The Space:
The Snazzy Coconut is a new 8 bedroom, 8 bath, private home that sleeps up to 30! It’s located in a safe, gated community, The Villas of Frangista Beach. This home is 3 stories, and is right at the front of the neighborhood! It features brand new, modern décor, Features include a 3rd floor kitchenette and bar with a classic arcade area! There’s a private, saltwater pool in the backyard, and also a community pool. The community is located off of scenic highway 98, very close to the popular Whale’s Tale restaurant and beach access. There’s 2 private, designated beach accesses for you right outside of the community. Take the complimentary 6-passenger golf cart we include over to the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, (home to 110 designer and name brand outlet stores), just 2 miles away. Also within 2 miles of the home are countless restaurants, Grocery Stores, gas station, CVS Pharmacy, 2 large and popular public beach accesses, and much more!

KITCHEN:This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. It has crisp white cabinets, quartz countertops, and bold black accents. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a counter-height bar with 4 bar stools.
DINING ROOM: Located across from the kitchen and bar, this dining room has a large beautiful wood table, with unique oak benches. It seats 12 people.
LIVING ROOM:This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept lay-out. It has 2 full-sized couches, a custom saddle-colored leather loveseat, and a mounted 55-inch flat screen tv.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is off the main hallway to the right after walking in the front door. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in tub/shower combination.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: Across from bedroom #1, this bedroom is off the main hallway to the left when you walk in the front door. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and mounted flat screen tv. It also has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand up shower.
HALF BATH #8: Located across from the laundry room, off of the main hallway. All the bathrooms in the home have custom-built cabinetry and granite countertops.
LAUNDRY: Located off the main hallway downstairs. 1 washer, 1 dryer. You will find all the bathroom linens stored here.
BACKYARD: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a hammock, large 6-person dining set with an umbrella, gas grill, and several lounge chairs. The 10×25 private, saltwater pool can be heated in the cooler months.
2ND FLOOR:
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3:Come up the stairs and turn left to find bedroom #3, located in the front right corner of the home. This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 1 large nightstand, and mounted flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower/tub combination. Lastly, it has access to the front balcony that runs the full length of the home. This balcony has a cozy loveseat and chair set for morning coffee time.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4:This bedroom is across from bedroom #3, in the front left corner of the home. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 1 large nightstand, and a mounted flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower and also has access to the front balcony.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #5:(Bunk Room): When you get to the landing on the 2nd floor, go right to find bedroom #5. This is the bunk room, including 2 full-over-full bunks beds, 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed, 2 end tables, and a mounted flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom with 2 sinks and a glassed-in shower/tub combination. There is extra floor space for an air mattress, and the air mattresses and sheets are stored in the closet in this bathroom. This room also has access to the backyard balcony that runs the full length of the back of the home. There is a coded security lock on this balcony door for child safety.
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #6:This room is across from the bunk room, in the back, left corner of the home. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower. It has extra floor space for an air mattress or pack-n-play. It also has access to the backyard balcony.
3RD FLOOR:
BEDROOM # 7: Up on the 3rd floor, go straight to bedroom #7. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a mounted flat screen tv, and also a cozy, quaint seating area to relax or have a good read. This room has access to the 3rd floor balcony off the front of the home.
BATHROOM # 7:This bathroom is shared by bedroom # 7 and #8, and has a glassed-in shower/tub combination.
BEDROOM #8 & Upstairs Living Area: Last, but certainly not least, bedroom #8 is at the top of the 3rd floor landing. It has a full-over-full bunk bed and 3 arcade games. There is also a flat screen tv mounted over a custom-made bar that seats 6. This living area has access to the 3rd floor balcony as well. There is a coded security lock on this balcony door for child safety.
UPSTAIRS KITCHENETTE: Across from the shared bathroom (#7), there’s a small kitchen! This awesome feature includes a Keurig/coffee maker machine, a microwave, sink, and a full-size refrigerator. This means that you will have 2 refrigerators worth of storage for the whole family! The kitchenette is also stocked with dishes and utensils.

