminder of dog etiquette - I feel silly in sharing this, but must for safety of pets and as respect to my cleaning crew. Please, don’t allow/take pets into the loft -the stairs are open view and it causes concern with depth perception. Additionally, the loft is carpeted and just not a place I want Dogs. (Please, no eating, food, snacks in loft). Please, bring your own Doggy Pal bedding, we love pets but not in/on our beds or our furnature. Please, don’t leave Doggy Pals in the house or closed in rooms /decks without you-I can’t imagine the anxiety that could cause in an unfamiliar place. Please bring towels for the beach for yourself and Doggy Pals. The sand wreaks havoc on the house /appliances. The outdoor shower level is the perfect spot to tidy up and hang towels when beach clean up is done and as you head up to the house front door entry.
So sorry to have to go through these points-but I’ve been simply amazed that folks would needs these tips shared as guests in someone’s home- so, I’m including this for everyone.
For safety- Guests are required to provide car information, make/model/color and license plate. Emergency contact info for someone not at house location required. This is a safety measure. Please review description of coastal home and location. A reservation is conformation you have read and respect our home for appropriate use. Special events considered and REQUIRE ADDITIONAL FEES. It is the responsibility of the booking guest to clearly discuss this with trudi/owner or reservation will be cancelled. I take the regulations of our area and short term rental rules seriously.
You are responsible to clear ALL events and speak live with trudi/owner.

We had a great stay at this house. The owner is communicative and friendly. The house is lovely and the views are outstanding. Looking out on God’s handiwork and seeing His masterpiece was peaceful and filled us all with wonder at the majesty of creation. Also Tunnel Beach was a highlight. Highly recommend this house and area!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a great location. The views were spectacular especially from the loft. The kitchen was extremely well equipped--we found everything we needed to cook all our meals. The host left a lot of information about the house and the surrounding area to help us explore. Overall, a great experience!

This was a perfect spot for a group of friends to relax on the coast! Beautiful views, lots of space, and proximity to the beach made this an excellent place to crash and catch up. The home was quite clean, and Trudi was quite active with communication and helped us navigate the check in. Hope to be back soon.

Beautiful view and very clean and well maintained home. Bring fans if going in summer as it can get stuffy inside even with doors and windows open especially in loft area. Great Beach acces and quiet neighborhood. Short drive to Tillamook for shopping, but 2 small stores in Netarts that carry a lot of staples. Schooner was a fantastic place to eat and the bay is prime crabbing and claming territory.

Beautiful home with beautiful views updated kitchen, could use a new couch, and bed in the room with a view. Television needs a better setup and lot of stairs. For the price should have included hair products (shampoo and conditioner). Short walk to the water, and short drive to local store and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay but would have been much better with amenities and updated furniture.

We enjoyed the property very much and love the natural beauty of the surrounding area. The home is very much as nice as the pictures with a well stocked kitchen and fantastic area for lounging. Our only suggestions would be to turn the hot water heater temperature up a smidge and please provide soap and shampoo for the showers.

Well equipped kitchen. 40 stairs to main level. Bring your own DVDs and games. Basic cable. No reading light or chair. No dining chairs . Owner very helpful by phone.

Location was great, cute lil beach and we enjoyed the hot weather. We were there during the heat wave. Trudi should add in her listing the requirement for the rental agreement and personal information like car license plate. I received the request a week before check in. Be nice to know all the requirements up front. Also there are a lot of stairs if you cannot go up two flights of stairs to get to main level this may not be for you.

The owner misrepresented the property. It is a condo with three sets of steep stairs. Multiple appliances were not working. Owner requested me to cancel with Vrbo and pay her directly. Formal complaint entered.

House is super nice. We really enjoyed our staying and wished we stayed longer there. I recommend this place for crabbing. We rented a boat for crabbing from a store by little grocery shop and caught so many crab. Kids found couple of clams from bay. Most I liked about this house is it is so spacious, super clean and has wonderful view. Photo they are advertising cannot tell how nice this place is. It was perfect.

The place is spacious, comfortable, very well stocked with everything you could need, and the views are incredible. The location is also great, a short walk away from the beach. This is a great place to stay for a large family or group.

What a lovely place to spend a relaxing weekend. Trudi gave us lots of good information prior to our arrival so we had plenty of ideas to keep the kids entertained (though they would have been happy hanging out in the loft all day). Be sure to check out Roseanna’s Cafe in Oceanside and then venture up to Cape Meares while you are there.

This house is beautiful and well stocked. We booked a get away for 10 over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I've experienced in renting vacation homes. The view was also amazing and a short walk to beach access. FYI there are 3 flights of stairs to climb but very worth it. Communication with the owner was also great! A lot of information in the house on how to work appliances and run the tv ~ We can't wait to re-book another long weekend.

Trudi’s beautiful home is stunning and you don’t realize the true beauty of this house until you step inside. The view is incredible. The location is amazing - we brought our pup and she had the most fun romping on the beach. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms set up perfectly for a couples trip or large families. We will definitely be coming back for another stay!!
