Overall my stay was not comfortable.

Clean room and quiet location

When I arrived at the property, reception told me the type of room I booked was sold out so I was getting an upgraded room. I was charged more at the property than the original online booking price. The “upgraded” room was the same as what I booked online so it wasn’t really an upgrade. The air conditioning did not get cool. I could not access wifi. Balcony door was broken so I could not open it. Bed was hard.

Unglaublich unprofessionelles Personal Rauchgestank im Bad Ekelhafte und kaputte Vorhänge Dreckige Wände, siffige Schalter Überall Müllbeutel in den Fluren Es wurde keine Info gesendet, dass man im Hotel einchecken muss; sehr ärgerlich bei Regen und Zeitengpass

Great location, close to subway.

Ventilation was quite loud, no possibility to turn it off. Not clear that check-in at a different building

Like the kitchen. It's convenient to heat the packed food from the restaurant.

It has a smell of smoking when I enter the room. The cleaning person knocked on the door at 10 o'clock when I was still sleeping and I had not checked out then.

Fantastic place, great value, loved it.

Wonderful spacious room equipped with everything needed.

At check in they said housekeeping would not come into my room since it was a short stay. However they still came in, even after I said it was not necessary.

Very good

Modern apartment, equiped kitchen, very close to metro (U-Bahn) station and green area of the Olympia Park. 24h reception but you need to go to the hotel nearby.

The parking costs 18€/day and it was still very hard to find place, I almost could not park even though I had paid, I got always the last parking slots. The bathroom exaustor is a bit loud and cannot be turned off. There is only fridge (no freezer compartment).

Good for a night but not more cause you won’t be able to sleep without ear plugs

The bedroom is nice and clean

Great option overall

The staff were very friendly, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the overall experience was great.

Hotel does not honor reservations and Booking can't do anything about it

I showed up the night of the reservation at the hotel and they did not honor the reservation and told me that the room is now unavailable. They offered me "the last available room they had that night" which was a single room (my original reservation was for a studio apartment), I went with the receptionist to check the room and it was unacceptable for me as it even smelled of cigarette smoke. The receptionist refused to give me any other alternative and told me there is nothing he can do as his manager was not available. So I had to leave to look for another hotel room in Munich at midnight. After a long night of trying to find another hotel room on the spot, I could not find any. I had to call someone wake them up at 3am to sleep on his couch and having to go to work the next day. I had a phone call later with a hotel representative to whom I explained the whole situation and that I should not be charged. And then a day later they still charged me a no show fee. Also contacted Booking customer support to help with the situation to which they denied responsbility and replied to me that I should just deal with the hotel on my own.

Ok.

It was generally quiet, and the other residents were friendly.

No one came to clean at all during my 13-night stay, which had been guaranteed.

The location just next to a train station.

The check-in process took too long because the staff who handled my check-in was unsure what to do. After 15 minutes then only she seek help from a colleague.

Altogether I really enjoyed my stay very much in this serviced apartment.

I liked the room which I felt very comfortable and which is equipped with a small kitchen including pots etc. and a bathroom and also I liked the possibility to use the washing machines which are on the lower ground. Also I liked the area: quiet and yet well connected to public transport.

I was a bit surprised that the room was cleaned only the 3rd day when I was staying there. I would have preferred it to be cleaned every second day.
