Refresh under the outdoor shower, unwind on the 20 sq.m. terrace with garden furniture, fire up the barbecue, or let the kids play on the playground with slides and swings.

The house offers convenient amenities like internet access, central heating, a washing machine, and a tumbler dryer. Two bicycles are available for exploring the surroundings. Groups of youth are not allowed at this property. Upon request and for an additional fee, you can secure private mooring and arrange sailing trips with a skipper.

You will be staying in a 9-room villa that spans three levels and covers an area of 370 square meters. The villa features a comfortable and rustic furnishing style. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room measuring 58 square meters, complete with an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only) and a satellite TV with a flat-screen display. This room provides access to the garden. Another living/dining room, measuring 40 square meters, is also located on the ground floor, equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, a kitchen corner, and another satellite TV with a flat-screen display. This room offers access to both the garden and the terrace. The kitchen is outfitted with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, and a dining table, as well as an open-hearth fireplace. It also provides access to the garden and the terrace. Additionally, there is a shower/WC and a separate WC on the ground floor.

The villa comes equipped with a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. These include a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, and pet-friendly accommodations, allowing you to bring along your furry companions.
