About this cottage rental

Surrounded by national park this property is within easy walking distance to secluded beaches, the crystal clear waters of Lake Conjola and pristine Narrawallee creek inlet. The seclusion and tranquility of this 5 acre property is amazing.
Escape the pressures of the outside world now, and unwind in this peaceful haven.You can simply sit back and relax in this unique self contained eco-friendly cottage or spend the day enjoying the natural beauty of the local area - exploring, swimming, bushwalking, bike riding, fishing, surfing or observing the abundant wildlife. Relax taking in the morning sun or an afternoon BBQ on the verandahs; sit with a book and glass of wine by the slow combustion wood fire in winter; or shop in historic Milton only a 10 minute drive away. Milton also has many great restaurants for food lovers.

Tems and Conditions

Deposit of 50% non refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy unless prior arrangements have been made with owners. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.

Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period.

The owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay and must be reported.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.

Linen is supplied.

Pets are not allowed

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

We had a really relaxing stay. A very serene atmosphere with lots of bird life. We just seemed to slow right down during our stay which was what we needed. The walk to the inlet of Narawalli Creek was easy grade. We also drove into Lake Conjola for a swim. King and Cindy are pretty special people and superb hosts. The Studio was really comfortable and nicely set out. We will definitely return.

Delightful light filled studio in a bush setting. Spacious, airy and well equipped. Enjoy pitch black quiet nights and wake to birdsong. Walking distance to the bush and beach and less than 5mins drive to Lake Conjola village, 10mins to Milton.

This studio cottage is as perfect as it looks in the pictures. The surrounding nature reserve was amazing to explore and the cosy fire place was the exactly y the thing I needed for some quiet reading time on a few rainy days. King and Cindy are absolutely lovely people who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and well looked after, even always making sure the wood pile is well stocked up. Will definitely book with them again!

The set up of the studio is very efficient & comfortable. And no fuss for a holiday. Weather was wet (Sydney was wetter) but we enjoyed bike riding the trails through the Nature Reserve and walking the beaches. Plenty to see locally.

We had our holiday booked, and all weekend we ended up having rain, but thanks to Cindy and King, it was the best little cosy weekend get away! So relaxing & beautiful. The cottage is just as beautiful in the rain as it is in the sunshine! King provided us with lots of kindle for the fire, he was great. Definitely will be back and have already recommended to our friends !

A wonderful escape from the city

2kms of dirt roads (suitable for 2-wheel-drive) lead to a simple and gorgeous country cottage. A beautiful respite and escape from the city. Feels miles from anywhere, in the middle of the bush/country but yet only 3km walk from beautiful beaches. The lovely hosts, who were on the same property, provided us with plenty of privacy. No wifi, air con, dishwasher etc. - No that kind of place. We are so glad we found this place! We felt so refreshed after only 2 nights away, listening to only the birds, cicadas and wind through the trees. We visited stunning Mollymook, (about 20mins away) but actually couldn’t wait to return to the tranquil feel of the cottage.