Our stay was pleasant. The location was perfect with a nice walk to the beach. It wasn’t too long for the kids in our group. Private beach access was lovely too. The property manager was very communicative. Although their office closet after 5 pm, when the hvac went down, we reached out to the emergency phone number and had a staff member come out at 10 pm. It was reassuring. They also had an hvac company back on site the following morning for a full fix. The listing has 8 roof old but I’d say 7 rooms for couples and children to adults (non couples) could fill the other sleeping spaces . The location was very clean and quiet as well.

Overall the house was nice but a couple of things were disappointing. The faucets in the bathrooms were not extended over the sinks far enough and left a mess every time you washed your hands. The kitchen cutting knives left a lot to be desired. The hand can opener did not work at all. There were plenty of dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans but there were no serving bowls. The size of the pool is VERY misleading on the website.
The floors downstairs were very dirty. We had to buy a swiffer to clean the floors because a couple of our children were babies and their hands and feet were black after about 14 minutes.

Great location! Close to the beach and many restaurants.
House was spacious for 15, everyone had their own space. Beds super comfy. Golf cart came in handy for quick drop offs.
Pool was wonderful, the kids loved it!
Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pans, if you cook.
Cons:
Instead of the little boxes for each bathroom with toiletries and kitchen dish pods, I would much rather see that money go towards stocking toilet paper and paper towels. We got a half used roll of paper towels for 7 nights, no refills. Each bathroom had 1 roll of toilet paper, no refills. There were 15 of us.
The drain in one of the bathrooms barely drained and the toilet ran all the time. We just shut the door. I did not contact maintenance and I'm sure it would have been addressed.
Rugs and floors need a deep clean, windows and surfaces looked gently wiped over.
Overall, we had an amazing trip and would definitely rent here again.

Overall it was a beautiful home and we would rent again! Pool was small but kids enjoyed it everyday but one! Floors and rugs may have been rushed before we came in! They weren’t very clean! I would suggest a dust pan so when renters clean up they have an easy way to sweep up! Lots of room for big families!

The listing was very accurate and instructions were in good detail via the website. There was some confusion on the private beach access, as there are no actual wristbands you need as described, just need the gate code, which we had to search for. Would be nice to just list all the codes needed in a simple email/text. The house was stocked with very basic essentials. Felt kind of cheap to only supply one toilet paper roll per bathroom, obviously that's not enough for a multiple night stay here. Plenty of dishes and utensils though. House seems cheaply made, but is adequate for what we needed. Shower pressure is very poor, which is a big deal when you're trying to get sand off of everything. Front door closing shook the whole house, especially the two downstairs bedrooms next to it. Also of note is it's a far walk by foot to the beach, and no car parking near the private entrance. The golf cart was nice to have for short trips, but when the whole house was going to the beach it was easier to just drive to the public beach. Pool was clean, and plenty of parking for 6+ cars if needed.

Were never able to get our Bracelets. Every time we went, there were no attendants, and it is not a short distance to walk with small Children’s. We ended up driving to the Beach and finding parking space is a hassle. There should be a more convenient way to pre registering your guest and have the bracelets available on their arrival.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! My family has stayed up and down the coast for years and this was the best as far as location and amenities we have a found! There are 19 of us and each person had their own place and no one felt like they were on top of each other. We chose to have the pool heated and it was absolutely perfect! The golf cart was a blast and so easy to drop people off at the beach. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is located very close to CVS and Walmart. I even had groceries delivered from Walmart that made our stay even easier. I had to contact Ryan a few times and within minutes he texted back. I can’t speak more highly of this place!

We had a wonderful time and the house was beautiful with plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked. One suggestion would be that they stock plastic cups to take out to the pool. The golf cart was a great addition and everyone loved it. The only problem was the water never really got hot enough in the kitchen and water pressure was low. Overall it was a great time and would definitely recommend this place!

