About this house rental

The beach house is a 2 storey holiday home. Perfect for a family or 2 being able to sleep 10 people comfortably with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large lock up garage. Ideal location being a 2 minute walk to Lake Victoria and a 3-4 minute drive to 90 Mile Beach. Fantastic views of Lake Victoria are seen from both the expansive deck / kitchen meals area and the main bedroom. The house has recently been renovated.

Upstairs

There are 2 queen sized bedrooms each with queen sized beds, both with built in robes. The main bedroom has views over Lake Victoria, 32 inch TV, dvd player and direct access to the decking. The spacious living area is open plan with a 49 inch TV, DVD player, movies for the kids . Stacker doors fully open up onto the expansive deck which includes a new 4 burner hooded gas BBQ, with brand new outdoor table setting and large outdoor lounge all perfect to sit back and relax all with wonderful views. The modern kitchen is fully self-contained with a dishwasher. The bathroom has both shower and bath facilities. There is a separate toilet with hand basin. All queen bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans. The living room also has a new split system air conditioning / heating unit. A coonara is a great addition to the living room.

Downstairs

There are 2 bedrooms, the 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed with built in robes now with movable heater for winter, the 4th bedroom is for the kids - 2 x bunks (4 single beds) with built in robes - this room also has Lake Victoria views. Opposite the kids bedroom is the games/books walk in cupboard,there are novels for the adults, reading books for the kids and stacks of dvds for both the kids and adults -there are activity books for the kids and games to play. There is a Separate bathroom with shower facilities. The laundry is complete with washing machine. There is also internal access to the garage. The passage way leading to the front door opens up to the downstairs deck which also has a wooden outdoor table setting and a small table with 2 chairs to also take in the views

Doonas/covers and pillow/cases are all provided. All you require is to supply your own sheets, towels and tea towels.

Lots of Adult / Kids Bikes and now a toddlers bike, skate board and scooter, surf & boogie boards are available to use at own risk. A table tennis table with accessories to keep the kids (or adults) entertained. There is also a canoe for use located in the garage.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Pets are fine but just not inside the house

We had such a relaxing time at the Beach House. It was the perfect house for our family of 2 adults and 4 children. The kids loved the table tennis and the huge selection of board games. Thank you for having us!

Had a wonderful relaxing time. The weather wasn't kind to us so we weren't able to utilise all the amenities supplied with the property, ie bikes, fishing rods and canoe. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our long weekend stay at Leanne and Glenn's house. Everything was sparkling clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all meals at home utensils-wise. The house was very comfortable - beds, large sofa inside, lounge outdoors, etc. No issues with 4 adults and 6 children sharing the space. Town is a short, enjoyable walk away. Best to shop at closest Coles before arrival as there is only an IGA in town. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

the accomodation met our needs for all the the family members involved save my wife who uses crutches.the stairs were a challenge.We were fortunate to get this property and another for the exact same time to accomodate the 16 members of the family.All went reasonably well

We returned for a second year and couldn’t be happier!! The house is comfortable with all the homely features you’d need. Just a short stroll to some of the best beaches in town. An easy walk into the Marina and town. Peaceful and quiet of a night time. Would highly recommend this home to anyone.

We stayed as a family group of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids under the age of 10) and the property is exactly what we were after! Exactly as advertised it's only a short walk to the lake, close to the supermarket, cafe and service station and a short drive to the beach. The house has an extremely well stocked kitchen with most things you could ask for when cooking and the kids loved the toy cupboard. Oh and I think there were over 200 DVD's to chose from too. If we're in Loch Sport again we will definitely try and book this place again!

This house is set up perfectly for families, my 11 month old loved the toy closest and all the cars in it! The property had everything we needed and was very relaxing. Loved watching all the kangaroos hopping around the town as well.

We loved the house & dining on the belcony was a treat. The house had everything that we needed & more. It was close to the beach & lake-for fishing in a quiet location for privacy. The toys were a bonus for my grandson. He had a lovely time discovering all the toys and games. We would love to go back some time. The kiak was great too we enjoyed paddling around in the shallows of the lake. Highly recommend. Thankyou so much for allowing us to stay at the beach house

Had an excellent time staying at this beach house. In a lovely location, a quiet street, with lots of walks along lakesides and a short drive to 90 mile surf beach. House is delightful, and well set up to cater to all needs. Plenty of games and books and DVD's, and the kitchen has everything you would need to cook a meal. Loved our stay! Recommend this place for your next holiday!

Great stay, house has all the amenities you could want. The toy closet was especially popular! Not a bad location, easy walking distance to the lake however disappointing we could walk our kayak down to the lake due to the steps. Otherwise house was very comfortable, except for noise on the roof overnight due to strong winds, perhaps loose flashing? Would stay again.
