This beachfront condo on the top floor of the 6-story Sea Vista Condominiums offers a Spectacular View of the South Padre Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The condo and its balcony face the beach directly, with floor-to-ceiling windows across the living room and master bedroom. Even the kitchen has a view!

From the ground floor of the Sea Vista Condos you can walk right out to the beach. No streets to cross. No need to pack the car. Head down the elevator and walk right out onto miles of sandy beach.

This 3-BR 2-Bath condo sleeps up to eight, with a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two sets of twin bunks beds in the third bedroom.

The Master Bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a master bathroom, and large closet. The view from the master bedroom through floor to ceiling windows is amazing.

The Second Bedroom has a queen size bed and spacious closet

The Third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds and can accommodate four.

You'll find a fully-equipped kitchen to meet your needs, and keep you in vacation mode. We know it’s important to be able to prepare meals and snacks without running back and forth to the store to buy all the things you need in the kitchen. We've outfitted the kitchen with that goal.

The Living Room has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV with cable service, and of course a magnificent view of the famous South Padre Beach, and Sunrises on the Gulf of Mexico.

Wireless internet (WIFI) access is included.

The Sea Vista complex has two swimming pools, and two tennis courts. Unassigned parking is provided inside the fenced lot with a security entry gate.

Across the street is the Water Park, formerly knows as the Schlitterbahn .

We've stayed at Sea Vista before and love the location, but this was our first time in this unit. It's fantastic! The owners are super helpful, even reaching out proactively to let us know about an internet outage and some quick maintenance that was occurring in the building. Check in was easy, check out as well, and the unit is super comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

My family came together at South Padre to celebrate my stepfather. He came into our lives in March of 1976 when he married my mother. They lived in Harlingen for the first part of their marriage and loved coming to South Padre to fish, boat, and play. He died on May 5, 2024 just shy of 92 years old. We came for the weekend to remember him and to celebrate his life. We chose the perfect place for our celebration. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed!!

The tar wasn’t. There wasn’t anything available next to showers next to building. Maybe have something next to our room. We had to replace carpet which we didn’t know the tar would make a mess. Never seen anything like it. Ruined swimsuits, toys, chairs our towels. Everything we brought from Topeka. The views were great. Rooms fantastic. Tar sucked.

My husbsnd and I have been taking family vacations to South Padre since we were married 47 years ago! We have stayed at so many of the beach front condos and this one was our favorite! It was beautiful and quite comfortable! The deck chairs were amazing and so tall and sturdy! The kitchen, while on the small side was stocked with all kinds of spices and plenty of pots and pans...even an air fryer!. No dishwasher was actually fine since I find dishwashing kind of zen. Our grandgirls loved the large bunk beds with cozy comforters. All 3 bedrooms were very roomy and coming from central Texas and a month of 100 plus temps. the A/C worked great! Dont bring beach chairs or towels, they have plenty! I loved this location of the beach, much more quiet and peaceful. Everyone loved the giant pantry area and each room had so much storage space including drawers galore! Dining room table was also a plus as it was large enough for all 6 of us to actually sit down snd eat together. The swimming pools were nice but always very warm by the afternoon so if you want a cool refreshing swim ...go before lunch. 2 beautiful showers, complete with shampoo and conditioner! No tub so don't pack the bubbles.😉 Everyone commented on the large jar of M&M's sitting on the counter...a real sweet touch to a wonderful 6 days of fun!

We loved the location of the property, both the complex and the unit. We have stayed in this complex before and love how quiet it is. It is a smaller complex and is located at the end of the strip of condo buildings. The views from the balcony are amazing; you can see, smell, and hear the ocean. The beach is just steps away from the condo and you can take long walks in either direction. There are 4 chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view. There is enough space in the condo to spread out after a long day at the beach. There are only 2 cons: there is no dishwasher in the unit and the master bedroom is not too private with just the sliding door between the bedroom and the living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this property again.

Brought our daughter & son in law and a family friend. Condo was perfect! Everyone was comfortable and had their own privacy. Condo was super clean and had everything we needed! Even though we brought our own, it was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, hand soaps at all of the sinks and even had chairs for us to take to the beach! Spectacular views from the balcony were a bonus!! Great communication with owners. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Had a great week at this property. Was able to get up and have coffee on the balcony and watch the waves roll in. Our daughter enjoyed the beach toys provided. We enjoyed the chairs and cooler provided. Great place to rent!

Gorgeous, comfortable property, well maintained, very well stocked kitchen. Host was quick to respond to questions. There was a beach-facing balcony, and then the two bedrooms had private balconies as well! Highly recommend, we plan to return when the weather is warmer.

Second time staying here and hopefully not my last! We love the location and coziness of the condo. Showers were awesome and the tall chairs in the balcony made all the difference when sipping my coffee and staring at the ocean. :)

This is by far one of the best VRBO experiences! The Hosts provide everything you need for a beach getaway. There is a closet full of beach equipment and toys. Towels were provided , along with everything that you need in the kitchen!! They ever left laundry soap . So many VRBO owners only provide the minimum, but this owner went above and beyond! The owner was also very communicative, which helped.

Really enjoyed our stay, appreciated all the beach items (wagon and large shovel were added bonus). Can’t believe I didn’t think to check ahead of time for dishwasher- the only thing we really wished we had since we cooked most every meal. Condo was clean, well stocked, and great for a quick beach getaway. Appreciated the tall deck chairs!

This property was very clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. We enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach and sea. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Our granddaughters loved the bunk beds and the spacious room. Each bedroom was very comfortable and cozy. We had a great time with the family. The correspondence with the owner was very good. Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful place with us.

Our stay was absolutely AMAZING 💜 The property is EVERYTHING we could've asked for. The view of the ocean... Unobstructed and COMPLETELY BREATHTAKING. This rental had EVERYTHING imaginable for the beach... From the beach umbrella 🏖️ to the sand mat with PLENTY of toys for the children to play with and a handy dandy wagon to tote EVERYTHING.. We strolled the beach and used the flashlights provided, even saw a wolf on the beach. We will DEFINITELY rent this property again when we return to Padre. Thank you for helping to make such memorable moments for myself and my family 💜

Walking into the condo my wife noticed the unclean floors and fridge. The freezer had old ice and smelled fishy. We called the office to complain to their disbelief. They sent housekeeping and all they did was clean some what and rid the ice and did not sweep. We called again and the second housekeeping person said she would not clean unless we stepped out. Then we had problems with fridge not cooling fearing food would ruin. It eventually came up to temp. One of the bathroom exhaust smelled bad almost like sulfur, we did not use the exhaust. Our start of vacation did not go very well. The excuse given by the owner of condo was being short on cleaning staff. Not a very good excuse because I didn't pay any less on cleaning fee.
