We enjoyed playing pool & shuffleboard. The hotub was a relaxing retreat after hiking nearby trails. There was plenty of room for us to hangout together.

The house is in a great location. It is well maintained and the owner is extremely responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Our family of 16 ranging in ages from 1 to 75 enjoyed our reunion at this home in Dillon in the mountains. The space was 5 star with several areas to gather or play and a beautiful balcony. The kitchen was 5 star with an amazing array of dishes, utensils and cookware - more than needed. The best supplied kitchen in any we have stayed. The dining room table was large enough for breakfasts and we had dinner together on the main balcony. Management was also 5 star at answering any questions and responding to any issues.
Our only issue was how hot it got on the main floor and top floor despite the many ceiling fans and a few stand alone fans. It was very difficult to cool these rooms especially the little bedroom space on the main floor that had no screened ventilation. Air conditioning would be great but I know we hit a hot spell as the days were all in the 80s.
Location was also great as the house is very close to water for paddle boarding and a few minutes further to Keystone, the Frisco Marina and Breckenridge.
We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this home.

Every summer we take the family on a vacation. We are a big group of 17. It’s hard to find a place for all of us. The house was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Everyone had a great time.

Great house, with lots of space and dining area for larger groups. Location was awesome with proximity to several mountain towns and opportunities to explore summer Colorado. House was fitted with a great selection of amenities and utilities, including all the things you need to make large and great meals for all.

Wonderful but the Hot tub needed cleaning or chemicals after the 2nd day as it got so much use it started getting murky and dirty. Otherwise everything was fabulous

This house was beautiful and met our expectations.

We had an AMAZING trip to the Dillon area and it was all due to this house. It is the perfect location to visit several ski areas and the house has everything you need. We stayed there with 18 people ages 18 - 75 and never felt cramped. If I ever retuned to the area I would 100% stay at this house again. Thanks again to the great host!

The house was so spacious and well equipped for our multigenerational large family of 18. The sledding hill was a big hit with the grandchildren. They spent hours sledding and building forts with snowball fights while the adults sat around the outdoor fire pit. So many extras such as multiple washer/dryers, kitchenettes, and crockpots/pots and pans made the stay so easy. A great house in a beautiful setting that was minutes away from Keystone and Breckenridge ski areas. Very much recommend this house.

The property was amazing. Very clean, organized and so comfortable. It was close to everything we needed.
Heather, the property manager, was the best. When we had a little hiccup with one of the 3 coffee makers she was very quick to answer. When we returned from a photo shoot there was a brand new Keurig at the house.
I rated the check in at a 3 because we did not get the actual address until after check in time and I was not able to tell my guests where to go until after 4.
I most definitely would stay here again even with the different check in procedure.

House was clean roomy and with plenty activities for the family to enjoy time together. Loved the kitchen- great for our large meals. Everything worked - grill, hot tub, fire pit. We should have stayed longer was the only complaint!

This property has so many options for fun and cant say enough good things. We were a large multi family group and never felt cramped. The large hot tub was perfect. The downstairs game room was a blast. The heated garage was an unexpected plus. Repsonsivness of the owner was great. We would love to come back to this property!

We had a blast on our tenth annual ski trip. Richard was a wonderful host. It is obvious that he is constantly investing and improving the property. One week was not enough time to enjoy all the amenities…. Guess we’ll have to visit again!

We stayed at the cabin for 5 days. This a was our second stay and it didn’t disappoint. We had family from 4 different states meet there for a belated Christmas celebration. It was perfect! Very clean and many accommodations as listed. It was perfect!

Our 3-generation extended family met here for 4 nights. Space for all to sleep and play when not skiing close by. Convenient amenities on each floor, from coffee makers to laundry. That makes a big difference. Our only wish was for a second oven during one of the massive dinner preps, but we made it work. The hot tub was popular but we sadly didn’t use the fire pit or sledding hill. The gas grill easily held steaks for 18 people.

Thank you for sharing your mountain home with us. We had an amazing time celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The accommodations were perfect for a large group. The location was convenient. The sledding hill and hot tub on location was perfect for all the kiddos. We had an amazing time!

