The house is in a good location - close to restaurants and coffee shops. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and towels. The staircase going down to the two bedrooms and bathroom downstairs is fairly challenging to maneuver, but there is access through the back door.
Overall the stay was great and comfortable!

Our family descended from 3 states for a Missoula wedding and this was a gem of a place to stay. Arriving late at night, we had no idea we would wake up to such a beautiful views right outside the front window! After we all got done talking about how perfect the location and house was, and how comfy the beds were, we were able to enjoy the view out the front windows, and the yummy bakery and coffee the neighborhood had to offer.
If we find ourselves back in Missoula, we know where we will stay!

Comfortable home with a great location for our needs. Kitchen was well equipped as we prepared several meals. The linens are excellent. The beds comfy. Good info in guest book. Only slightly negative things we have are that the lighting in the kitchen was not good and the couch is not very comfortable. When we come back to Missoula with a large group we will definitely look into staying here. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy house. The girls loved the comfy bedrooms and the spiral staircase. It was a nice location in town and there’s a great coffee and tap house across the street. The place is dog friendly, however, I am glad we didn’t bring out 70 pound dog. There is no way he could have navigated the spiral, metal staircase and that is the best access to the backyard. Definitely recommend the place for families and/or a group of friends!

We had such a great time, the house was very clean and really well stocked! Plenty of towels and kitchen gear, and the beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Having a yard was awesome, and we were within walking distance of many local shops and sights. We would absolutely stay again!

This house was perfect!! Karin was so great! Excellent communication, place was just as described and more. There is literally everything you need, she has thought of every detail. I felt horrible leaving the dirty floors like we did, we had 4 adults and 2 littles 3 & 5. Thank you so much for an amazing weekend!!

Let me start by saying the thought put into stocking this house with amenity's is above any I have experienced. This is the perfect house for a city trip with family and or friends.
The location is great and close to main attractions. There is a convenience store on the corner, where you can get items you might need during your stay without having to jump in the car and drive.
Most listings we saw didn’t have a full kitchen, so we appreciated that this one did, with a large table to gather around and plenty of chairs. Plus a washer & dryer which was a lifesaver.
The living room area is a bit small. The couch is not the most comfortable to sleep on for older people, so if that’s You, get dibs on one of the beds 😊
Having the 2 bathroom’s was extremely convenient one upstairs and one downstairs as the spiral stair case does work for everyone. The beds were quite comfortable, from firm, to soft and fluffy. Plenty of extra linens, down comforters and blankets.
I feel that you need to take extra precautions when bringing kids under three even though there is a little gate (not attached) to place at top of stairs, the railings are wide enough to fall through and no blocking them from the bottom floor. Not a problem if you are attentive to this age.
The back yard is large with lots of room for games with nice fire pit and chairs great for outdoor fun.
Plenty of parking for 4 vehicles.
I’d highly recommend staying with such a friendly and thoughtful host!

We enjoyed renting this property. We had 8 adults and 2 children under 10 stay here. There was just enough bedroom space for the adults and the children slept on the cushions in the basement. The common spaces are very small making gathering all together a little tight. The bathrooms are also very small with no counter space. The bedrooms were more spacious, the beds were all very comfy and had a lot of pillows which was a very nice touch! They provided games, coffee, and condiments that were nice to have access to. The location was perfect for a griz game and close to good restaurants. Cambie, located across the street was a favorite of ours. Overall we would stay here again for a university event!

The house was smaller than anticipated but we managed fine with 10 adults.
We were surprised that the house was smaller than the pictures indicated but we really had no problems with 10 adults there. We were glad to find the outside door to the downstairs because a couple of us couldn’t use the spiral staircase. The railing at the bottom step being cut off was dangerous.
Most concerning to us were the amount of leaves covering the steps in the back because that was definitely a safety hazard. However, since I did not contact the liaison person I probably shouldn’t complain. Because there was a home Griz game getting out of the front driveway was challenging.
We appreciated how the kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. More lights in the upstairs bathroom would have been nice 😊 but by far the best part were the comfortable beds!

Just Right!
In town to see daughter at UofM and catch a football game. House was perfect for what we needed. Enough room to gather and hang out, close to campus and enough room for everyone to sleep.
Big bonus with firepit out back. We bought some wood and sat around the fire one night. Just great.

