Tak safety lantai berlubang bahaya kepada budak2, lantai berlubang dekat dengan cermin plak kalau pecah terus jatuh bawah tingkat 23..mohon baiki lah boss bahaya.. Aircond tak servis, floating table xsesuai untuk bilik family ada anak2 boleh patah dan xkukuh.

A great location with some suggestions for improvements on the unit

We used to live in Selangor before moving to a different state. Whenever school holidays, we'd go back to KL / Selangor for quick breaks. Zeta Desky is definitely a plus when it comes to location. Very strategic and located in a not to jam packed area. The staff are kind and friendly - from the ones manning the entry gate to the security guards. The check in, check out process is easier and more straight forward than how you'd have to usually do when booking an apartment like this one. The views (day or night) from the balcony and around the apartment are magnificent. You can see the KLCC Towers, KL Tower, the Merdeka Tower KL118 and Batu Caves. If your cameras can zoom in far enough or you have binoculars, you can even see the Hindu statue. Love the pools, the gym and landscape design on the pool floor. Too bad, the pools face the direction of the sun in the morning.

I'm not one to complain especially since we did enjoy our stay there. Just some suggestions for improvements, and I'm referring to the unit that we stayed in only. The bathroom door is in need of replacement. It looked like it was gonna break off any moment. There are no desks or tables in the room, which is fine. But you put two planks of wood as shelves. I know this is common in interior design. But the long shelf was already slanting. When you put things on it (keys, cards, wallets) they'd tend to fall off, as though we were staying on a ship at sea, hit by rolling waves 😊 The other shelf still held strong. But since you put a kettle, cups and a jug of water on it (thank you for the gesture), I'd suggest you put some support like kekuda (truss). If it breaks, this might endanger your guests. Thank you.

Nuit d horreur

La piscine

Pas de carte pour l ascenseur obligé d aller au gardien pour accéder à notre chambre ou a la piscine, les propriétaires était dans la chambre au dessous, enfants,bébé et propriétaires hurlant jusqu'à 2 heures du matin,pas de wifi,pas de TV, chambre et douche salle, prise arraché, étagère cassé lavabo bouché toilette cassé, canapé tellement salle que j'ai interdit les enfants a s assoir dessus je ne comprends même pas comment un tel établissement puisse apparaître sur Booking !! Lorsque que j'ai demandé à faire moins de bruit la propriétaire m'a répondu je m'en fiche je suis là pour faire de l argent.a fuire absolument et surtout a ne plus proposer sur Booking. Je vais demander un remboursement

The one night stay at Zeta Desky was a nightmare for us.

The parking was provided for every tenants for this airbnb. We were quite satisfied as we doent have to park outside unit.

The hygiene of the room was very poor as we found the pillow with few small hairs. The bedsheet was dusty and we can found few ants all over the bed. Its seems like the owner doesnt even change the bedsheets or sweep the floor. As for the bathroom, basic necessities like shower gel and toothpaste werent available. As customers, we usually doesnt bring our own toiletries since we expect the airbnb will prepare the basic necessities. Had to go out late at night again to buy it. The owner should also tell the customer that the room was infact a room in a UNIT with shared kitchen. We were surprised to find another family renting the room in front of our room. The tv also can’t be switched on even though the owner claim that it’s part of the facilities and services provided. We understood that the price is cheap but perhaps atleast u can give more attention to these improvements for the comfortability of ur customers for the very next time.

Hi 第一次用booking.com 给我的感觉第一印象已经很不好了一次过我2次钱 450+450 第2次照片完全和现实不一样！服务态度也很差当天我要住了屋主没有提早通知我要如何进入公寓和拿钥匙门牌号也不知道！当时11点半了我做工很累了要去住了结果我当下打了很多电话没人接我又跑出去找酒店找了半个小时之后打了30通电话没办法就在车上睡之后过了1个小时才回复whatsapp 我很生气之后拿到了钥匙就算了我定了5天结果进去之后我很吓到环境很差墙壁裂窗帘塌很肮脏枕头和床很不干净很乱房间也很不安全不卫生！很恶心我当下门也不能锁很危险很糟糕的地方差劲烂

很多东西都要改进包括 booking.com的服务请退环我RM450 真的很不开心！差体验真的很想拍上youtube 浪费我时间和钱那天我花了3个小时真的很生气！请退换钱当作赔偿！

Location near to shops and restaurants.

Outside looks like luxury condo, inside looks like budget hotel. The bed and pillow not clean properly. Body & skin feeling itchy after lay on the bed.

LOST OUR STUFF FROM ROOM!

We got a room rented, the guy from reception said it's level 23a and room number 2. We got there unlocked the locked room, stayed there for a few hours, left our stuff everywhere, then we went out for a couple of hours, came back and there was other guy and our unpacked stuff gone. Our stuff was packed downstairs in the storage and they said apparently we got room number 3. No phone call, no message nothing. Not sure how is even possible have same key from multiple rooms. This really upset us and we couldn't believe it. Strange people going through our unpacked personal stuff. Long black hair everywhere, broken kettle, broken everything, disgusting room, wifi - connected without internet and they lost charger for $30!!! NO COMPENSATION!

It was a duplex with many rooms in it and the room was horrible until I wanted to book another room instead. The ceiling was open. The door of the room could not be locked. There was no safety at all. One of the worst stay i have ever encountered in my stays. It was very bad and not easy to sleep or rest