Excellent group stay. House was well appointed and manager was responsive when we needed items for the house. Well stocked with lots of towels and amenities.
Hot tub was indeed large as advertised, we got 10 adults in there comfortably and probably could have squeezed 1 or 2 more but we never needed to find out.
Great location for skiing keystone or A-basin, about 3 minutes from the slopes and 3 minutes from Dillon allowing quick access to everything. Quiet neighborhood and private.

We had a large group of people out for our annual trip of skiing and snowshoeing. The house was a nice size and we loved the hot tub, pool table and sledding hill. Each bed had a lot of pillows with few good for sleeping! The location was perfect! Stopping in Dillon to check in seemed unnecessary. All of the refrigerators were helpful.

We have a yearly family reunion and this year there were 16 of us. And everyone had a bedroom! So that was wonderful & a first! Multilevel home worked great for groups to play pool & shuffleboard on lowest level while others watched football upstairs. Plus, the hot tub was lovely and held 12 as promised. The owner was kind & helpful with no problems. We’ve stayed in newer and higher end properties in the past, but this really met all our needs beautifully and was a great value. Clean, comfortable & well equipped. Our family had a great time! Thank you!

I planned a micro wedding with my family from Wisconsin at a nearby location and had everyone stay in this home. Whenever I had questions about the home, the management team was very quick to respond and very helpful. Our first day we realized that one of the thermostats didn’t have a battery, contacted the management team and they brought a replacement battery within the hour!
Some of the photos made the home look small and ceilings low but this home was huge and had everything we needed. There are 3 levels with plenty of space for all of our guests.
The neighborhood is quiet and there is a trail nearby with great views. I would definitely stay in this home again!

A beautiful home! It was wonderful to have a three level home, so we could share time with family or have our own space. The decks, hot tub and fire pit
were very enjoyable! Two dishwashers, two washers and dryers plus three refrigerators made our stay very comfortable. The Shuffleboard plus other games brought out our family members competitive spirits. We also appreciated the fireplace due to a couple of cooler days. The location was also wonderful, with a lake nearby, beautiful views of the mountains and the stars at night were amazing! Also, being so close Frisco and Breckinridge was great! Thank you for providing this rental property in such a peaceful neighborhood!

We had a family gathering ages 7-64 yrs old. Everyone had a terrific time and the house is amazing. Richard was great with communication and the house was in tip top shape.
Easy check in and no surprises! Quick walk to the water to fish and watch sunsets. Short drive to many activities! Overall spectacular!!

Great stay, plenty of room, able to cook breakfast and dinner for 15 ppl each night, only draw back: hot tub jets dont all work, fire pit is propane, not good for roasting marshmallows, also not enough paper towels or toilet paper.

This property allowed our extended family to stay all together in one place. We have never done that before. We now want to do it again. It is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood location! The views are pretty. The air so brisk & refreshing! It worked perfectly for us. There were a few faucets not working the best when we got there, but the fix-it guy came & took care of our needs quickly. We enjoyed the hottub under the stars every night, I think. So helpful for sore muscles after hiking day after day. Thank you for the many towels provided. We needed them! There was also a little fox that came right up to the house & curled up closeby a couple times. No one wanted to leave! The Dillon/Keystone area is close to everything!

Great home for an extended family vacation for ages ranging 8-74 years. Easy access to bike trails!

I wish I could rate this a 4.9 because it was almost perfect! There were a few minor maintenance issues that owners could remedy if they so wish; for the price we paid we don't expect a cracked window (patched with bright red duct tape), wiggly main sink faucet, wonky wheels on dishwasher (actually quite irritating)(another reviewer also mentioned this), an upstairs ceiling fan that didn't work (come to find out, CO in July is very warm...), and a basement dryer that didn't work. MINOR issues and definitely didn't mar our vaca but thought it's worth mentioning.
EXCELLENT: location, views, checkin, room layouts, large gathering areas for all of us, hot tub, communication...
So much to do nearby! Hikes, Leadville train, Arapahoe ski resort, National Mining Hall Of Fame and Museum ... we packed a lot into our week and had an excellent time! Definitely recommend this property... but just know there are a few minor irritations.

