Private master bedroom includes exclusive use of attached bathroom. Access this apartment-like area via a private exterior staircase entrance. Short walk to shopping and Wellesley town center. Near commuter rail, restaurants, stores, Whole Foods. Clean, cozy room with tasteful decorations, king-size bed, sitting area and closet. High-speed wifi, deck. Safe area. Walking/jogging trails. Room has microwave and fridge. No TV.

The room is clean, cozy and comfortable. It includes exclusive use of an attached bathroom. Furnishings include a comfortable king-sized bed, side tables, two sofas and a chair. A coffee table can be raised to act as a workstation. Separate climate controls for your comfort. A microwave, toaster and refrigerator are in the room for your exclusive use. No TV.
The room has its own exterior, second floor private entrance. The approach is well-lit at night (motion detectors). A single interior door connects the room to the rest of the house, but will remain locked for the duration of your stay.
We have off-street parking for one guest car.

We are generally available to answer questions and to be helpful. We are unlikely to be available for socializing due to our busy lives.

Our only personal belongings stored in the room are the contents of one bookshelf tucked in a corner plus two locked owner's closets. We keep the interior door to the room locked from the owner's side (double cylinder lock).

We were pleasantly surprised with this little gem in a beautiful neighborhood. We went in the summer so the surrounding trees were beautiful. The welcome email gave detailed instructions on everything we needed for our stay.
The location is in a quaint neighborhood with upscale restaurants and shops within a short drive. There is even a great neighborhood restaurant within walking distance of the property.
The host was very kind and accommodating. The room itself was well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend others staying here as well. Great value!

We stayed one night.
Host Julia was very communicative and provided excellent explanations about parking and door un/locking in advance. Space was very clean, well-appointed, well-functioning. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept with windows open enjoying the fresh air and peaceful neighborhood.
Only a few minutes from Wellesley center where we ate and walked a lovely main street.
I read their copy of "Foreign Affairs" (first time in decades) and now have subscribed to it.
No-hassle, high quality space and experience.

This place was great. Minutes from train station to Boston. Easy check in it was clean and we will definitely be back if I’m ever in the area. Neighborhood was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to stay close to Boston.

The accommodation is much more spacious than it appears in the photo. Very clean and secure. The host has thought of everything. The “rules” are common sense consideration, and the binder notes are very helpful with details. Five stars for sure!

Julia was a delight to work with and the apartment was perfect for our needs. We walked ten minutes to a nice dinner and 15 to catch the train. We will definitely be staying at this apartment again.

This was very convenient for visiting my daughter at Wellesley. The room is larger than it appears in photos, with a nice sitting area. Similar in price to the closest hotels, but nicer and closer to campus.

The place was absolutely wonderful. It was clean, the neighborhood was wonderful, and it was nice to be away from the chaos of the city at night to sleep. We spent a lot of time in Salem and Boston and the drive wasn’t bad at all. It was extremely easy to get in contact with any questions or concerns and is quite close to grocery, coffee, and food places. We would definitely stay here again! We couldn’t think of a single issue and it made our one year wedding anniversary perfect!

Spacious room with nicely appointed private bathroom. Room is on second floor. Best price at the time. Comfortable, excellent location. A lot of thought went into providing snacks toaster, hot water pot, small fridge. I intially rated 4/5 because the bed was not the best for me, but then I recognize that my physical disabilities probably contributed.

My wife and I stayed at this property because it was very near Helen's Cooking School (which is the greatest such school, but I digress). We would never stay anywhere else whenever we return.
The hostess/owner was prompt and helpful in all pre-visit correspondence.
The room was spacious, clean, and bright. Our visit was in a middle of a heat wave, yet the window unit air conditioner cooled the entire room so well that we never had to set it beyond econo. There are shelves of books in case you forgot your own.
The bathroom was also spacious, and painted a beautiful shade of cranberry (me) / mauve (wife).
We felt at home. Setting - beautiful. Hostess - wonderful.

Checking in to this property was very easy and the instructions were on target. The bed was comfortable and the accommodations were very clean. I would recommend a television though because it's difficult if you need to watch the news or other entertainment in the evening. Otherwise it was a great spot for the money.

This property served our needs for the weekend while we visited our Grandkids. We were not there except to sleep. This was our second stay. There was significant dust and cob-webs all over. This was disappointing because I mentioned the same thing to the owners after our first stay. Everything else was fine.
