A central location to see the area.

Good sized rooms for a basement with air con.a quiet location.easy access to shops and main road.a good sized fridge freezer.

Need a sturdy hand railtogo down the steps.also a sensitive light to light up the lock box.togetthe keys illuminated youh3edtopress star on the left side.a sign in front of the house would help to distinguish it from others.

Expect a basement-Cave with an adequate standard that needs more care for details

Supermarket & FastFood very close, near freeway to Stavanger (15min), close to beaches, safe neighbourhood. Hard to find the entrance, without a picture. Instructions came upon request call.

It´s named Cave for a reason. You´re down in a basement, no view. Person living upstairs is a taxi driver, in/out day & night, noise & talk clearly comming through walls. It affected even our kids, who sleep like stones. Place needs more accurate cleaning in the kitchen & maintnance on the bathroom floor. Overall the management appears a bit loveless.

Mixed review

Warm tiles in bathroom, provision of washing machine, large fridge with freezer, comfy lounge. Large TV, wifi. Located close to rema 1000 and burger King.

Some difficulty locating property and limited parking. We were in the apartment under the garage, difficult to see from the road. Steep narrow stairs to apartment with loose cable across the top of them. Mould on ceiling in bathroom. No hot water from kitchen tap. Mattress not comfortable.

Cozy little apartment

Very very cosy apartment! The sofa was perfect with the rug and all the pillows and the underfloor heating made the entire stay very pleasant. The kitchen had all you needed to cook a decent meal. The host was super friendly and quick to help us ( we got a bit confused as to where we could park the car)

Amazing stay

It was a really spacious place with a lot of utensils in the kitchen which made it very easy to cook our own meals. The supermarket is just around the corner which was big and had enough products to choose from. The contact was very clear, we did not meet the host but the messages were clear and instructions were also great.

The double bed was very small for two people to sleep in comfortably. One night we slept apart in order to get a good night rest. It is also missing a bit of atmosphere, but I guess that is the Scandinavian style, which is not that bed. We had a great stay so no complaints here, just something to be aware of.

Good

Located in Sandes center, close to shops. Relatively sentral to Stavanger city if you travel by car. Nice host, was easy to communicate with and he was happy to solve some issues. Cosy and clean. Some facilities for kids are available on site. Good noise inculation.

Parking place is rather small, there are several appartments on ground and first floor that are for rent, however parking is same for all cars. Due to fence that separates main road its difficult to locate a number of cars in one place. Broshure with key information sent by email was hardly to read. Its recommended to make it more nicely.
