We spent 8 weeks in this comfy and cozy condo. The unit has easy access with convenient covered parking. The location is a few blocks from everything Old Town provides. Great Host. We will be back!

Since our stay in 2022, the condo was updated with new fixtures, furniture, appliances, and décor. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the condo and private patio. The addition of the combination washer/dryer was a real convenience. The new drapes are wonderful. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood outside on the patio. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

While the apartment is small, it's very comfortable. The ammenities in the building and grounds are really great and underused. The neighbors are friendly and the building is generally quiet. The only major noise we heard was from the renovation of the apartment above us. The owner was very helpful and considerate. We plan to return.

The University Apartment was a great place to stay for Parent's Weekend. It was very convenient.
Our impressions were that the apartment was simple and met all our needs for the weekend.

Amazing and clean!
This was a great stay with all the amenities needed in an apartment. It was very clean and well maintained. The location is ideal with a short walk to CSU as well as downtown. Moreover, Laura was super responsive to any requests! Loved my stay!

Just okay
The bed was comfortable, I felt safe, good location, quiet, adequate kitchen & bath facilities.
I had great difficulty with the patio lock, there were no batteries in the DVD remote (which wasn’t a big enough deal to call about), but no directions with the DVD and manually couldn’t get it to work (also didn’t call about this). There were several pieces of broken glass on the patio, a concern for having my 3year old granddaughter visiting me. There was a smell in the apartment that never quite went away and hard to describe other than “old” or “musty.” The night light provided was burned out.
There were plenty of additional entertainment possibilities with the pool, ping pong, and pool table, although all things are quite old and could be updated.
The security door was just fine until it was “fixed,” when it no longer worked so it was a situation to park on one side of the building and walk to the opposite side to get in a second door, very inconvenient.
Would I stay again or recommend this to anyone? Probably not, sorry.

Convenient and well intended
After a rough start attempting to gain access we were happy to find a clean, welcoming quaint apartment. It is located within walking of the awesome old town and University. The downside might be the lack of general maintenance and landscaping around the building. We were missing sheets and there is no cable TV but those are minor things. The bikes were a plus but the tires were low and the pump was broken ): It is well priced and I would stay here again, just rough around the edges.

Comfortable and well equipped condo in an excellent location
My spouse and I spent nearly two weeks in this condo visiting our son and his family in Fort Collins. My wife recently had knee surgery so the first floor location with great access to the convenient covered assigned parking spot worked very well for us. The building feels comfortable and secure with locking external doors in addition to locking unit doors. Laundry facilities are easily accessible and right across the hall from the unit.
Our three young grandkids thoroughly enjoyed their overnight with us on the futons and an air mattress that is easily inflated with an electric air pump. The kitchen is unusually well equipped for a rental unit and full meals are easily prepared; we were even able to bring a full meal to our son's home on one evening.
The fenced patio is secure and private; it was a good place to keep my personal bicycle although we would have used the nice bikes that are provided had we had more time and more favorable weather.
Finally, the owner is very thoughtful and understanding as demonstrated by her willingness to allow us to stay extra days when our departure was delayed by a very painful partially torn rotator cuff in my spouse's shoulder.
We look forward to additional stays!

Excellent location and Nice Apartment
My husband and I recently spent 5 months in this apartment for an extended Fort Collins stay and we had an excellent stay. The apartment was the perfect size for us and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has all dishes and cookware provided. The computer table came in handy since we are both on our computers a lot. The bedroom was spacious enough and I was relieved that we had such a big walk-in closet! The big draw for this apartment for us was the location. We love Old Town Fort Collins, so we were excited that we were able to live within walking distance of all the great restaurants, shopping and happenings that occur in Old Town. We were there over the winter timeframe and the apartment was heated well. There was a space heater provided in case we ever needed it. The apartment also has a nice patio and the owner provided us with two bikes to use. The apartment building has an indoor heated pool, which we never used since the gym we went to had a pool, but it's nice that it was there in case we wanted to use it. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it for short or longer stays.

Great location, OK place
We Stayed here for one night. It was me, my husband, and our one-year-old son. We ended up being there in the middle of a snowy/rainy weekend, so we didn't get to do much as far as walking to things, but the location is awesome and we would have loved to take advantage of it! We did end up having to spend much more time indoors than we would have liked; luckily the space is quite spacious and our one year old was very safe walking all around the apartment. The space is definitely "functional," and I think would work really well for people who weren't Planning to spend much time in the building/unit. For example, if you were planning to be doing outdoor activities all day and then bar and restaurant hopping at night, you'd probably be happy. The location is fantastic and the space would be perfect if you were just using it as a "base" and to sleep at night. Since we had to spend a significant amount of our time inside due to weather, we were a bit more conscious of the uncomfortable futons and the overall old/dingy feeling of the building and unit. Also, the tub had a constant drip with a serious water stain, indicating it has even leaking for quite some time. The walls are pretty thin and we were awakened several times in the night with neighbors comings/goings/water usage.
For the cost, I was expecting a little bit nicer/more updated of a place. I think you pay for the location!!
PROS: Spacious, great location, amenities (baby gear, air beds, wifi, basic tv channels)
CONS: complex is older/run down, feels like a dorm; ceilings/walls are very thin, we could hear people throughout the night (water especially is very loud); bed and futons are not very comfortable.
Overall we probably wouldn't stay here again. If we would have paid half the cost, I probably would have expected what we got!

very nice and convenient location
I come often to CSU from Italy for a research collaboration. I previously stayed at a bigger apartment by the same owner. It was a perfect stay, although the flat was unnecessarily big for myself alone. This time I rented this single bed apartment and I again had a very nice one month stay. The condo is in a perfect location to get walking both to CSU and downtown. It has a spacious living room, which makes it a good choice also for couples with a small kid for example. I do not pay too much attention to the details in general, but it's clear that a considerable effort is taken to arrange and keep the apartment in "good shape". In addition there are two nice bikes available directly in the patio, which was extremely advantageous to move around in the summer... Finally you can definitely rely on the owner, even if you forget some important documents and need to have them shipped back to Italy :-)
