Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with comfortable furnishings to make you feel like you are at home. High end stainless appliances include French door refrigerator, 5 burner gas range with microwave, dishwasher, in an open kitchen with granite counters. Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the home is 5 minutes from the medical center and NRG stadium, 10 minutes to Downtown, the Galleria and the museum district. The home has Xfinity 400 mps Internet and HD Cable. There is a 55” high def LCD TV in the living room and 65" high def LCD TV in the den and a 42" LCD LCD TV in the master bedroom. There is a King, Queen, two Twin beds and a fold out queen bed in the living room. There is a dining room table for 4 in the kitchen and a gaming table that seats 8 in the expansive den. There is a large fenced in backyard with a charcoal grill.

We were visiting Houston to go to MD Anderson. Not only was the property close to the hospital but many attractions for our family to enjoy. The property is located in an older quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and responded immediately when we called them. The house was well stocked with everything you would need for your stay from pots and pans to storage containers, foil and plastic wrap and spices. Thank you Claire for welcoming our family into your home.

Family wedding brought us globally back to Houston and this home was perfect for my son and his family from Germany ! It is very family friendly with a great yard and lovely inviting feeling to the home ! My grandchildren and parents really enjoy being there. It is our 2nd time to rent this home !

I booked based on numerous stellar reviews and Claire is a Premier Host. We had issues upon arrival. Since we were staying 13 nights, I messaged Claire. I commend her responsiveness and she worked to rectify everything as quickly as she could - I am very appreciative. The home was not clean. There was a dirty napkin hanging over the ledge of the fridge. Dead bug in master closet and main bathroom rug ("it is Houston and they have insect problems" - we're from Florida - I get it to an extent). 2 beer bottles on the outdoor table with cigarette butts. During our stay, the following issues were rectified: patio chairs were replaced, baseboards were cleaned, Water pressure was resolved in the kitchen and master bath sinks. You can now get hot water in the main bathroom shower. The master bathroom fan no longer sounds like a freight train when you turn on the light! Claire added some rugs in the master bedroom to help minimize the creaky floors! The home is in a quiet neighborhood and great location. Close to grocery, shopping, restaurants, and medical centers. The photos do not exactly represent what was in the home (IE: area rugs, bed spreads, etc). Unfortunately we weren't able to use the place the last several days as my spouse ended up in the hospital longer than expected. I have no doubt the next renters will have a better experience!

Wow! Incredible stay - thanks to super thoughtful hosts who have literally thought of everything and who are super responsive and go out of there way to proactively communicate. We travel for work every month and while we've been fortunate to have stayed in some great homes, condos, and townhouses on VRBO -- this may be the nicest and best-provisioned property we've ever stayed at: Immaculately clean; new, comfortable furniture with terrific beds and high-end linens, high-speed Internet, new flat panel displays in every bedroom and in the living room; Full cable tv options including premium streaming services that come enabled with the rental; a kitchen stocked on arrival with thoughtful and useful snacks, power bars and every kitchen utensil you could ask for to cook at home. The unit itself is truly special -- top floor, high ceilings with great views of downtown Houston, NRG Stadium (within walking distance), and the medical center. Great shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores are immediately close and perhaps best for those traveling for work, the unit is a corner and is incredibly quiet. The unit is also stocked with a full-size washer and dryer and comes with ample cleaning supplies including detergent. If you are traveling with kids, the unit also comes with child-proofing tools and tons of games. They truly have thought of everything. Could not recommend the unit and the hosts more highly -- we are excited about returning to this unit on future visits!

This house matches it's description lot's of room, clean, etc. In a nice neighborhood where you can take walks and feel safe. At the same time it is a 5-10 min drive to the stadium and MD Anderson.

We had a great stay and I loved that the kitchen has everything you would need to cook! The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe taking walks in the afternoon. We also enjoyed the board games available to play.

This was the perfect home close to the medical center for our family to stay in while we were in town for the birth of our grandchild first grandchild. Perfect location and so cozy. Very comfortable and felt like home. We had everything we needed and more!

This house was amazing for my son and family who came to Houston from Germany. They loved it and so did the rest of the family who were able to drop by and visit while they were all here for a wedding. Definitely would rent again from the wonderful landlord. Fantastic wifi signal and plenty of tv channels - great yard and only about a 7 min walk to a great playground/park for my grandchildren. Thank you Claire for entrusting your lovely Vrbo home to us. Cozy, comfy, a true home!! Definitely would rent again.

Couch is extremely sleep-able Kitchen is Beautiful The set up for family activities was satisfactory. Only recommendations is that the tv in the master bedroom would get dim when something other than cable was plugged in.

Our stay was great! The process from beginning to end was smooth with Claire. The rental is in a nice quiet street where you are close to the highways, local grocery store, pharmacies and attractions. It was clean, spacious, relaxing. Perfect for my family and I. We stayed in this property for 3 weeks and was extremely happy with the space and location to MD Anderson, parks, grocery stores and shopping areas. Since we were there in December, the kitchen was well stocked for baking. Having both the living room and separate family room was perfect for our family of four. Easy communication with owner. Highly recommend.

Host was accessible quickly throughout rental process for questions and concerns. The home was well stocked and spacious for cooking. The beds were comfortable, not sure on sofa sleeper the children used for it but no complaints from them. The home was clean and nicely and simply decorated and a perfect layout for families with children. Lots or games and books and outdoor space. Plenty of linen, ample parking, nearby grocery stores. Ideal location. Overall great experience, we would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our long stay (1 month) in Houston. The house is very comfortable with lots of amenities in a quiet green neighborhood. The house is close to plenty of shops, grocery stores and restaurants (5-10 minute drive). The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and utensils, and the gas stove is excellent. We also enjoyed using the Weber charcoal grill on the back patio. I would give it highest possible rating- it feels like home.

Claire's house is definitely amazing. Enough room for my 4yr old to roam freely. The neighborhood is excellent and the running trail on south Braeswood would make any body jog.. cool, calm, serene and Centrally located.. what more could I say of this home. Owner is very polite and understanding.

This home is great for a family. We stayed for 11 days. in that much time you get a good feel for a place and the area. The neighborhood is peaceful, very quite. not far from loop 610 and also very close to NRG stadium, which was great because we were there for a three day event with over 50,000 in attendance; which meant hotels were booked solid. My wife appreciated the kitchen with all updated appliances and well appointed utensils. Being we were there for 11 days we used the washer and dryer which worked great. The beds are comfortable, our bed frame was a bit squeaky, but the others did not have the same issue. As this is an older home that has been updated the restrooms are a bit on the smallish side, much like European homes. We were there during July and it was HOT, but the Air Conditioning kept the house nice and cool. You will be close to excellent food, restaurants are quickly accessible in the Bellaire area and Post Oak, Galleria area. We will definitely consider this property if we need to be close to NRG.

What a treat to have so much room while staying in Houston! We made ourselves right at home and Claire (owner) was an excellent hostess. She has a neat and tidy place. Aircon was a bit warm in Master so she had crew come out and adjust it. Also, left my precious pillow and she mailed it to me! Will be staying there again if needed. Close to grocery store, Rice Village, and restaurants!