We loved our stay in this quirky, charming little house. We found everything we needed for our morning breakfasts and the beds are like sleeping in clouds. The location was ideal as it is central to everything.

Great house in Missoula
Super cute house, rented for a mini family reunion. Beds are all super comfortable, great bedding and rooms/bathroom well stocked. Walking distance to a couple of really good restaurants and in a safe and cute neighborhood. Just a quick 5 minute drive across the bridge to downtown Missoula. Would definitely recommend!

Great place for family
Easily housed 8 family members and was clean, easy and close to campus! We enjoyed our stay over graduation weekend. The two bedrooms upstairs were accessible for older guests and the downstairs was better suited for younger guests. Glad we stayed here!

Perfect house for Missoula
This house was perfect for us 5 ladies. It’s conveniently located for everyone and everything. We went shopping and out to dinner and then enjoyed the evening relaxing and there was plenty of room for us. The best was having 2 bathrooms since there was 5 of us.

Family visit
Quaint little cottage type house, with amenities. Overall very nice to visit. We had a hiccup at check in. The check in process did not say VRBO in its email so it was labeled spam on my email. Therefore the check in email was sent to spam elsewhere. I had no way in to this rental property and it took a while to get to someone to help us figure this out. Once this got handled we hand no further issues and it was lovely.

Good time for an extended family
The group gathering space is a little tight, but the layout provided plenty of privacy. Please note that there are steep spiral stairs to the lower level and a few level changes, possible trip hazards....not a problem except for very young or those with limited mobility. The location suited us very well and we had a great time there.

Not very functional
The house was very clean, but the photos and write up made it sound bigger than reality. We brought our dog, but did not have access to the back yard except by going outside and around the side of the house. There is a door going outside from the lower level, but the spiral staircase was not conducive for our dog to descend safely.
There was no patio to sit outside on or any patio furniture. There was no grill for outdoor cooking.
There are 3 dogs that live next door that made it very awkward to take our dog out. Their owner did not seem happy either.
The “back alley” parking and dumpster was only accessible by about a 2-foot side, branch and vine covered path.
The instructions for the tv said there were 2 remotes and we could only find one so we didn’t bother to turn it on.
This is property that will sleep 10 people, but 10 people cannot coexist here comfortably. Next time, we will look further out of town.
One positive I will give it was the beds and linens: top notch!

Great linens!
Loved the linens, beds comfy and very clean!
We were in town for a big family Wedding.
The house was pretty small, which made it difficult for our disabled son. He stayed upstairs as he couldn’t manage the spiral stairway. My mistake as I didn’t check access!

Perfect house for a weekend stay!
This house was super cute and clean! The beds were very comfy! We were in town for a basketball tournament with college boys and it was a perfect place for all of us to stay! The only thing I wish was for a better frying pan, non stick, or at least have Pam on hand! Plastics ziplocks and foil would have been nice too! But other than that it was perfect! I would definitely recommend this house and I will stay again!

Amazing house, great location!
We had a great trip! The house is clean and comfortable and has everything you need (we especially loved the full-sized toiletries and super comfortable beds!) We had a group of 7 adults and 3 young children and the house was the perfect size. And it's in a very convenient location, you can just run across the street to the gas station if you're out of coffee creamer! My only recommendation is to add mirrors/places to get ready in the bedrooms. With only two bathrooms and 7 adults wanting to shower/get ready at the same time, additional mirrors would be super helpful! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

We left behind some valuable personal property. Realized after departure. Called and Karin went over to house immediately and retrieved and mailed at no cost. Very professional ! Plan on rebooking next year

You can tell from the moment you walk into the house that the host wants you to be comfortable and our stay was comfortable.

Super comfortable and cozy with top notch amenities close to everything we needed.
This home is beautifully updated, super clean, with brand new everything and was exactly what we five adult figure skaters needed for our weekend of competition. The bed, sheets, pillows and blankets were so soft and luxurious I felt like I was staying at the Davenport Hotel when I closed my eyes to go sleep at night. The towels were plush and the bathroom amenities well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, cooking essentials, spices, etc. The home is on a main street but there is plenty of off street parking and the home must be well insulated as it was quite inside. I would definitely book this home again.