We loved the house! The manager is so quick to respond to messages and questions and the location is perfect. It’s close to everything and we had so many activities to choose from. The house seemed bigger to us in person compared to the pictures. We all agreed we would definitely stay again :)

This was perfect for our family reunion.

Amazing property and location. Perfect for large family. Close to so many activities.

The house was really nice for a large group with varying ages ranging from 1 to 67. The listing of amenities on the web site was accurate. The facilities and house were well maintained. The kitchen and dining space was good for our group. The owner and the property-management company were good communicators. The hot tube was used nightly.
The location was also good with easy access to I-70, a large City Market grocery store (Kroger), hiking areas nearby, and a nice playground at Rainbow Park just north of I-70. The other towns (Frisco, Breckenridge) were a short drive from this house.
We would definitely want to stay here again in the future if we were planning an extended-family vacation in this area.

We had a group of 15 stay here and it didn’t even feel like it. We all had plenty of room and space to be on our own or together. The location was perfect to get to so many mountains and downtown silverthorne is a short 10 min drive. The property manager is very helpful and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend!!

My family has wanted to do a Winter Vacay for years! This property is the perfect place and layout for a big group! I loved the house- it’s beautiful and functional! We had babies to adults and everyone was able to have the i out in space and also function as a family with the big areas! Having the extra fridges, dishwashers, and laundry facilities was a huge help also! I can’t thank Richard enough for working with us and communicating with me on everything! This home has everything- you can leave and go out it just stay in and enjoy all the amenities. I highly, highly Recommend this Beautiful & Gorgeous home for a stay!!

Great location! Plenty of room and very comfortable beds. So nice having two dishwashers in the kitchen. Enjoyed the pool table, shuffleboard and hot tub as well!

Effortless hands free check in. Instructions were clear and everything was ready and in place as described. Owner was flexible and gracious in meeting our needs. Location was extremely convenient access to both Keystone ski area and Dillon for dining and groceries. Extra ski rental discount code was added benefit. Space distribution worked extraordinarily well for our large family. Kitchen had everything you needed. Hot tub was hot and appreciated after a long day of skiing. Kudos to Cody who kept the pathways shoveled and the garbage cans emptied. He was very helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful home - everything you could ask for! We really enjoyed our stay!
3.0
When we arrived to the property someone had to let us in because we were not given the garage door code. By the next day we had to call because the master shower was clogged and almost flooded which makes us question how clean the bathrooms are done because that should have been noticed when the shower was previously being cleaned. The washer wouldn't spin the water out of clothes so we had to leave the water in there and not dry our clothes. One hallway has no working heat so the room the kids were supposed to stay in they couldn't due to the cold. The dish washers had no wheels on the inside trays so you had to push it hard in. It was a nice big fun house but for the price you would expect everything to be functional including small things like the blinds that were broken and couldn't be lifted.

We stayed at this home while visiting CO for my elopement and it was lovely! There was plenty of room for our group of 12 adults. We enjoyed several big meals all together and loved the size of the main kitchen! The rooms were also comfortable and nice. Everyone said their beds were cozy! I also appreciated the provided shampoo/conditioner in all the bathrooms, as I forgot mine so that was helpful! Overall the house was very clean, cozy and comfortable! Some of the decorations also appear to be updated vs the pictures provided so that was a nice surprise!
A few downsides to our stay, the hottub was in a locked heat setting of 104* but was really only at 93* and could not be changed, which was not hot enough to enjoy. The fire pit is pretty but because it is gas we found it did not put off enough heat for a chilly Oct night and we could not sit by it for very long without freezing. Other than those small things this house worked perfectly for what we needed and we would recommend it for your group!

The house was beautiful just like described. It was super clean and well stocked with everything you needed for your stay. Communication with owner was the best I’ve ever experienced with a VRBO. Would highly recommend this property.
