Lovely stay near lake Como

We were 3 adults. We liked everything of this really spacious apartment. The owner is friendly and always available to help you with anything. Was clean and well equipped for our 4 nights stay (perfect for longer ones too). We will happy to come back!

We didn’t like the pillows in the bedroom but we know that is a personal preference.

Superb

super nice host, very responsive whenever we had questions. The place is very comfortable, clean and spacious. Location is good, bus stop is just 1-2 min by foot.

What a great stay

It was an absolutely adorable stay. Great apartment in a quiet location great for a family stay. A little bit far from the touristic locations, but easily accessible by car.

The neighbours' dogs were a bit noisy on the approach to the apartment block, but are kept inside at night, so didn't bother us.

Spacious and clean apartment outside of Como

Spacious apartment for two people, reasonably priced compared to other establishments in Como, especially in the city center. Clean, modern, quiet and well equipped for a couple of days. Bus connection to Como center quite close with regular services, day pass for the bus at the time of writing only €3 (October 2022). Very helpful and competent host. Good instructions to enter the complex and find the apartment (quite complicated - 10 minute foxtrail)

For cycle tourists the location outside of Como (3-4 km from the center of town) is a horrible uphill climb along a very busy and noisy main road without a cycle lane leading out of town, especially bothersome at the end of a long day's ride. This is not an issue for motorists visiting this apartment and not the host's fault, just something that was a negative surprise. Luckily there is a regular bus service into town (~12 minutes) with a bus stop only 2 minutes from the apartment.

Exceptional

First good impression was already before coming to the apartment. The host gave us very good description on how to get there and how to find the keys form apartment with pictures. Viviana gave us useful tips on parking near the port and tickets for the boat, which saved us a lot of time and money. Apartment was even better than it looked in the pictures with everything you need to stay and prepare your own food if needed.

The only negative part in my opinion was the bed that was not very comfortable and noisy whenever you move Other than that, it was perfect

Very friendly host. Very nice view from the big balcony onto a green spot; very quiet place. We liked a lot.
