Since the construction going on in the room. To get Uber ride was really hard.

SEHR EMPFEHLENSWERT für einen Kurztrip!

Mario ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber und hat uns mit super vielen Informationen über die Unterkunft und die Umgebung versorgt! Er war immer erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und hat sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert! Er hat uns super Tipps gegeben für Restaurants, Verkehrsmittel, Supermärkte etc.! Die Lage ist toll - nicht mitten im Zentrum, aber nah genug, und in der Nähe der Unterkunft befinden sich viele Strände und Restaurants. Er hat uns sogar einen Airport Shuttle organisiert (zuverlässig und sehr freundlicher Fahrer), sodass wir stressfrei in der Unterkunft ankamen. Alles in allem sind wir absolut begeistert gewesen! Hvala Mario 😊

Der EINZIGE Punktabzug: es ist sehr hellhörig. Wenn man spät zurückkehrt, sollte man darauf achten die Türen leise zu schließen.

A nice getaway on the seaside of Split!

The room is very nice and newly furnished. All the spaces are very clean and also the shower is very comfortable. The location of the boutique is exactly on the seaside and for this reason you can have a swim in a pleasant beach nearby. Regarding the service, Mario is a really helpful and available person that can recommend places to see, restaurants and help you spend your best vacation.

Location : 5min away drôle the beach and 15min away from old city center Room: clean, pretty and well furnished. Bed was very large and confortable. Mario and the cleaning lady were so nice!

Comfortable room in a central location run by a very attentive host.

Great location. Very comfortable and clean. Our host was a great communicator and extremely helpful. They arranged an airport transfer for us which was great too.

Excellent room and locations.

Absolutely lovely room. The cleaning lady was super nice and the host went out of his way to ensure one had a perfect stay. Very close (walking distance) to a nice beach which was rather empty in the mornings. Rooms look exactly as in the pictures and very clean.

The room was clean and had everything necessary! The location is very close by the beach and plenty of restaurants. It is also a 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. The host was especially nice and very helpful!

Location was good, 15 mins walk from the main tourist area which was good. It was near the beach also which was great on hot days

Rooms are at the bottom of an old apartment complex which outside aren't very well kept, communal areas at the entrance are dated

We had a great stay thanks to Mario and all his good advice ! From our arrival to departure, he took great care of us. Responsive and friendly, our room was tastefully decorated and near to beautiful beaches and the center of Split. Small attentions in the bathroom and space to store your personal effects. The place is safe and pleasant. We recommend this address and Mario !

Fantastic host fantastic location

Communication with Mario was fantastic a brilliant host, super quick to reply and had lots of suggestions and offered luggage storage Don’t be put off by the outside, it’s like an Alice in wonderland moment when you open the second door. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommend the little restaurant just a few minutes walk away the food and service is excellent!!! We would definitely return.

The 10am check out and not having anywhere to get washed and changed before our flight home (we had a late flight)

Great!

First of all thanks to Mario for being our guide to get there, check in and find a good parking spot! The room is well designed, spacious and in extremely good shape. It has a big bed, modern and quiet air-conditioning and a very nice bathroom with good water pressure. Access is very convenient because no key is needed. We only stayed for one night because we wanted to see Split before proceeding to the islands. We actually enjoyed our short stay much more than we expected because the area around the apartment is so nice. Once you've crossed the street in front of the building, there is a big park - like area with some restaurants and a tennis club in it. And if you walk a few steps further, there are beaches. Some have small stones, some are rocky/made of concrete. We walked into the restaurant Dvor with beach clothes to grab a bite to eat before swimming. It turned out to be a Michelin and Gault & Millau approved restaurant with a honeymoon style terrace and beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. Walking to the old town of Split takes around 20 minutes without rushing it. You can walk at the beach for half the way until you have to turn right. Walking back at night was no problem at all.

Mario the owner is extremely attentive, and everything you needed to know is sent via WhatsApp on arrival, location was fab, 15 mins walk to split town, room was beautifully decorated and comfy, mario has thought of everything

Mario was always available to answer any questions. The room was so stylish and the bed was so comfortable. Mario sent a link with different places to eat, sightsee etc, it was so helpful and all the places didn't disappoint. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful 100% going back next year
