September and October are a hidden secret on the Cape. People who have discovered this say "Don't tell anyone". The average temperature in September goes from 80-70 degrees. October goes from 73 to 63 degrees. No humidity. Wear shorts and a t-shirt or a sweatshirt and shorts or your bathing suit.
October on the cape has the least amount of rain more than any other month. That is why so many couples chose it for their wedding.
Everything is still open!!
Truro is the best of both worlds. A quiet restful retreat at our cottage or enjoy the hustle and bustle and nightlife of Provincetown just minutes away.
This is a charming quaint beach front cottage. Private Bay Beach/Ocean in the well loved Beach Point area of Truro, MA - a very desirable location. You have to experience the Outer Cape. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT. BEAUTIFUL WEATHER AND PERFECT ATMOSPHERE. Clean, bright and comfortable interior. Newly painted. Cottage has two bedrooms and a kitchen/living room area. Cottage sleeps five. One bedroom has a full size bed and the other bedroom has a bunkbed with a full size on the bottom and a single on top. NO SMOKING inside the cottage. Smoking allowed outside on the property. NO PETS.
It has a full kitchen, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove with an oven, cooking utensils, microwave, waffle maker, coffee maker, ice blender, toaster, popcorn popper, TWO flat screen TVs (one in kitchen/living room and one in a bedroom), cable, internet, FREE wifi, gas heater, ceiling fan, window fans, no AC, small grass lawn, picnic table w/umbrella, lawn chairs, charcoal grill, and a safe off the street parking lot. Parking is limited to TWO vehicles. No boat trailers or campers.
For your safety our cottage has a carbon monoxide detector, a smoke detector and a fire extinguisher.
Cottage is just a few steps from our private beach.
The Outer Cape area has much to offer: shopping, sight seeing, bike trails, bike rentals, walking trails, array of restaurants, salt/fresh water fishing, fishing charters, golf, drive-in theater, indoor theater, flea markets, art galleries, antique shops, a Winery and a ferry that goes to Boston or Block Island.
You need to bring bed linens, bath towels, bath mats, kitchen towels and beach towels. Bedspreads, blankets, and pillows are provided.
YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH OUR QUAINT SEASIDE COTTAGE. We have owned it since 1979. Many guests return year after year. Now some of their children are returning with their own families.
Our cottage is in a family oriented group of 10 cottages. We have a manager who lives on the property.

What a great find! Loved our little cottage and the sweet "neighborhood" of the other cottages. The beach is amazing as well. Karen is terrific and their property manager, Annabelle, is so helpful and kind. We can't say enough good things about it.
