We all have enough space to enjoy ourselves. Kids love the pool. It felt very private. Bedrooms were spacious and each had it's own bath plus one extra. Beautiful town.

How much did we love this condo? Let me count the ways... One of the best parts was that all bedrooms had their own bath, in addition to a bonus bathroom on the first floor off the kitchen. Our group of four families was easily able to make our way through a weeks stay without getting in each other‘s way. Somehow, magically, the hot water heater never ran out during our stay. the kitchen was superbly equipped with every imaginable pot or pan available, in addition to some wonderful nearly brand new sheet pans. The garage was larger than you might think, able to accommodate one of our cars and 11 bicycles with room left over to walk around and get to things comfortably. The location was also superb, quiet and off the beaten path, but allowing easy access both to the stores near I 70 but also to all of the different restaurants and shops downtown. On top of everything, the condo also had a well equipped junk drawer. We never needed it, but just knowing it was there was a comfort 😊 100% positive experience in all ways!!!

We had a great stay. Fun for all. You should know that you need pest control for spiders. No one EVER came to fix light outage we reported the first day. Only convection part of oven works. The bottom rack in dishwasher needs replacement or repair. Try to schedule window washing when unit is unoccupied. We really do not like having to disable our private relay security to use the WIFI. We had a great stay but wanted you to know above. Thanks

We loved the condo unit, large and exactly as described. I missed the fact there was no A/C at all. It was hot during the days and nights. The mornings were nice and cool. The unit was well stocked with paper products. The kitchen was amazing and I cooked and baked a lot while there. We played with the games in the unit. The owner thought of everyone! Books to read, games, nice chairs and table outside. We did not use grill outside. There was construction going on behind our unit during our stay, which really the noise wasn’t too bad, as we were up and out of the unit before 10 am and arrived back to the unit around 6-7 pm. So many beautiful places to visit and hike. Loved our time we spent in Colorado!

This is a great property, there was tons of space for all of us to spread out and the clubhouse was a great asset as well. Close to downtown Frisco and the Summit Stage shuttles, but still feels secluded with the mountains and being just a few blocks off Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Annual adult family ski trip. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms -- deluxe! Well equipped kitchen, games, TVs. Copper bus is on the corner. Hot tubs and sauna were great. Property managers we prompt and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments:
Great location. Condo was set up perfect. Excellent appliances, silverware, dishes, glasses and cookware. The only thing missing was a toaster/toaster oven. Hot tub and pool right across the street and in excellent condition. We only had one issue with the grounds, they need to maintain walk ways. My brother slipped on the ice on a main area and fell, was out for the next day. The ice was about 2” thick so it wasn’t a fluk thing. Other then that, I’d stay here again.

Enjoyed are stay. Very close to town and skiing. House layout perfect for our family. Comfortable beds. Was disappointing to find out we had no heat in the living area/kitchen and it was not fixed until day before we left. We werent given notice of the situation and were supplied several space heaters hours after check in which we turned off while asleep and out of the house for safety. We were lucky weather was mild after that first night. Overall this house would have gotten a five star review were it not for this.

I called for an early check-in and was told to call 24 hours before check-in so they could check. Called 24 hours before and they said "not sureeee" you have to call morning of. Called morning of and told "umm we don't really know yet, call later" called at noon and they said "umm we don't know." Not sure why they kept making me call back when they couldn't give me any answers other than ums and uhs. When it was finally 30 minutes before check-in I called again and they said "uhhh it should be ready now.." I said "what does SHOULD be mean? is it ready or not" and they said oh let me check and FINALLY gave me an answer.
TV in living room did not work - there was a leaky hole in kitchen ceiling. Two stove top burners kept turning off after 5 minutes of use.

This property is in a great location from downtown Frisco and also in very close proximity to the clubhouse. Plenty of room & beds to host a large group of people. The biggest problems were that there was a very few amount of towels given how many people this property is intended to host as well as a leak that occurred when using two of the showers. The management company was able to get us more towels but only gave us a late checkout on our last day as a concession for the leak problem (only after I specifically asked the higher-up manager).

We had a great stay. This place served all our needs, about three blocks from downtown Frisco. Might want to bring your own pool towels, there wasn’t an abundance of towels. Other than that it is a great place to stay.

Great condo rental
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cross Creek condos. The unit was perfect for our family group ages 1 to 16 for our grandkids. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The unit is close enough to town for a pleasant walk or bike ride to check out the shops and restaurants.

