The surprisingly well equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, one induction burner, convection oven, Keurig K-cup coffee maker and dishwasher. A full assortment of cooking utensils are provided. You will be surprised how much space you have to prepare a meal if you desire! There is also an outdoor propane BBQ and Fire Pit for grilling and smoring!
The Tiny House has a 12' Cathedral Ceiling. Heating is provided by Radiant Floor Heating, a 4000-Watt Micathermic High Output Wall Heater, and a NuTone 1500-Watt Heater/Fan in the Bathroom. The Tiny House easily stays as warm as you desire even in sub-zero temperatures!

Cute house, neat and tidy both inside and out. All the conveniences of home tucked away inside. The sofa bed was comfortable, and the shower area was spacious. The host responded quickly to any questions. Great location within a couple miles of the town itself. We had a great stay!

We loved our stay at the Sugarbush Tiny House! It was the perfect location, close to great coffee, shops, and restaurants. Very close to outdoor recreation as well. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The property is stunning! We had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The location near the mountain, the peace and quiet, the view from the cabin, and the cabin itself is amazing and perfect for a group of 2 or less. The cabin supplies pretty much everything someone needs to live comfortably, it was clean, well kept and cozy. The price was very reasonable. The owner is very respectful, helpful, and communicative! The only gripe I have is the road leading in to the cabin is terrible, especially after a storm. It’s made of dirt and a little bit of gravel. If you don't have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, you gotta gun it in and out, and pray you don't get stuck. I hope the residence of the neighborhood come up with a better solution to make that road into something better. Besides that, HIGHLY recommend this place!

A long weekend stay for hiking and mountain biking. The space was cozy and comfortable for both work and relaxation.

The place is nice and has all of the amenities you can fit into a tiny house. I wish they would open the loft so that you don’t have to pull open the couch in order to have a bed, but that is the only downside.

This Tiny house is very close to Mt Ellen lifts - convenient for ski and snowshoeing. It is quiet and has beautiful views. Perfect for two people. The host is excellent- just the right info at the right time... everything was on point. My daughter loved the Tiny house - very unique experience. Our girls weekend was just perfect. Five stars experience!

Mike and Joan’s tiny house has a remote and private feel while offering modern and comfortable amenities just minutes from anything you may need. I was struck by the efficient and thoughtful design of the home and how much larger the space felt do to intelligent layout features.

We loved our stay here! Great location to get to the mountain. The only thing that was inconvenient was having to take our garbage with us when we left.

Mike & Joan were fantastic hosts. The tiny house was everything that we expected & more! They do a 1st class job with their place. Best Vrbo experience I've had. Hopefully the tiny house is available when we visit Sugarbush again!

Place was perfect for a long weekend. The only problem was Mother Nature did not cooperate with freezing cold temps. We were cozy though!

This was a quick trip for 2 days of skiing, and enjoying a birthday celebration with friends in the area. The “tiny house” worked out perfectly for us and was very close to everywhere we needed to be.

I loved that this was tucked away in the mountain but with easy access to the property as well as to stores, Burlington and other areas around Vermont. It was beautiful and the property management was right there if I needed anything! Very easy to communicate with as well! I will be going back!

Location
I especially praise the location in thick woods, convenient to the valleys and with a climb up and down VT 17, to Burlington. Not for Boca people that expect 1,000 sq ft bathrooms and huge jacuzzis.

Exactly as pictured, only better!
The organization and completeness of this very tiny home is amazing. It was a perfect place to wake up to the beauty of a snowstorm that's quintessential VT, especially since the floorboards are heated! We had a great 2 day getaway.

A Quiet and Comfortable Sugarbush Getaway
The tiny home is well designed and beautifully built, maximizing a small footprint. You will find everything you need and luxuries you might not expect.
The location could not be better, just down the road from Mt. Ellen's base. All kinds of activities are available just around the corner regardless of the time of year.
A couple of things to prepare for:
1. As the owner mentions, If you're traveling in the winter, an all-wheel-drive vehicle with good tires is highly recommended. The road is local, and there's a slight incline to the drive that without these, you might get stuck after a snow storm.
2. My partner and I were surprised by the curtain-only restroom divider.
Communication with Mike is effortless, and his response time was always quick if needed. I would recommend staying here, and we certainly look forward to revisiting Vermont!

