Our home is only six houses away from Nantucket Sound, less than a four-minute walk to a beautiful and quiet beach at the end of the street. There is no parking available at the end of the street, so you will often find quiet beach time with your family alone. The eight beach chairs and two beach umbrellas in the shed are available for your use. The convenient location will allow you to walk home for lunch and back again. There are also 4 adult bikes and 1 teen available for your use (you must supply the bike helmets). New linens and towels are available.

The golf enthusiast will enjoy golfing at nearby Cranberry Valley Golf Course. Wychmere Harbor Club (popular wedding venue) is just around the corner with easy access to deep sea fishing and the high-speed ferry to Nantucket. Walk to one of the best ice cream shops on the Cape, conveniently located at the end of the street. Come root on our Cape Cod Summer Baseball Team, the Harwich Mariners. Some of the best MLB prospects in the country will be playing in our town from the first week of June through the first week of August. The games are free, donations are accepted. The house, location and hospitality of the host were all outstanding. I highly recommend.

We have stayed in Harwich for just over 15 years and this was our first stay at 53 Neel Road.
The house was fantastic for us. The girls loved having their own rooms away from Mom and Dad. The back yard was great for a “friendly” game of badminton.
The one negative - it was way too easy to walk to get ice cream every night at the Schoolhouse.
Thank you, Brian! You are an amazing host!

Awesome, fully equipped home in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Loved the private beach at the end of the street. Excellent communication with the owners made everything go smoothly. This is an A++++ property!

Perfect base camp for a week of exploring the Cape. Hosts were attentive and well organized which made everything a breeze. Definitely recommend and would rent again.

I stayed here with my family of 6 total for a family wedding at the Wychmere beach club. The house is a less than 10 minute drive to the venue which was perfect. Only a couple of houses down from a quaint beach (with others nearby). Brian was extremely communicative and the house was in great condition when we got there. Very friendly neighborhood too!

Beautiful house and location! Brian is very communicative and responsive. Check in/out is a breeze. Very close to the beach within walking distance. I hope to rent the spot again the next time I'm in the area! Thanks for everything, Brian!

This was our first trip to Cape Cod, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location is great. There are two small beaches and an ice cream shop within walking distance. Our host was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Spacious, immaculate and comfortable sums up this rental property. A short walk to the beach in one direction or to ice cream (or a lobster roll) in the other, we couldn’t have been happier. Perfect for a family with children OR a bunch of adults who want to relax around a comfortable dining room table and living room, it really was perfect in every way.

Lovely home, comfortable, and located near restaurants and shopping. The beds were very comfortable as were the couches. Communication with the owner was great.

Our family had a great experience. The house was spacious and worked well for us. We made lobsters, we played games in the yard and relaxed playing games indoors in the evening - this was great family time. We enjoyed kayaking on Bass river and riding bicycles. The house was centrally located as there were good restaurants and other activities nearby. We will have fond memories of our stay here.

This home in Harwich Port is perfectly located. The private beach a short walk down the street was very quiet. Our morning walks around the neighborhood included sights of the beaches, beautiful homes and the harbor. So many things were included in this rental, including bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and yard games. The kitchen had every appliance we needed. And the glassed-in porch was a favorite hangout for meals and family games.
Brian was very attentive to our needs. He was helpful in answering questions prior to and during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental.

Lovely home in a great neighborhood. Brian has been beyond helpful and attentive. They say perfection is boring but in this case, the word is spot on

This property is in a great location on cape cod. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable home. Within walking distance to a few smaller beaches and an easy drive to many other beaches. Owner communicative. Lots of outdoor space. Would rent again.

What a great spot to get away! The property was clean, spacious, and homey. The location was perfect, especially if you like the beach and great ice cream just a short walk away!
The house was welcoming and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. The owner’s overview is spot on. Everything we needed to cook family meals was easily accessible in the kitchen, the beds comfortable, linens and towels perfect! The family room was so comfortable, lots of DVDs and board games. The first-floor washer and dryer are a real convenience with kids.
The sun porch was warm enough on a cool day that we could sit out there and enjoy some reading in the sunshine! We commented several times what a perfect spot to vacation as everything is within walking distance.
A couple of minute walk down the road and we were at a small beach on Nantucket Sound. There’s no parking so it’s just the people who can walk there. A few minutes’ walk the other way and we were at the Schoolhouse Ice Cream shop. The servings were generous and ice cream was good on a cool spring day – bet it tastes great on a warm summer day.
The street dead-ends at the beach so the neighborhood was nice and quiet with very little traffic.
We also visited the Hot Stove Saloon just a short drive right in the center of Harwich Port for a good, reasonably priced lunch. Brax Landing restaurant is even closer, a one to two-minute drive, with a beautiful view of Saquatucket Harbor. A Nantucket Ferry leaves from the harbor and it would be convenient if a trip to the island was part of your vacation plans. There is also a deep-sea fishing charter that leaves from Saquatucket Harbor.
We had an awesome breakfast at the Hangar B Restaurant at Chatham Airport. It’s just a few minutes away and the food was delicious. It was freshly prepared, and the portions were enough for two people. There are kid friendly choices too. There is no sign for the restaurant, but it’s easy enough to find. Once at the airport, walk through the gate, around back, and up the stairs (we had a 20-minute wait at 9:00 a.m. There is an outside waiting area with picnic tables and a small play area for kids. We were able to watch a few private planes take off and land. The 20 minutes flew by (pun-intended).
We also visited Coast Guard Beach in Eastham and took a beautiful walk, browsed the shops in Chatham, and strolled along Chatham Lighthouse Beach.
We’ll be scheduling another vacation at this home – when the weather is warmer.
