About this villa rental

Our villa is located on the second (top) floor of the quiet, secluded Seascape Villas. Perfectly situated in Kiawah's West Beach Village, you'll be only minutes from the Kiawah entrance gate, with convenient access to the West Beach Convention Center, Cougar Point Golf Course, Freshfields Village shopping and dining, and Night Heron Park. Our unit is located less than 100 yards from Kiawah's wide beautiful beach, which can be reached by a paved, shaded path. Out on the villa's screened in porch you'll be greeted with a serene view of wooded forest where you can enjoy watching Kiawah's abundant wildlife. Kiawah is one of the top ten beaches in the US. It is known for its beautiful natural environment.

Our villa was completely refurbished in 2018 with stylish tile and plank floors, beautifully tiled shower, granite counter tops and new high-end furnishings. Sleeping accommodations include a king sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen sized pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit also includes a full-sized washer and dryer, flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom, wireless high speed internet, a full stock of kitchen pans, cooking utensils, and dinnerware, and available beach chairs and umbrella to enjoy at the beach.

It was just as we had hoped! We biked, love the beach, read, even on a rainy day on the peaceful porch, and love Eugenia's Cafe. Your condo is nice and close to the beach, has nice chairs! Everything has been maintained just like our first visit after remodeled! Thank you so very much!

Great place for the two of us for a 3 night stay. Witnessed a fantastic sight of dolphins strand feeding after a nice bike ride down the beach. Condo is as pictured. Very clean. Responsive host. Short walk to beach.

We were very happy to have the washer/dryer but it does come at the expense of a closet in which to hang clothes. And, while this is arguably a personal preference comment - the pillows were unusually hard and providing an alternative would have been appreciated.

This is our 3rd year staying at this condo. It’s so cozy - definitely our happy place! The Stacy’s are excellent hosts, friendly and responsive. The condo is consistently super-clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained. The bed is comfortable and towels are plush. And to top it off, the condo is so close to the beach - about 100 steps (and I’m a shortie!) Looking forward to many more years in Kiawah!

Condo was really nice. Really enjoyed the short walk to the beach. There were usually deer every morning on the way there. Was lucky enough see a turtle lay her eggs before she made her way back to the water. Very laid back and relaxing place to visit. Thanks to the Stacy’s for a great trip!

We had an amazing stay at the Stacy’s Villa. The pictures and description are spot on - renovated, clean, close to the beach. What we loved the most, though, were the small details. Fluffy towels, new beach chairs, sharp knives. All very thoughtful!

This condo was absolutely perfect for my friend and my needs. So very close to the beach! We enjoyed waking up every morning to a slow start sipping coffee on the screened in porch. Then we enjoyed a nice walk on the walking path every morning before hitting the beach. The unit was clean and tidy! Loved everything about our stay!

We had a beautiful week at Kiawah staying at Mark and Stacey’s Seascape Villa! The condo was updated, clean, had all the amenities you might need, a comfy King bed and great shower, and a lovely screened porch overlooking the palms and live oaks. The villa is mere steps from the beach, and we loved the great beach chairs and umbrella provided. Mark was very responsive and a great communicator. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

Very clean and equipped as described. Location is great. Easy access to beach, bike paths and island sites and restaurants. Only minutes away from Freshfields shops and Restaurants. This property was steps from the beach and just as described. The bed was super comfy and the property itself was immaculately clean! We really enjoyed our stay. I was here for a teacher conference at the West Beach conference center and I was able to walk to a from the conference. The beach was amazing for shell collecting. The condo itself was small, but perfect for my husband and I for a few nights.

Traveled to Kiawah for race weekend. Place was clean, tidy, and all appliances worked well. We even got to sit on the screen porch for a bit on Saturday. Beach is literally a 2 minute walk on quiet path / boardwalk. It was quiet and we very much enjoyed our stay. Only complaint, and this is strictly personal preference, was pillows provided were a bit thick for my liking. Again, personal preference, but just FYI. Would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

Very quiet location, convenient to the beach, bike trails, Freshfields. There were bike racks right next to the condo. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owners responded immediately to questions. Definitely would return.

Your property was everything we asked for. Clean, quiet, peaceful. We had never been to Kiawah Island before, and we definitely want to come back. The touches you added to your property were very tasteful and well-thought out. The short walk to the beach was a real blessing. We had never been to a beach that was so calm, soothing, and tranquil. Susette and I absolutely loved everything about our stay!

Very nice, comfortable bed, great communication with owner through VRBO and even personal call when had question. Proximity to beach short walk, even had lightweight chairs and great umbrella to take to beach. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay for our anniversary! Mark was very quick to respond to a question we had. He also made sure that a broken hair dryer was replaced before we even got there (previous renter had told him it was broken) and although we didn’t need the hair dryer, his prompt attention to this speaks well of how the property is taken care of!

We were looking for a relaxing get away for a few days either on the beach or close by the beach. This place had everything we were looking for, the screen in porch overlooking the forest was perfect for relaxing and watching the squirrels play in the trees and the deer roaming around. The beach was a 2 minute walk away and not crowded at all.

We absolutely love staying at this unit on Kiawah. The unit has absolutely everything needed for a relaxing visit, and the location can’t be beat for proximity to the beach without actually being oceanfront. We loved the balcony that looks out on tree canopy (and wildlife) and the spacious space in the great room - enough space for puzzles, games, and even yoga! The Stacy’s are awesome hosts - quick to respond, friendly, and considerate.

It's hard to imagine a more beautiful place to go for a vacation. The condo was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the huge bed was very comfortable, and the shower is awesome. A short walk to the beach, very convenient to Freshfield where you can find anything you may need or want, and Bohicket marina. I highly recommend this place!