The Tiny House is cute and comfortable with a great location
The Tiny House was perfect for a short getaway to enjoy winter sports in a nice, convenient location. The house is just big enough for a couple to enjoy affordable, modern amenities after a day of skiing at Mt. Ellen or snowshoeing right outside your door. The owners were very nice & helpful. We hope to visit again.

Cozy Tiny House
My wife and I stayed at the tiny house 9/30/21-10/3/21 while we attended a MINI Cooper rally, based at Sugarbush. "Cozy" yet comfortable, the tiny house provided everything we needed. We were impressed with the design, materials and finishes to the space. The only down side was the construction activities happening onsite. The owner reached out to me 1-2 days before our stay to say there would be work going on, and offered the opportunity to rebook for another time. While that wasn't a viable option, we appreciated the open communication. Unfortunately, due to the proximity of the new house being constructed, the views from the tiny house and overall privacy have been compromised.

Peaceful summer retreat
The Sugarbush tiny house was the perfect home base for us visiting for a weekend of mountain biking and hiking. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials, including large fluffy towels. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise and roomier than expected. The storage shed was perfect for our bikes. I hope the location keeps it's secluded feel even if eventually is a shared lot with a home (under construction).

Perfect place to get away?
We had a wonderful stay. My fianceé had her first experience in a tiny house and enjoyed it immensely. She sees it as a practice run for some RV travel we've been discussing. And the level of detail paid to the organization and amenities blew her away. I enjoyed the functionality, practicality and convenience of the property. This is perfect year round as a home base for activities in the area, or just sitting on the porch and listening to the birds in the morning. The hosts are gracious and are available for questions or needs; no issues presented themselves.
This was an A+++++ experience. I will be recommending it to my friends and coworkers as a definite highlight if they plan to come up to the area.
Finally, this trip was extra special as I proposed to my (now) fianceé; so memories were made on this trip and especially because of our stellar experience. Highly recommended.

It’s a gem.
This “tiny house” is so well laid out providing everything a couple could need that it didn’t seem so tiny. The shower/toilet has complete privacy. Refrigerator/freezer is good size;. Ah, and the radiant heated floors were wonderful. Picturesque location for snowshoeing out the back and skiing at very nearby Sugarbush. We had a wonderful time. Looking forward to booking again.

Perfect Get-Away House
The Tiny House is an amazing place to stay for you and a significant other. It has all the amenities of a full house but expertly condensed into a small house, like a travel van. The property manager was very easy to get a hold of, easy to work with, and quick to fix any issues. We would love to come back.

Amazing Tiny House
This Tiny House is awesome! The location is great as it’s right next to Mt. Ellen and only 10 minutes from Mt. Lincoln. The house makes great use of space and has everything you would need. The radiant floor heating and wall heater keep the house very warm. The bed is super comfortable even though it’s a pullout couch and was in great shape. It was a little difficult to pull out/fold up due to its proximity to the wall when fully open but with two people (one on each side) it was a lot easier to open/close. The bathroom and shower were spacious. The house had tons of places to hang all our gear which was very nice. It snowed during our stay and the driveway and street were plowed early and often which made it easier to get around. This house was wonderful and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Getaway Spot
This is exactly what we were looking for. The cleanliness, convenience, and privacy of a cabin combined with the minimalism of camping and being there for the outdoors, not staying inside. Mike and Joan were very attentive to make sure we knew where to go, what to do, and kept an open line of communication in case anything came up. Can't recommend them enough, we'll be back for sure.

Tiny House
Interesting experience with the Tiny House. Well put together, shower is great, the bed is a pull out of hi quality but it still is a pull out. Peaceful yard although there is a home 100 yds away. Hiking trails nearby and access to limited take out etc within 5-15 miles. Enjoy

It's a cozy cabin!
Great place, cozy, short drive/walk to Mt. Ellen. We had our honeymoon here which it was perfect for. If coming during a snowy time of year we highly recommend 4 wheel drive and snow tires.
