This charming Pacific Beach cottage is on the bluff with fantastic ocean views! It's been beautifully maintained over the years and is ready to create lasting beach memories for you and your friends and family. It has vaulted ceilings and an open living, dining, and kitchen area. The upstairs loft master bedroom has ocean views with a luxurious tub. Be sure to enjoy the fenced backyard oasis with firepit.

The home is walking distance to the beach - Pacific Beach State Park is one of the favorites, where you'll find a long, wide, sandy beach. The city of Pacific Beach is only a few minutes south where you can find shops, groceries, and restaurants.

Everything about this getaway was easy and fun. Close access to the beach, clean, comfortable accommodation, couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend.

It was clean and cute home. Pacific beach was the closest beach and you can access on foot or by vehicle. There is wide windows in front and so bright inside home. Two full bathrooms, one of bathroom at upstairs was a big bathtub and you can relax like a spa. I have the reason why booked this home was full fenced backyard. I brought three large dogs, so they could enjoy at the backyard and could have their business easily. Kitchen, Washer/dryer, bedrooms were very clean. I didn't use them, but they have lots of items for beach at the backyard. I would like to stay this home again. Highly recommend.

This is our second time staying here and we love it. Close to the beach and walking distance to town. Lots of places to take the pups plus having a fenced in backyard is perfect! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

All the amenities you need, clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, lots of closet space and a nice fenced in yard with fire pit that was perfect for roasting marshmallows. We opted to walk to Pacific Beach Park, it was about a 15 minute walk with scenic views on the way. Plenty of options for food and drink in Pacific Beach town and Seabrook, definitely call ahead to check serving hours. We’ll be back, the overall experience was great!

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was so nice to have a full kitchen with all the stuff you may need. The loft bedroom is especially cozy and cute. It was a rainy weekend and so we loved having the fireplace. TV has HBO Max, which was a great plus! Overall, a great place for a coast trip. Thanks!

The little cottage was off the beach in Pacific. It had a little peekaboo view of the ocean from the loft. The beach access road was less than 1/2 mile away. You could walk or drive. This cottage was the perfect launching pad for days at the beach and a great place to curl up in the rain.

We had a great time at Pacific Beach! The house was clean a nicely furnished with comfy couches. We could watch the rain snuggled by the lovely gas stove. The walk to the beach was close, down a big hill that might be harder with kids. The walk to town was easy. The neighbors are close and I had a strange interaction with one neighbor but he was friendly later. Overall, it was lovely.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Weather was amazingly good for this time of year. The house was well stocked.. The only issue was that the shower head in the bathroom should be replaced as it had terrible water flow. I have very thick hair and thankfully, I didn’t have to wash it.. I would not have been able rinse my hair clean. Please consider changing it. Sadly, I would not stay here again because of the shower..

Nice location, only 30 minutes away from our hiking destination and minutes to the beach. The cottage was clean and comfortable. The huge window lets the sun shine in and warm up the room. We would stay here again.

This is a very nice place to stay and in a nice quiet area. We were looking to relax and have peace and quiet by the Ocean and this place was perfect for that! It was was very well stocked with everything we needed and was very cozy and comfortable. There were even chairs and kites available to take to the Beach. The beach access is within walking distance which we loved! There was an additional charge for early check in and late check out which I didn't agree with but overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property.

Great get away close to Pacific Beac and Seabrook. Back yard needs some up keep. Indoor decore is nice and beach themed. All in all a great house. It was warm when we were there. Maybe anothet fan. Second stay.

We couldn't have been more happy with our stay at Blue Wave Cottage. Gorgeous house, very clean and has everything you need. Vacasa is VERY good at communicating with you, and they are very organized. House is only a few blocks from the beach, the neighborhood is pretty quiet, and it's just a great place to stay. We will be back for sure.

Not worth what I paid! The upstairs bedroom is Not a sleepers dream! While the pictures make it look restful and calm, it is anything but as the Bright Security Lights of the neighbors come on!! All glaring brightly into the open windows! When I considered renting this place I had expected darkness after 9pm and had anticipated a tranquil night. Perhaps even be able to enjoy the full moon! To deal with the glare I used the wicker screen that was tucked in the corner. While it diffused the glare, the room wasn't dark! Some type of shade needs to be added!! So, the next night, very disappointed we retreated to the small bedroom downstairs. The front room, dining and kitchen area are all as the pictures show! Very well laid out. Enjoyable and relaxing.

I loved the property!! Great location, however there was no air conditioner. The fans provided did not stifle the hot, muggy air. It would be nice if air conditioned was installed for future guests. However, I would recommend staying here.

Upon arrival, the TV was broken, the fireplace didn't operate, and the upstairs toilet wasn't functioning. The manager came on the third day and brought us a small 32" TV to replace the widescreen. She showed us how to bypass the on/off button on the fireplace, and didn't address my complaint on the toilet. She left in a hurry. There was not a second TV in the house. There are handyman projects through the house that I wouldn't complain about normally like the broken closet door, lamp, and blinds that don't shut all the way. Cleaning was hit and miss. The throw in the living room was loaded with dog hair. It just needed a trip the the washer real bad. The ocean view was a peek a boo view between two houses across the street and can only be seen from a small area from the loft. There is only a combo dead bolt lock for the door. Would also prefer a lock on the door handle. This may not bother others but I thought it was strange and didn't feel secure. The walls are thin. The neighbors outdoor lights across the street light up the living room and loft bedroom all night. The layout of the house was cute, the heating worked great, shower felt nice, and there was a well stocked kitchen. Loved the location and the quiet neighborhood Don't count on the bbq grill in the backyard like we did. The video and book library were ample; the few games were worn and torn. This is a place where it rains a lot and indoor amenities are important. Local management service was poor. I would not recommend this house. I would recommend the location.

This was the perfect house for our beach getaway! Our family had our young kids and our pug staying for a long weekend. Kitchen had plenty of amenities, everything was very clean and tidy. The firepit in the back was amazing in the evenings and beach access was close enough to walk.

Second stay at house. No hot water first night. No reply from owner after 12 hrs but next morning we relit the water heater with push of red button to restart water heater. Had to do it again 3rd day. May be it has timer but no notice any where about it. Nice and clean property! Great location but will avoid 7/4 weekends next time due to lots of fireworks nearby!

Relaxing stay. Clean home and easy to work with. No stopping to get keys or chat with anyone. Code sent to my phone to open door the morning of our visit. Simply lock the house and check out on the app. Will definitely use again next time.

Overall we had a lovely, relaxing stay at the Blue Wave Cottage. The only issue was that when we got there, the upstairs toilet was running and did not work for the duration of our stay. We asked the management company if someone could come out and fix it but no one came. Not the end of the world.
