Newly renovated cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with open floor plan and fantastic views!! Sleeps up to 4 people. Our property offers all the comforts of home. A wood burning fireplace with firewood stocked regularly from mid-October thru mid-March is a great way to spend an evening after a day or skiing and snowboarding. Fully stocked kitchen offers an ample supply of dishware, utensils, pots and pans, a toaster, microwave and regular coffee maker. Full size washer and dryer also available. Enjoy relaxing on the deck overlooking the Resort and Rockfish Valley. Condo offers 2 bedrooms - master suite provides a TV & a King bed with private bathroom. Guest bedroom has 1 queen bed and a smart TV. There is a 2nd full bath in hallway.

We provide STARTER toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. You’ll want to bring extra. We do provide liquid dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, and a sponge or dish cloth. We also provide 1 towel and wash cloth per guest mentioned on your reservation when you booked; hand towels will be provided as well. There is a washer & dryer but we do NOT supply the laundry detergent. We do NOT provide coffee, shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.

Please note: We are not considered "Resort Members" so you will not have access to The Devils Grill, Devils Knob Golf Course or the Wintergarden Spa. You may be able to book a spa treatment to access the indoor pool etc. but we HIGHLY recommend checking with the resort directly to confirm.

We highly recommend reserving your lift tickets and ski equipment in advance as they are NOT guaranteed. Check the Wintergreen Resort website for availability.

We do NOT have a grill.

Guests will have access to the Chestnut Springs and Rodes Farm outdoor pools from 2PM to 6PM. (Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend). A valid I.D. will be required for access. Lake Monocan is also available on Sundays, Tuesday-Friday. Check the WPOA website for hours and pricing.

The use of motorcycles are prohibited on the mountain. Guests driving motorcycles will need to park at the Wintergreen PD and have transportation up to the condo.

*This unit is pet friendly, but we ask that you keep pets off all furniture & beds and please dispose of doggie waste bags properly. Do NOT leave in hallways or on porches/decks.*

EARLY CHECK INS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Check with us a few days prior to your stay to see if we can accommodate an early-check in. Early check-ins are NOT guaranteed.

Wintergreen and the condo exceeded our expectations. On the mountain with spectacular views, convenient to store, spa, hiking, sight seeing, restaurants, wineries everything we needed or wanted. The condo is clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We can’t wait to come back!

Cozy condo with beautiful renovations and a gorgeous view. Very well maintained and clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. The thermostat wasn't working when we first arrived. When contacting the rental company, we had an extremely quick response and the problem was solved within a couple hours. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 3 really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The layout was nice and renovation was done well. It’s just a 5 minute drive to skiing and you can easily walk to Fire & Frost. The views were beautiful and fireplace cozy. The fire grate does need to be replaced, however. It was challenging to clean it out. My favorite part of the renovation, aside of kitchen, were the recessed lights. Be sure to read the welcome binder. It explains how to adjust them. When you first turn them on, they are a harsh white light. But you can adjust them to a warm halo light with dimmers. We were able to set the mood just right! Even though we didn’t bring our pup, she would have enjoyed the place as well! Complete with raised bowls and a bed.

Beautiful condo - we had issue with shower not draining and leaking. Maintenace did come by in about and hour to fix it but we were too afraid to use the shower again. Otherwise amazing property though.

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at this property. The views are phenomenal! We were treated with a gorgeous sunrise our first day, and with wonderful weather for skiing and tubing. The unit was as advertised, and was quiet, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the availability of cut wood that made the fire tending so much easier! We have definitely placed this property on our "return" list for another vacation in the future.

We stayed for a third time at this property and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. The fireplace is particularly charming and we enjoy the proximity to various vineyards. The only feedback we have is that the wifi is sometimes spotty for streaming services like Netflix. We would recommend this rental to others.

All about that view!

The amazing view was all we could see when we opened the door to enter this condo. Once we were able to tear our eyes away for a moment, we saw a well laid out comfortable living room, large dining area perfect for meals and evenings of game playing and a complete kitchen with everything we'd need. We spent afternoons on the balcony enjoying that incredible view. The bedrooms are both a good size with comfortable beds and plenty of room to unpack and settle in. We did go to a local winery one afternoon and a brewery/restaurant on another. We didn't see much else to do in the area but that suited us as we were there to spend time together and celebrate a special birthday. Definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to kick back, relax and enjoy some family time.

This was a prefect location for our first visit to Wintergreen. It was clean and the view is absolutely beautiful… I will say take some food… grocery stores are not close and any small convenience stores are quite pricey!! We were about a 5-7 min drive to the slopes. We would definitely stay here again. There’s a great little pizza place right next to the IGA grocery store and we drove to Lovingston (about a 20-25min drive) to eat at Lovingston Cafe… get the brisket sandwich with Mac and cheese! So good!!

The views are wonderful and the unit has a great location within Wintergeen that is just minutes down the road to the ski center or the golf course. The condo was very comfortable, and had all the space we needed for the long weekend. Fires in the evening using the provided firewood just capped off a wonderfully peaceful stay in the mountains. Would definitely go back again

For our yearly trip to Wintergreen we chose Chestnut Springs. We are so glad we did. We are huge fans of the bear decor throughout and the amazing views from the living and dining areas. Everything was clean and there were plenty of supplies for our stay. As always Ladonna the property manager was a pleasure to work with. As soon as I saw she was the contact person I knew this was the property for us. Thanks for the relaxing week.
