OVERLOOKING THE GREAT WATERS DRIVING RANGE!
2 Bedroom and 2 bath golf cottage in beautiful Great Waters Community of Reynold's Plantation. Hardwood floors and beautiful open kitchen makes for great family time. Bed and bath linens are provided.

Master bedroom has king bed and guest bedroom has two twin beds. All new kitchen. Cottage overlooks Great Waters golf driving range. Great deck with table, chairs and charcoal Weber grill. Great Waters is a private resort community with no access to pool or golf unless accompanied by a member. The dining room, bar and snack bar are open to the public.

Loved the decor, location of cottage and general vibe. Had all we needed. The upholstery and carpet in bedroom should be cleaned. Outside space could be enjoyed more if cleaned up. But, the convenience and classy character of the cottage was great!

Our family loved the spaciousness of this cottage and proximity to everything we needed in Great Waters! The cottage was clean and fully stocked and the hosts were so gracious to us. We would recommend to families, golfers, couples or friends!

The inside of the property was great. However the deck and deck furniture were dirty making use of the outdoors area impossible to use. It would have been nice to be able to use the grill and sit outside.

House not cleaned, bath mat only flipped not cleaned, floors dirty, dead bugs on floor. They painted the door knobs.. not an update a cheap fix. Gutters full, place just not clean at all, sawed off half of window sill to get into freezer that still did not work. Cheap and dirty place. Vomit on the bedroom floor and mattress. Not acceptable . I texted right away was told they would take care but my daughter was there 9 days.. no one ever came... the owner’s daughter saw my family at the pool and said she would bring over some good pans for cooking but never did snd the ones in the unit were scratched and not safe to use. Towels were horrible with holes. I have never written a review before but I believe this one needs to be written. I even sent them the name of my housekeeper.

This is a lovely property. However, we were disillusioned with the things that were not working or not functioning properly. The refrigerator was out when we arrived but Andrea who is wonderful brought us a small refrig. Thursday night. The coffeemaker did not work so we purchased one. The kitchen sink had a leak. We were unable to watch a movie because the remote was not designed to input the information. The master bedroom blanket was not clean so we washed it. James came by Friday afternoon to check out these things. Even with all these occurrences, we were able to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature and more importantly the peace and quiet. We had a great time at the Reynolds cottage in Great Waters. The walks scenery was fantastic as well as the golf. The accommodations and communication with owners were great. We played much golf as a golfing family and enjoyed the restaurants.

Great for golfers

Right on the driving range, very convenient for practicing. Also very close to the Great Waters Course. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice having a washer and dryer. We really enjoyed the main living area which was updated and very comfortable. (just a note: this is an attached cottage and master bedroom wall is a shared wall with the next cottage)

Nice little getaway

Nice little getaway

We enjoyed playing board games with our teenage kids and being close by to family that lives on this side of the lake. We rented jet-skis, dined at Silver Moon, and visited downtown Eatonton. The beds at the cottage were very comfortable and the couch was, too. Wish the driving range had been open as that’s favorite past time when visiting Great Waters, but we still had a wonderful visit!

We had a great stay. The owner was a phone call away with any questions and worked very hard to resolve any problems that arose. It was very nicely decorated and had THE most comfortable beds. The security staff at the gate were very nice as well!

The cottage was really cute and very convenient to Great Waters facilities. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. The only suggestion I might offer would be a dresser in the Master Bedroom for some clothes storage.

The space was very ample and we had all the necessities for a great end of year weekend getaway with our two grown boys who live near by and came to stay with us. We visited the town of Greensboro, the antique shops and the Oconee Brewery were great. The fabulous Ritz property was a must see and also spent a day at Stone Mountain.

The cottage was very clean and very enjoyable especially being able to sit out back on the porch. The porch needs some cosmetic repairs but the Ambience of the back porch being right on the driving range and we had a great time hitting the balls back on the range from the pine straw I would stay there again.

I will say this, the Inside was nicely remodeled, but approaching the home it was VERY dirty and not taken care of. Porches were covered with leaves and dirt, gutters overflowing. You can tell owner hadn't be by in a while if they were renting it at that condition and charging that amount of money. Did have some bug issues in the master. Now to the very bad: once we returned home I received an email a few days later stating we are losing our deposit for damaged floors. When I asked the owner why, he stated "the cleaning crew said the damage is from high heels"!!!! I was 9 months pregnant, on limited bed rest and could only wear flip flops at that point. I was there for my friends wedding, so this house was literally used just to sleep in, no parties etc. This damage had obviously been there for a long time, which they stated it was new. I did my research with the pictures they sent me and it was CLEARLY termite damage, to a T. I got VRBO involved and the owner hung up on them. I had pictures of how messy the outside of the house was and sent them pictures of termite damage to compare to the ones the cleaning crew sent me. It was a hassle to get my money back, let alone to deal with this stress in my condition. I never received an apology from the owner for the "misunderstanding", just an automatic email saying I was receiving my deposit refund. Hoping others don't get scammed into paying for this termite damage that the cleaning crew/management company/owner are trying to blame on renters! I have pictures to prove this all if in question.

Unit was dirty and in marginal shape. Stairs entering and porch were dirty and moldy. Back porch the same. Chairs and tables on back porch were filthy, as was grill. No hand towels. Carpet was stained. Closet was in bad shape, with clothes visible, hangers on floor. Bathroom drawers were filled with old bottles of soap that had leaked. Have never rented unit that asked that towels be washed and replaced. Very surprised and disappointed with condition of unit. All in all, the worst experience we have had with rental unit.
