About this house rental

This 4.5 bedroom 3 bath townhome with garage is in the gated, low density complex of Regency Cabanas.

Ground level includes a private three car garage equipped with a ping pong table, beach and pool toys, lounge chairs, and umbrellas and cart.

Bright and inviting, the living, dining and kitchen look out over one of two pools. The living room has a 65" smart TV and DVD/Blue-ray player with plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. Cable and wireless internet are included. Just off the living room is a covered balcony with table and chairs and gas grill.

This is our home away from home, so the kitchen is well equipped with all the conveniences you would expect. Ample dishes and cookware, blender, crockpot, Kuerig, and coffee pot included. A large laundry room with washer and dryer makes keeping up with wet suits and towels a little easier. All bed linens and bath towels are provided, we only ask that you bring beach towels.

All the beds are new cool gel memory foam mattresses, so don't worry about lumpy cheap mattresses here!

Bedrooms are as follows:

Downstairs Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, with attached bath
Upstairs Master has king and a daybed, with attached bath
Upstairs Bedroom 2 has a king and daybed, with attached hall access bath
Upstairs Bedroom 3 has two bunkbeds and a trundle for a total of 5 twins,
Upstairs Mini Bunkroom * New addition, custom built in bunk bed with tv and door for privacy*
All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and DVD players.

No high rise crowds to infringe on your relaxation and privacy. Your time here will be filled with beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and warm waters.
The beach is just a quick 2 minute walk from the front door. Just across the parking area is the beach access, so you are just steps from the Gulf.
This townhome is located on the quiet residential end, so you won't have to fight the crowds on the beach. The trolley also stops just outside the complex, so during the summer, you can park the car and ride to the Boardwalk, shopping or dining areas.
The island boasts many excellent restaurants from rustic oyster bars to open air cafes, many with playgrounds for the kids.

Summer rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday with a check in time after 4:00 p.m. and a check out time of 10:00 a.m. This unit is available year round.

This is a NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO HOUSE PARTY unit. We are serious about maintaining a fun, family friendly atmosphere, as many units are occupied year round. RENTAL AGE MINIMUM IS 25. A minimum deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. Final payment is due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Completed rental agreement and photo ID required to complete reservation. All guests must be listed on rental agreement, no additional "day" guests are allowed. This home contains exterior cameras for the safety and security of you and the property.

We used to come to Pensacola every summer as kids and getting to come back here with my cousins and our kids was so much fun! The house was perfect for gathering as a family but also had enough space for everyone to be comfortable. A short walk to the beach and everything we needed!

I am so glad we chose this property for our trip to Pensacola to see our niece graduate from college. The location to the beach was great and the condo was absolutely wonderful. So spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Property owner was so easy to get in touch with and communicated with me prior to our stay. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this place!

The circumstances of our visit was actually sad as we lost a very close loved one and were all attending the memorial service. It was a great comfort to me to have a place big enough to hold several family members. I didn’t have to worry about safety as this was a very safe place. We had a beautiful place to gather together and share memories. It had everything we needed. The host was very easy to work with and I truly appreciate her prompt attention to my text and emails. We hope to return sometime when we can actually enjoy the wonderful beach and a home that is very comfortable and relaxing.

Perfect place to be stuck for a rainy weekend. Our family didn't get to do the activities we had planned for our weekend but the property was so spacious and comfortable that no one complained. This is a great beach place! Christina was easy to reach if we needed anything. The house was clean and well maintained, well stocked and better than the pictures-pleasant surprise. Ping pong table and supply of puzzles and games were a lifesaver with a rainy week! Short 8min walk from the door to the beach. Already hoping to rent again next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The walk to the beach was very short and easy, and the beach area was nice and not crowded at all, even during the week of July 4. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The house was very clean and beautifully furnished. When the temperatures climbed to the 90s-100s every day of our stay, the owners went above and beyond, traveling hours to install extra AC units upstairs. We absolutely loved staying at this property and highly recommend it!

This place was very nice! Super comfy beds! Do bring your own toilet paper and dishwasher detergent if you plan on staying longer than 3 days. She only provides a 'starter pack'. 1 block walk to the ocean/gulf, ping pong table was cool! plenty of beach toys, chairs, etc. We would definitely stay again!!

Property surpassed our expectations. While the weather was iffy during our stay, there was more than enough to keep us occupied inside the unit. Plenty of board games, books, and televisions to go around. There was also plenty of beach accessories (chairs, tents, toys) for our group of 7 adults and 3 kids. This is a beautiful property in a perfect location. Family girls trip 6 women and 6 little girls under 8. Beach is not crowded, beautiful and a short walk for little ones. The pool was so close. The condo had plenty of beach chairs, toys and a beach wagon. Looking forward to our stay in summer 2023.

This property is amazing. Communication leading up to the stay w/detailed check-in information was provided accurately with all access codes. Property was clean, neat, and had everything we needed for a family to be comfortable & visit the beach. We have a 4 month old, 6 yr old, & 9 yr old. Did not realize that everything that would be needed for a baby was available & packed too much(our fault, should’ve reached out)! Very short walk to beach, pool view from balcony, plenty of parking. We really enjoyed our stay & will book again in the future.

Fabulous !!! This is the word I would use to describe the place and host. I think pictures doesn't do full justice to the place. It's just across to the cleanest beach with less crowd and vast open space. Although we visited during a cold weekend, the proximity made it hard to resist to not go to beach House is well equipped and had enough space for 14 people. Loved the large dinning table as it allowed a good gathering. Huge garage with Table Tennis as it helped kids be engaged when it was cold outside. Highly recommend the host and this location.
