Recently renovated 3 bedroom plus den 2 bath pool home. From this beautiful house you can walk or bike to Vanderbilt beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park, your are also a very short distance to Mercato and other award winning restaurants and shopping . Take the provided bikes to the beach then head out to the variety of nightlife that Naples offers or stay home and enjoy the heated saltwater pool, this property is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing by the pool. This home does allow up to two small pets for an additional fee (see rules for more information)

The location was perfect, within a bike ride or a very short car ride to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for our family. The house itself was spacious and well-equipped, providing plenty of room for everyone. One of the highlights was the very nice pool, which we enjoyed immensely. It was clean and well-maintained, offering a great spot to relax and have fun. The check-in and check-out process was one of the easiest we've ever encountered in all the rentals we've been to over the years. It was smooth and hassle-free, which added to the overall positive experience. We highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the beach. It truly made our trip memorable and enjoyable.

Looked at a number of options during our search to accommodate 4 guys on a golfing trip to the area, found this property and safe to say it delivered on all fronts. Clean, spacious, pool, location, all worked well for our group.

Patio/pool area is very nice. Pool area was nice and warm and cozy. Home has nice décor. Neighbors were quite. Maybe could use beach towels. HVAC was nice and cold. Place was super clean. Really enjoyed the place and would stay again.

The house was spacious and very clean. There was spices, coffee and filters, paper towels, toilet paper and so much more provided. So nice to arrive and not have to run to the store immediately The landscaping was beautiful as was the pool. We called Micheal regarding a minor problem and he took care of it right away. We would certainly stay here again!

Excellent property. Very clean and very well stocked with multiple staples eliminating annoying runs to the grocery. The property was at least as nice as the pictures and our host was very accessible and great to work with during our stay . A no brainer place to stay again.

4 bedrooms and a spacious kitchen are great for a family with kids. Location is close to the beach by car or bike. Owner was responsive quickly to all communications. Owner refunded us a credit as the pool's heating mechanism was not working.

We live in Miami, and it gets tiresome. So we booked this house in Naples, knowing that it would be like being home, just a different location. Were we wrong! First of all, the pictures do not do justice. From the front door, to the back doors, every space was clean as a whistle, well furnished, every room more spacious than you could imagine. The kitchen had everything imaginable in it, maybe an extra mixing bowl or fruit bowl would be a thought. I was so stunned by all the extras found in the house, from toilet paper, detergents ( maybe left behind from previous renters) paper towels, even spices! the list goes on and on. Other than food you need nothing really! Loads of towels and linens were nice to have too since we had multiple visits at different times.Outside the pool was so inviting, we used it all the time. Alot of pool floats in the garage.The neighbors were quiet, and the guy next door was really nice and we chatted while he washed his car. The neighborhood is a middle class one, and the roadwork can be annoying around you but it really wasn't on the street of this house much. Many ways to go around it so if it's making you rethink a stay, don't let it. Other than a little dust on my car we never knew there was street work. What an easy bike ride to the beach! The boys went daily, bikes were in excellent shape, as were the beach chairs and umbrella. I can't tell you how much we enjoyed this vacation other to say we WILL be back!

Enjoyed our stay. This vacation home is very clean and shockingly well stocked. Mike is only a text away if you need anything. The neighborhood, Naples Park, is quiet, walkable, bike-able. The beaches are just minutes away and are open. This is our second time staying here and will not be our last.

The house is clean. The neighnorhood is fine. There is some construction happening on the road but not a big deal. The 4 bikes, beach chairs, coolers, sand toys and rafts in the garage were an added bonus. The house is close to everything. You can bike to the beach or Starbucks down the street. The outdoor pool and yard are a nice retreat after the beach. Your family will enjoy a nice vacation here.

Two week get away alone and then with two adult kids joining. Home was comfortable and clean for a rental. Owner was great!!!!! Pool was fabulous for area. I’ve stayed in the area before and been disappointed but not this time!

The place is great larger then pictures show! Great location to beach and shopping. Cute backyard with privacy. Nice to walk in and have the essentials there for you. Each room is comfortable and the kitchen has plenty of space and is functional. Michael was responsive and helpful and overall awesome !! There is road construction going on that is loud and messy and the house across the street is sketchy. Nothing the property manager can do about those things but it does take away from the perfection of this house. We would stay again ! Thank you

We've done many VRBO's as a group of friends literally all over the country and this was one of the nicer surprises. We've had. The listing, and the overall appearance of the house in person or identical. The house was amazingly well stocked with everything needed to enjoy our stay for five nights. Obviously we had to buy provisions. But even at that there were things unexpected, such as extra paper supplies and coffee, filters, and things such as that that you usually have to by yourself. The pool was nice and we enjoyed it and the location is close to everything. Mike, the owner, was easy to deal with and responding to all questions in a timely manner. We may rent this house again, and if we do, it will be our first repeat.

2nd time staying and have already booked 3rd. Michael is extremely responsive and his place is a home away from home. Comfy beds, plenty of towels etc, nice new couch, spacious screened porch, and tropical back yard with pool. Naples Park neighborhood is the best!

Upon arrival, the pictures don't do the property justice. It is beautiful. Mike was awesome to work with and very accommodating.. He ensures that his guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. The pool was a little cool so I left a message and he came over the next morning and increased the heat. We really enjoyed the property, and would rent it again. Thanks for a wonderful stay🙂

After a very hectic week we arrived here to find a nice quiet neighborhood and a house which suited us perfectly. The description in the write up is quite accurate. The house is very comfortable and inviting. The pool is sooo relaxing. We had a great time exploring the area and trying new restaurants! Thanks Mike for a wonderful stay!

This was a perfect property for our needs. We lost our home during hurricane Ian and it was one of the few places that didn’t price gouge. It was such a difficult time for us and the owner was available for us. It’s in a great location and the home had everything that a family would need. The owner is very involved and was there immediately when anything needed to be taken care of.

We stayed for the week at this beautiful home close to the beach. Very spacious clean, and stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to many, bars restaurants, and stores. My heart is heavy as I write this as Ian has now cost on untold damage to Gulf area. I highly recommend this home! Communication was excellent and we enjoyed the pool and patio immensely.

The VRBO we booked was clean and stocked with everything we needed during our stay. A state park pass was included and was greatly appreciated. The pool in the backyard was enjoyed by all. We had some questions and sent a message to the owner who responded promptly.

We loved this home!! it definitely felt like we were on vacation and we enjoyed the pool. The house is so spacious and so clean! We walked to the beach and biked as well with the bikes in the garage. The location is perfect for an at-home feel with the beach so close! definitely looking forward to staying here again next year!

Absolutely the cleanest home I ever stayed in! A very big plus for me. Mike is an incredibly generous host. State park entry pass, paper products, sand toys, pool toys, bicycles-WOW. We had young children with us and it was refreshing to not have a lot of decoration clutter in the home. We stayed for three weeks. Looked to book again for next July, but someone has already booked for five days mid month. Grab this home quick, you will not regret it.

I stay in many vacation rentals and this is one of the best I have stayed in. It is comfortable from beds to linens. The kitchen is well appointed, the pool is well maintained and the location is great. The house overall is very clean. There are a few minor housekeeping issues. The Master Lamp needs replaced. The switch is funky. I moved a floor lamp to the family room, as there is only overhead light light otherwise. There is not a Bluetooth speaker for music outside, which would have been nice. Anything else would be a matter of personal preference. Thanks for a great stay! I hated to go home!