Great condo, extremely clean, well located in a quiet location a couple blocks off Main Street in Frisco. Loved the 4 bedrooms/baths upstairs, nice living area, well stocked kitchen, lovely patio although it needed a good cleaning. Picking up and dropping off the keys in Dillon was inconvenient, perhaps the owner should consider a lockbox on the condo for your customers convenience. Otherwise, would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Lovely Home
Your unit was simply amazing. Just a few things, so you know.
1. The dishwasher is not easy to always work, it slips down in the back and will not shut all the way.
2. A few of the burners on the stove were not working.
3. We needed more dish towels. 2 is simply not enough for such a large unit. We were told to wash them, it would be less cost effective if you just supplied more.
4. One of the TVs did not work (the front smaller bedroom).
The things we loved:
1. The location, simply amazing.
2. The size and number of bathrooms.
3. The kitchen was well stocked.
4. The house was really clean.
5. We had an amazing stay.
Thanks 😊

Great place, awful property management
The condo was the perfect place for our family visit. However, the property manager was no help and unprofessional. The first day the dryer ruined a load of laundry. After talking with the property manager they stated they meant to tell us not to use it at check in. They offered no apology for ruining our clothes and said to find a laundry mat. We finally got a repair to come look at it, but he said it was not fixable. We spent the entire vacation trying to air dry 11 peoples ski clothes or running to the town laundry mat. On the third night around 3am we woke up to numerous smoke and carbon monoxide detectors going off. We were not able to get them to shut off so we called the emergency contact. He told us that it was not an emergency so they wouldn't be out until the following day. We told him we could not get it to turn off and since it was multiple alarms we did not feel safe. After demanding that they provide help, he proceeded to hangup on us and would not pick up the phone again. We had to completely unhook the alarms in almost all of the rooms for the remainder of the stay. The condo was wonderful, but the property managers lack of professionalism and regard for safety ruins the place. I hope the owner can find a better manager for their property.

My family stayed here for our ski trip. We chose the Frisco location because it is centrally located to the surrounding ski resorts. We had fun skiing in Breckenridge, Vail, Beaver Creek and Keystone. This place is roomy. I love The bunk bedroom that has a set of twin bunk beds and 2 queen beds. We have several kids and they love being able to share room. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and a few spices and it was great for us to make dinner when it was too cold to venture out at night.

Great for a large group easy access to copper mountain
We loved this property! We were a group of women friends age 50 and over on our annual ski weekend. Steps from the hot tub and plenty of cooking and eating set ups.

Great house in the midst of everything
This is a wonderful place for year-round in the heart of America's Playground!
The location can't possibly be better as it's the first stop in Frisco after getting off I-70. The bustling Main Street is around the corner, and the Walmart/Safeway/Whole Foods shopping plaza is just one mile away.
The layout of the house is just perfect, with all bedrooms and laundry on 2nd floor and living area on 1st. The house has all the supplies you need.
The only reason I gave 4-star for the check-in process is that the rental office is in Dillon, a few miles away, as you need to retrieve and return the keys from/to the office. It's not a big deal, and when we left it's right on our way to Keystone.
The rental company is super responsive to my questions.
Overall a fantastic experience and we'll absolutely come back again and again!

This is a spacious and well-furnished condo in a nice location a few blocks from the center of Frisco. The beds are very comfortable. The patio overlooks a creek and the area is quiet with no obvious noise from nearby I70 traffic. However, there is another unit above this unit so you may have some noise from upstairs neighbors as we did. The kitchen is mostly well equipped although there is only a two-slice toaster and no toaster oven. There are plenty of dishes for a large group and a reasonable number of pots and pans for cooking. We had a small problem with the electric stove, which was fixed the same day we reported it to the management company. There is an attached garage; however, the owners provide no remote entry device and will not provide the outside keypad code so you have to go into the house to open the garage from inside, an inconvenience. We spent 10 days here and would happily come back.

Frisco stay
A beautiful place to stay. More than enough room for everyone. Loved having our own bathroom with each bedroom! Pictures don’t do this place justice. We got a little confused with the free shuttle bus, but made it work. Loved staying in Frisco! Very cute, but didn’t have the hassles of busy Breckinridge where we skied. Everyone loved the place! Thank you!

Our condo was beautiful and everything was in excellent condition. The weather made our visit lovely. The only thing that was puzzling to us: two televisions located in two different bedrooms received only two channels. This might need investigating.

Very nice condo. This unit is furnished very well and the kitchen is well stocked. The location is excellent as well. Close to I-70 and to Main Street. My only complaint is having to stop in Dillon to pick up and drop off the key. Perhaps an upgrade to a keypad door lock is a suggestion. Make the check-in process a little more automated. With that change, Five Stars. Otherwise, Four Stars for now.

Wonderful property for families!
This home has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms so everyone has space and privacy. We stayed here with our 2 adult sons and their wives and our 3 grandchildren and even had room for my nephew when his accommodations were not as promised. There was good gathering space for us to include other family who stayed elsewhere and the location was ideal for skiing at different resorts. We even took my grandson sledding in the snow mounds on the property because the owner kindly had sleds in the garage! I really recommend this property!
