A lucky find, and an extremely wonderful place to stay.

I loved the view and the balcony. The kids loved the pool. Everything was close together and easy to find.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. It was just as it says it was. A extremely amazing find, and I will definitely be looking forward to renting this place again.

Really no one to help at the front desk most of the time. We got confused when we arrived and had a hard time locating our condo.

Clean and comfy

The property is clean and comfortable. Everything we need is available including laundry and dishwasher soaps/supplies and enough towels. The pool water is gentle to our kid’s skin. Not crowded in the pool/ common areas at least during our stay (weekdays). Everything’s in neatly organized in and out of the unit. Also, I like that they are strict when it comes to the number of guests depending on the room size - I asked if 2 friends (adults) can join us (2 adults and a child already in the unit) in a max 4 unit and was denied but was explained in a nice/ professional manner. Safety is their priority. Thank you.

Girls trip 2020

We arrived late around 7:30pm. Lobby was closed so we went to the room and used the code and went right in to the pool key and towels ready for us! The pool/hot tub is one of the best! (and I did my research) Locals were very friendly and welcoming. The view from the deck was great for watching boats coming in and out of the bay/lagoon. The condo was clean and kitchen stocked with utensils/pans. Grocery store is 1 mile away, very convenient. Would suggest getting coffee and snacks or food to cook. Lots of places to eat with NO (virus) inconveniences. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is huge! Excursions right down the boardwalk, which was great for my 88yr old mom to walk to. Just a short scenic drive down Beach road and park free to be on the gulf/beach. (The lagoon is MUCH more fun though! We will definitely be back with our husbands!

If I were to nitpick-It would be nice to have ceiling fans on the deck. Wash rag in the bathroom. More than 1 roll of toilet paper (we bought some) paint was peeling off by front door.

Very lovely resort-like venue, we'd enjoy staying at again in the future!

Gorgeous outdoors! Extra large and beautifully designed pool; hot tub with waterfall; multiple seating areas with various styles of shelters; lovely view of the Bay with two piers, a restaurant out over the water, and a beach on the spit; nice grilling and eating area; and even a nicely groomed lawn with palm trees. (The condo itself is situated in an affluent area that was very secure and private. It made for a much less crowded venue and a resort climate.) The porch on the condo gave a great view of the pool area, the Bay and passing boats. It was planned well with comfortable seating, a couch, a coffee table, and several side tables, which was perfect for sitting, reading, eating and relaxing. The design of the one bedroom condo was very pleasing. The two extra large TV's could be a big asset to those who wish to relax and enjoy. The bathroom had a huge walk-in, tiled shower, as well as a two sink vanity, which made it easy for sharing. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, and other helpful products available where we didn't need to run out and buy more. Getting upstairs with luggage and/or groceries was a breeze. There were plenty of large carts and even two types of grocery baskets to aid in the endeavor. The elevators were quick, smooth and quiet. Sherry at the front desk was also very nice and helpful.

Although most people of average height would have no problem, I would have preferred a taller toilet. In the kitchen, some newer small pots for those who like to cook and maybe a pitcher no would have been nice.. Otherwise, and even without them, it was supplied fairly well. There was one issue that arose, but was basically remedied: a nearby homeowner was smoking a cigarette daily and then something very offensive, which definitely made enjoying the porch extremely difficult. By mid-week, he switched to a lighter smelling cigar, which was not as harsh to my sensitive sense of smell and lungs. I used a fan on the porch, although a ceiling fan would have been nice for helping with the smoker and, of course, the heat. (I understand he was a disabled vet, so he may have found relief in what he smoked. The HOA, I believe, encouraged him to switch what he was using.)
