Welcome to my beautiful three story townhome in the coveted Museum District/Medical Center of Houston. With three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a private garage for two cars, it is perfect for families or small groups of business travelers, sports enthusiasts, or those visiting NRG Park and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, Rice University or the Texas Medical Center. Inside, you will enjoy a refreshed interior, with a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV in the living room, dining for six at the table and four at the bar. New, comfortable furnishings on Brazilian hardwood floors and leafy views of the neighborhood.

The location is amazing, as it is within walking distance to Hermann Park, the Houston Zoo, the Children's Museum, and a short hop to all of the attractions of the area. NRG Stadium, home of the Houston Texans, is 3.3 miles South, and is accessible by car or light rail. Please explore this listing and reserve today. Midtown and downtown (Minute Maid Park and the George R. Brown Convention Center) are about three miles north of the house.

The house has a full kitchen, living area and half bath on the second floor. The first floor has a two car garage, a large bedroom with two queen beds and a full bath. On the third floor there are the master bedroom with full bath and a king bed, and a second bedroom with full bath and queen bed.

I have furnished the home to be both stylish and comfortable. The kitchen has dinnerware, cooking utensils, coffee service, and serving pieces for your use, with a microwave, oven, gas cook top, dishwasher and refrigerator.

This place is where I would attempt to stay each time I visit Houston. Home well stocked, clean and calming. Location-Perfect. Host extremely helpful and understanding! I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Truly a 10 out of 10.

This townhouse was perfect for our stay in Houston! It was large, comfortable, and very well-appointed. The location made visits to downtown, the museum district and the Galleria very convenient. We hope to return in the future - thank you!!

The house was clean and awesome. It was surprisingly kid friendly with a step stool there. We brought our own pack n play but it looked like they had a pack n play and high chair there too. We loved that we could walk to the children’s museum. Our son got excited to see it each time we drove by it. If we ever find ourselves in Houston again we would definitely reach out to see if this rental is available again.

Great townhome, in a convenient location. Tons of space for a family of 4 (or more) with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The hosts were super responsive to our two questions. Would recommend and stay again should our travels bring us back to town!

Rented this home for me and 2 coworkers for a work trip to Houston. The house was very clean and worked well for us. Will stay here again when coming back to Houston.

I stayed here with my husband, 6 year-old daughter, brother and 9 year-old nephew. With 3 bedrooms and bathrooms (2 on 3rd floor and 1 on first floor) the space was perfect for everyone to spread out and have privacy as well as family time. The large paintings, rugs and oversized pillows gave the space character. Rooms are huge with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Tv, thermostat and washer/dryer are easy to operate. Beds and couch are extremely comfortable. The location is walking distance to Hermann park and nearby museums. The kitchen was well equipped with the basics, however the refrigerator filtered water and ice were not working. Thankfully there was a Walgreens right around the corner to purchase what we needed. I recommend future travelers to bring your own water, ice, sponges (for dish washing) and Kleenex. Everything else was provided! Check in/out process was quick and seamless.

I stayed at this property shortly to check my son in to Rice. Property was like the pictures with easy access to the garage. Felt private with spacious inside. The house was immaculate and in great condition. There was a problem with the air conditioning but with excellent communication, they made every effort to fix it right away and offered other accommodations. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms in each room. Highly recommend!!

The pictures don’t do this place justice - it’s gorgeous. Very spacious rooms with comfortable bedding, luxurious bathrooms, and high quality cookware/ glasses/ dishes in the kitchen. All communication with management was fast and friendly. There are many restaurants within walking distance. We would gladly stay here again.

The property was beautiful. The pictures do not capture the amazing home! Honestly this property was more than I could’ve asked for. Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and the hosts were so accommodating and even brought me a fan when I couldn’t find the ceiling fan remote. 10/10 I will definitely be coming back.

This is a perfect location for a family trip to Houston. It’s only a short drive (you could even walk) to Hermann Park, the Natural Science Museum, the Zoo and all the Museum District has to offer. It’s a short drive into downtown for the aquarium and other sites. The townhouse was clean and so beautiful! Spacious open floor plan on the main level and 3 sizeable bedrooms for the whole family to retire to after a full day of sightseeing. Highly recommended this place!

Wow. Where to start. Incredible communication, beautifully decorated , well stocked , great location. Tons of luxury linens, well stocked kitchen. Spent a month there with our adult children and it felt like home within hours. Grab it if available !

Daniela’s communication with me was quick and very helpful. The place is central and close to the rice village. The house was spacious and very clean. We had a family of 6 and we all had enough room. We loved that each room had a bathroom and the extra restroom in the 2nd floor where the living room is was perfect. It had everything we needed. I would definitely rent from her again.

This beautiful, well-maintained home is clean and absolutely pristine. Thomas and Daniela were awesome to work with and well-deserving of their Premier Host status. I don’t have enough superlatives but if you’re lucky enough to secure a reservation you will see what I mean. The beds and furniture are comfortable and the location is great.

If you’re taste is selective for high quality and good value, this is the place for you. The open floor plan and elegant granite bar on the main level is perfect for collaboration or socializing. The upstairs master suite makes one not want to leave the retreat space. The lower level queen beds were perfect for writing buddies to share and still have ample space. Excellent stay. 5 stars in every way!

Absolutely beautiful inside and out. This townhouse is well maintained, well stocked, with high end finishes, bedrooms/bedding, large closets, washer and dryer, etc. The townhouse is located in a quite and safe neighborhood. The rental agents are always available and respond to your questions promptly. We truly enjoyed our stay and most certainly will book this townhouse again upon our return to Houston.

My husband and I stayed here with our two young kids, and we had a great time. Well-stocked with the right supplies, BEST bathroom towels, really comfortable beds. It was clean and the owners communicated well with us and helped us with any questions we had. It was in such a great location, and we felt very safe and comfortable.

The pictures online are wonderful but in person it was WOW! Elegant, cozy and homey. You get a 5 star hotel feel and home all in one. Top grade appliances, fully stocked kitchen, and electronics. The owners were very accommodating and replied promptly to questions and needs. Great for entertaining small groups. Highly recommended this property and plan to stay again.
