Sol Mate is a lovely, two-story vacation home that offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico’s emerald green waters. Enjoy 50 ft. of private beach exclusive to this home from your own personal private beach access.
Upon entry you will be greeted by Sol Mate’s spacious open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living areas blending seamlessly together. This tranquil and serene living space echoes the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast with all-white walls and furnishings. The living space features 3 sleeper sofas. The formal dining area provides seating for 8 guests. Additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar by the kitchen or at a second bar space which offers seating for 4. The open and bright kitchen is fully-stocked, has stainless steel appliances and features an island for extra prep-space.
For sleeping arrangements on the first floor, you will find 2 King Suites featuring their own attached private bathrooms and a custom built bunk room with 2 sets of Queen/Queen Bunks!
On the second floor you will find all King Suites, and a sleep quarters with 2 Queen beds. Each of the elegant King Suites come with beautiful gulf views, one has a private bathroom and the other has a shared bath. The first King Suite features a unique wicker headboard — wicker being a classic and tasteful material for coastal, beachfront furnishings. We loved the place house needs some work.

Our family of 5 children and their families stayed here for a week, a total of 11 adults and 11 children. Each family had their own room with a bathroom. The common area and kitchen area accommodated us well. Plenty of room for meals as well as game nights. A great fit for us all. The pool area and beachfront location is just perfect! The views of the Gulf are gorgeous! There were a few imperfections that could be addressed, but nothing that would keep us from choosing to stay here again! It was a wonderful week! We will be back to Sol Mate!

The property was very nice. The layout of the house is perfect for a big family especially the kitchen & eating area. We had 23 people & did not have to worry about where everyone was going to sit. The house could use a few updates, like replacing the sliding glass doors in bedrooms & going out to the pool area. Overall it was a beautiful home, nicely decorated

My whole family of 20 something people enjoyed everything. Parking was easy. Fits plenty of vehicles. House was clean, beds were comfortable, pool was great and we were able to get it heated for a fee. Had a few chilly days. The grill didn’t work and they replaced it right away. Office staff was great to deal with. Ac was so cold a plus!!! The beach views were amazing and the sunsets. Can’t say anything negative. We will definitely book again! Loved it

Beachfront property was fabulous, but house is worn out
The beachfront property was ideal for our group of 15. Access was easy, and the view was nearly perfect. The house was sufficient with space, and had the necessities. However, the house is incredibly tired and in need of more than the updates that have been done. The two bedrooms upstairs without a door was annoying. The bathrooms were dingy and old, even though some of the furniture was updated and painted. The bathtubs are from the 80s and they look it. They lack enough space to hang towels, beach towels and bathing suits. The pool deck was spacious, but needs updated as it’s uneven, and easy to stub toes. The doors to the home from the deck (slider door frame) was damaged and looked very bad. The shower outside worked, but it’s in poor condition. The sides of the home on the exterior were incredibly disappointing as much of the construction trash were left there. The steps to the beach need to be repaired as their are nail pops galore and little kids and adults alike hurt their feet. The bathroom on the first floor had a broken toilet paper holder which was annoying every single time someone used the bathroom, and who likes to use toilet paper roll off of a counter on vacation?
The kitchen lacked bowls, sufficient number of towels, and dinner spoons. The house did not have any exterior outlet to charge our golf cart. Disappointing.
We enjoyed the vacation because the beach access was ideal. The house could use ALOT of TLC.

Nice house for 5 families. Pool was beach side so easier to keep an eye on the kids. Had a few issues with the plumbing but it was fixed in a timely manner. Looks like they are in the process of some renovations. The house could use a little TLC but we would go back again!

Sol Mate has potential
To say we were disappointed with our rental would be an understatement. Sol Mate is in serious need of TLC or a total renovation. The pictures online are outdated and do not reflect a true picture of the condition of the home.
We were looking forward to this much needed get away, but we were put off by all attention this home needs. I would not recommend this rental to anyone. The amount we paid didn't reflect the quality we expected.
The property manager, Allyson, was very quick to respond to a few of our concerns that could be taken care of while we were there.
Foundational issues caused a few stubbed toes and falls around the pool. Watch your step on the stairs leading to the beach because of nail pops.
All the mattresses are VERY uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Bathroom tiles are missing, loose, and broken. Mold and mildew in each bathroom. Water pressure is weak in all of the showers. The bedroom carpets are gross. The ceiling fans are very loose and wobbly.
The media/game room is really 1/2 of the garage that has been walled off. The portable AC in the game room doesn't cool the room down like the rest of the house.
The things we like about Sol Mate was the location, lots of bedrooms, having two refrigerators and dishwashers, and lots of kitchenwares. The complimentary beach set up and rental credit for more chairs came in handy with our large group.

This property although it needs some TLC, is amazing. The house is directly on the beach making it so easy for family of all ages be able to go back and forth to the house. The house is set up great with plenty of space and a great floor plan.

The house is in horrible shape. The master shower doesn’t drain for at least an hour. Toliet lids broken. Fridges have broken shelves. The garbage disposal doesn’t work. Had stinking food it in. Overall very bad shape.

We had an amazing time staying in Del Sol at Miramar beach. The house was perfection. Location is great. Older grandkids could walk to nearby souvenir shop, ladies shopped at nearby outlet mall, but mostly we just stayed and enjoyed beautiful beach. I would highly recommend.

We had a multi family spring break at this house just last week. It is perfect. Great pool and just steps off the wonderful beach. We couldn’t ask for a better location. The house itself is great too. Everything you need plus all the space to feed and entertain all of your guests. Can’t wait to stay here again!

The house was nice. The pool and deck area however, was certainly not what I expected .
The balcony was missing a post, our two year old nearly fell through before we noticed it. None of the children were allowed back on the balcony. The deck area had mold or algae on it, the decking never fully drained, the standing water was filthy, and unsanitary. The back porch lights kept shorting out, extreme fire hazard. I called Sunday about the balcony post missing and that was fixed. I called Tuesday and Thursday regarding the deck. No one seemed to care. I called the following Monday after we arrived home, hoping after we left maybe someone went to check out our concerns. I was told someone would call me back on Tuesday. It is now the following Monday, and I have still heard from no one. I have a longer list of problems if anyone is interested! I also have many pictures. The owner may be interested in how the property is being kept.

Beach Reunion was absolutely amazing to work with. The property, Sole Mate, was exactly what we had hoped it would be and they (especially Carrie the Concierge who I called frequently) made sure that all of our requests were met and went out of their way to accommodate us with any questions or issues that arose. Destin vacation stay in Sol Mate
WOW!!! Just got back from a girl's vacation in Destin, and we stayed in the Sol Mate. What a wonderful house with a location to die for. We had our own pool which would be great for families who wants to keep the little ones contained. From the pool, you walked right onto the beach. The house was recently updated, and what a good impression it made. It is located within walking distance to places to eat and shop. I felt totally safe and relaxed in this area. We have already booked it again for next year. I highly recommend Sol Mate. Carrie made sure we had everything we needed and then some. Her recommendations are spot on!!! Sol Mate was in an excellent central location and the beach area was less congested than the other areas. Rooms were clean and well-maintained and service was excellent with great attention to detail. This was our second year and many excellent improvements were made for added comfort and beauty. Perfect Stay at Sol Mate!
Two years in a row we were very fortunate to rent Sol Mate from Beach Reunion in Destin, Florida. A very organized, very efficient company, Beach Reunion was a pleasure to work with. Sol Mate is a beautiful property with an incredible view of the Gulf from several bedrooms and the whole lower level. Walk out the door, go by the pool and down the stairs to the white sand beach. Beautiful.
