3 Bedrooms, sleeps 6 -7 people comfortably.

This penthouse has 1550 s/f of rooftop living looking out at the beach and ocean drive. Queen bed in the master with HUGE VIEW deck, 2 NEW double beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen bed in a small 3rd bedroom- a sleeper sofa and a deluxe rollout bed which can be rolled into any area of this huge penthouse, Full kitchen with upgraded oven and new refrigerator

We have Great view of ocean from the deck off the living room AND there is a huge deck off the master – sleeps 6-7 people

This is a great location right in south beach- you can walk to restaurants, shopping, clubs- and of course the beach!!

We have free wifi, are right across from the beach at 530 Ocean Dr., We have on-site staff, - a perfect place to relax and enjoy some fun and sun. App operated washer/dryer in the building

My husband and I were very excited to vacation with our adult kids in Miami especially on South Beach. We were welcomed by Helena, who is very accommodating, friendly and happy to help. She checked in with us by text everyday to see if we needed anything. She also gave us wonderful recommendations for places to go and excellent restaurants. She is so special! This apartment has the best location with shops, restaurants, bars at your fingertips and is directly across the street from South Beach. It is in a lovely historical building with excellent security. The apartment is clean, comfortable, spacious and a wonderful place to cool off and relax. There are two large outdoor private decks. The deck off of the living room overlooks the Miami Beach sign and the ocean. It’s a fun place to people watch. My only complaint is the patio furniture on both decks is old, rickety and uncomfortable. It needs high barstool seats and tables in order to enjoy the view along with lounging chairs and an umbrella. That would make it superb. Lastly, the reason I did not give this place 5⭐️ is because the washer and dryer does not work. There is one on another floor but it was constantly in use. Also, the kitchen needs supplies badly! The pots, pans, glassware and utensils were sparse and random. There were no dish towels or oven mitts. Yet, we’d text Helena and she’d try to bring us anything we needed. The owner needs to think about it if they want to be exceptional. Overall, we had a great stay

Excellent location - don’t rent a car. You can get anywhere you want to go by Uber or a short walk. Communicating with the property manager and owner was excellent! There isn’t any house keeping so bring laundry detergent if you want clean towels. One bedroom needed a fan but it was doable. We felt very safe there! I would highly recommend - just be prepared to take care of a few items on your own.

Loved the location! Close to everything. We walked to all bars, restaurants, and beach. Helena went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and fun. This was my first visit to Miami on a girls trip with family. The location was perfect close to all the restaurants and lounges and directly across the street from the beach. The furniture/rug was a little outdated but my host Helena was amazing. She allowed us to check in early because of my flight arrival time. She responded quickly to my questions and needs even stayed for a few to give us some tips to help us have a good stay. Thank you Helena I will see you again!

Came for a girls with my daughter and nieces. Enjoyed the space and convenience. Unit had 2 1/2 bathrooms which helped. Rooms were clean and comfoRtable. Had a small issue with 3rd bedroom but was rectified quickly with help of Helena and Lucinda. Who are GREAT .! Walking distance to everything no car needed Right across the beach with breath taking views from both decks. The decks are stunning ! Restaurant downstairs is great and great taco spot down the street next to news cafe. TVs in every room although we didn’t watch anything. Busy at beach and restaurants convenient stores next Helena is helpful and great Would stay here again !

Out group had great time at this apartment. Great location with Beach View!!! Beach and Park are right across the street & plenty of restaurants to choose from. Penthouse had plenty of space and the deck was the best view to watch sun rise and set. Helena was a gem and a wonderful person. She provided information as well as helped our group with Check In/Out during the late-night hours. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay. Location is perfect, right across the street from the beach and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Penthouse had plenty of space and the deck was the best view to watch sun rise and set. Penthouse has 2 1/2 baths, which was perfect and not stated in the listing. Deck could use new wood or maybe indoor outdoor rug/grass to avoid splinters. Helena was a gem and a wonderful person and provided information as well as a few extra towels. We would definitely stay here again!

First thing they told us was wear shoes on deck or you'll get splinters! Place is really dirty, crap everywhere, no towels, dirt everywhere, washer was broke, fire alarm broke and missing detectors, should have paid extra for a hotel.

This was a great location for our family with the beach and park right across the street and all kinds of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The property was clean and the manager was easily accessible and very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

Apartment was in great location across from Lummus Park and was exactly as advertised. Very spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Two decks ! with ocean and city views were highlights. Both Lucinda and Helena were very responsive and checkin was seamless. Highly recommend for a great family stay near all that South Beach has to offer!

Starting with... nobody check us in and nobody check us out, they just told me that they left the keys on the table without any further instructions or recommendations, everything was organized but nothing was clean at all!! The toilets were yellow with something I think was urine! There were huge roaches coming down from the curtains and on the terraces they came out at night! I could give details of how dirty it was but it would never end, finally they did not refund my full deposit with the excuse that I brought a dog!! And even send me pictures of what they said it's dog hair OMG!!!! I do not owne any kind of pet even my children are allergic to dogs and I have medical records! This is ridiculous!! I never take a dog there!!! It's ok keep my money but this administration has to be a joke how can they lie like that way! shameless. Be careful if you decide to stay here.....

This wonderfully large, 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath penthouse apartment is great. The building is beautiful. The location can’t be beat, and watching the sun rise from the large living room deck is the best!! The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked breakfast every morning. Cross the street and you are at the beach. Helena, who checks you in, is the best!! Our family would stay here again, most definitely!!

The owner and onsite manager were wonderful people to work with. The unit was very spacious and comfortable. The bar downstairs was fun. Wish we had more time to spend exploring the area. Parking was the only negative but that's to be expected with prime real estate.

Great location! Great apartment! We absolutely loved our stay in the penthouse. It was comfortable and homey and it felt like we were at a friends house instead of a hotel. Great location but the condo needs some work. Marginally clean. Furniture, bedding, bathrooms, are all very worn and tired. Condo in bad need of a refresh. The facility is overall very worn and dated. We would not stay here again.

We booked a stay in this home for 3 weeks and we didn't want to leave . The apartment is very room and we loved having the private decks but most of all you just can't beat the location. The beach. The clubs. The restaurants. Everything is so close you can walk- next time we come we are NOT renting a car Thanks Lucinda and Helena for a wonderful holiday