The Snazzy Coconut was a great place to stay. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds, great accommodations. Location was convenient to everything. Golf cart was nice but we also walked to a lot of the destinations. Nice pool and patio.

Amazing Week at the Snazzy Coconut
All of the top-rated reviews are justified...house is great, as well as the location to both the beach and shopping. The kids all loved having the beach and pool option every day. The golf cart addition makes quick store trips really convenient. The only recommendation I'd make is that the drier didn't seem to do well with multiple towels, but that's minor compared to the awesome week.

Great home close to the beach
The home was very clean and new looking. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of dishware, glasses and cookware for dining in and plenty of restaurant options nearby. The gas grill, though it worked well has seen better days. It needs a thorough cleaning out or replaced. The 6man cart was a lot of fun and a great convenience for short trips. Overall everyone loved the place and had a great time.

Great for multi-generational family!
This was a great property for our multi-generational group. Each couple had its own bedroom and bathroom. Balconies were nice to have. The pool was the perfect size (not too small, not too big). Glad we got it heated. Quiet and private gated community. Golf cart made trip to the beach faster and fun. It was spacious, clean and well-decorated and equipped.

Clean and beautiful, very accommodating. Kids loved the pool and the arcades. Beautiful neighborhood. Enjoyed getting around on the golf cart. Stores are close for shopping if necessary. Short walk to the beach. We loved the house and communication with the property management was top notch!!

Great home!
Our family of 20+ people has an amazing time at this house! Property looks just like in the pictures, and a short walk to the beach. House is located just a short distance to outlet mall, grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. We had the pool heated and kids loved that. Easy access to the beach. Would love to come back and definitely recommend this property.

Loved the Snazzy Coconut!
We could not imagine a more customer-satisfaction driven property management team! They worked with us on so many levels and were quick to respond to any questions a/o issues. Plenty of space for everyone, we had 6 families (w/11 adults, 6 kids ages 22 months - 16 yrs), and everyone had their separate corners to take a breather in.
Our place was loaded with items we usually have to drag along; crockpot, skillets, decent knives etc. , they really thought of everything…now if they could have only helped with the weather…

Multi-generational family vacay
We had a great stay at the snazzy coconut! We had kiddos, parents, grandparents and great grandparents! The house accommodated everyone nicely and we had ample towels and such for everyone. There was plenty of space in the kitchen and living area for everyone to gather for meals with the table on the back deck for those who preferred it. Pool was amazing! We had a couple minor issues that the owners quickly worked out for us! We had so much fun at the beach and private pool that we never even used the community pool. We had dinner at pompano joes on the beach and highly recommend! We would definitely stay at the snazzy coconut again or maybe we will try one of their other houses next time!

Great stay
We had a wonderful week at this property. Our family of 24 spent last week there. The house was clean and had everything we needed. If it makes a difference for you, the loft bunk room with arcade games does not have a door. We also appreciated the golf cart. Great location, not far from beach and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Fabulous week!
We had a fabulous week in Destin! The house was well stocked with everything we needed. There was also plenty of room for our large group to spread out. The provided golf cart made getting to the beach and other nearby places easy. The only con was the beds. The mattresses weren’t very comfortable. Otherwise, we had no complaints!

The house itself was perfect. The heated pool was absolutely a must for March. We didn’t mind being slightly off the beach because the golf cart was great. The only complaint I had was that there was active construction with a house being built right next door. They worked every week day we were there and the noise was very loud. I would have liked to have been notified before booking. We will definitely book this location again.

Amazing Place for Big Families
We had an amazing stay here. The house was perfectly laid out for our large family and never felt crowded. The heated pool was amazing for those chilly nights. They kept us stocked on propane. Any little thing we needed or asked about, property managers were right there to respond and assist. It was perfect. The free golf cart is an extremely perfect addition that is much needed. The house is well stocked with needed essentials. The beds were comfy. We loved the balconies off the rooms. We seriously had zero complaints and so much fun was to be had. This was the perfect rental for our family getaway! Thanks guys for such a great place to stay and for being so helpful and kind!
