Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

GROUPS AND HOUSE PARTIES WARNING: WE RENT TO FAMILIES AND RESPONSIBLE ADULTS ONLY. Please note that the minimum check-in age is 25. We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, spring break from high schools or colleges, or other non family groups to be determined at the sole discretion of the owners. Any violation will result in termination of rental agreement without refund.

EQUIPMENT: The house is privately owned and furnished. We cannot be held responsible for appliance breakdowns. We will make all efforts to have service restored as soon as possible. Guest agrees to allow agent or its representatives to enter the property at reasonable hours to make timely repairs or inspections. No refunds will be made for mechanical failure, no internet access, or cleanliness.
SOFA SLEEPERS: We do NOT recommend sofa sleepers for adult use. For children's use only.
REFRIGERATORS: Many refrigerators are left open during cleaning. It can take as long as twelve (12) hours before your food will cool and the refrigerator returns to a medium temperature. If you fill it with warm groceries and continually open the refrigerator door, it will take much longer than 12 hours. Please check your refrigerator upon arrival - it should be set at a medium temperature. If the refrigerator is turned to a high setting, the humidity will cause the coils to freeze up, which prevents cool air from reaching the refrigerator compartment while the freezer remains cold. If this should happen, please set the unit to a medium setting and allow time to defrost and stabilize.
KITCHEN: The kitchen should be fully equipped for daily meals and serving. The following items should be in the house to accommodate at least the maximum occupancy: coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, flatware, serving dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. You may want to consider bringing with you items such as: blender, food processor, extra large or specialty pots and pans, specialty knives and cooking utensils, etc.

Check out time is NOT the time to inform us about problems. We cannot issue refunds for mechanical breakdowns, unit cleanliness, or inability to connect to the internet. We shall have the right to enter the property at reasonable hours to make timely repairs or inspections. If a service call is made and entry refused, the renter will be held liable for service call fees.
LOST and FOUND: We will NOT be responsible for any personal items left in the house. There will be a $35.00 service charge for mailing charges required if you request us to pick up and mail any items left behind.
LOCKED CLOSETS: We may have some personal items locked in a closet for our convenience. These areas are not included in any rental. Please do NOT attempt to open these locked closets - they are for HOMEOWNER USE ONLY. If you break into the closet, your guest account may be charged for any repairs as well as missing items.
THIRD PARTY WEBSITES: All parties agree to not discuss or disclose the occupancy of any property with any entity not bound by the terms of this agreement without the express written authorization of the homeowner and the agent representing the homeowner. Furthermore, the owner requests that occupants resolve any complaints with owner prior to publication to third-party websites. Any violation will result in legal action and/or monetary fine against the guest, as well as any third party companies. Overall, the house was awesome- great layout, views, and beach access. There were a ton of bedrooms and bathrooms- so our large group had plenty of room! However, the house didn’t have simple things like toilet paper or soap. Communication was difficult with the property manager. There were also people who randomly showed up unannounced twice- to install a grill and to clean the pool. It was fine, but would’ve been nice to have a heads up. The listing also shows a bunk bed room which is not accurate- that room has been redone and is now just one bed.

We enjoyed our time at Shore Perfection. The house is perfectly situated on the beach with great views from the decks. We had an initial problem with internet service, but the owner and property manager went above and beyond to get us up and running quickly.

We would definitely stay here again. It was expensive but it was worth it for us. Nails sticking out of the wooden walkway leading to the beach which we were weary of and tv lost signal the last day but other than that it was a very relaxing and homey.

We had a wonderful stay at the Shore Perfection home. The location couldn't be better - we loved being so close to the beach and the small pool. Thank you so much for the wine/whisky gift.
There are a few items of feedback we would like to note:
For the price of the rental, we assumed the linens would be on the beds or at a very minimum be informed that we were responsible for putting the linens on ourselves. As this was a vacation, we were not expecting to spend an hour plus sorting through linens and putting them on all the beds. We also had to sort through the towels and put them in the rooms, which was quite a hassle.
In the instructions, it was noted that renters are to leave all shams, comforters, blankets, mattress pads in the house and they should not be put in the linens bag for cleaning. This implies that these items are never or rarely get washed - which is disgusting and unhygienic, especially in times of covid. Comforters should be swapped then for duvet covers and washed after every single use. Mattress pads should also be washed after every use. We had to wash all the gray blankets since we needed an extra layer besides just the plain linens. Again, doing laundry immediately upon arriving at vacation is not something we wanted to do.
The coffee maker was not cleaned and there was an old coffee filter in there with mold on it. This makes the home feel less clean.
The amenities were very scarce or non-existent - no paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, no cleaning supplies at all, and tiny soaps. In times of Covid, there should especially be disinfecting soap and cleaning supplies provided. The broom did not even have a dustpan, which is really a must for a beach front ocean home!
The handle in the bathroom on the first floor is loose and came off practically every time it was used.
The carpets / rugs seemed a bit worn / dirty and could benefit from a deep clean.
No curtains on the top floor so it was extremely light in the mornings, as early as 5am.
The WIFI is really bad / nonexistent - it was noted the wifi was business quality but most of the time we were not even able to get on. Doing any sort of work from this rental property was nearly impossible, which was frustrating. A signal booster would be very helpful.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the location alone is really unbeatable. If the owner/rental company fixes some of these above stated things, it could really be absolute Shore Perfection.

Great location right on the beach! We enjoyed relaxing on the deck listening to the ocean each evening. The house is huge and we had plenty of room to move about. It was nice, but could use a good deep cleaning (carpets, blinds, etc). Toast crumbs were on the kitchen counter when we arrived. It took us a short time to discover that the clean towels were in a laundry bag in the laundry room. Overall, we had a lot of fun and it was a great stay.

Beautiful property on the beach! Loved every aspect of this home and will return again! Very spacious with well equipped kitchen (great ice maker!). The pool was perfect for our family in the afternoon and evenings as we spent most of our time on the beach. This is in a great location with an easy drive to all of the activities we planned.

The layout of the house is great! We especially loved since we had several families that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The pool is small but the kids or adults for that matter didn’t mind it was nice and refreshing to jump in after beaching it all day. It had wonderful private access to the beach as well. It really is a beautiful home and was perfect for our group. We did see some bugs mainly out on deck only few inside . Dryer and dishwasher could prob be updated but other than that we would definitely stay in this home again and would recommend it to anyone. We had a blast!

This home was everything and more! Perfect for our large group, even tho the weather didn’t cooperate we still had a great time. The kitchen, dining and living room opened up to the deck and was a terrific place for us to all enjoy each others company. Beds were all comfy and each bedroom having there own bathroom was very nice as well. Can’t say enough about this home and hope to be back in the near future! Thank you
