Why spend your Vegas experience in a cookie-cutter hotel room when you could enjoy an entire villa? Located near the Convention Center and less than a mile from the Strip, this newly remodeled 4 BR, 2 BA luxury home not only features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a separate dining area, a spacious living room with modern AV equipment, and a work desk, but there is a large outdoor patio with a stunning view of the stratosphere (reminding you exactly where you are at all times)!

The house is older so the floors & door hinges creak. Light fixtures, shower curtains, & walls had stains on them. The baseboards are dirty. The vents are full of dust. The dishes, sink, & coffee pot still had food or coffee grounds on them. Bedding & towels come in a variety of styles. The same is true with the cutlery & dishware. The beds were not comfortable for some. Several blinds had missing pieces or were taped together. Several outlets did not work. A couple of lamps were just for show. The carpets need cleaning. The main carpet is falling apart underneath. No one cleaned under it; I looked. There's a faux beam in the master bedroom that doesn't seem to have a purpose. Perhaps decorative? I found a pillow with a split seam, and the duvet cover zipper was broken, so it was tied to the blanket. The vent hose from an AC unit in one of the guest rooms kept coming out of the wall. A couple of fence pieces (front and backyard) were halfway off, then fell off. The decor and some furniture pieces seemed second-hand or purchased from a yard sale. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that, but I wouldn't describe them as POSH. Many fixtures, structural areas, tiles, bathtub, shower, etc. looked cracked, separated, or hastily pieced together. I took photos, but there isn't a place to post them.
Pros: your own space, ability to cook meals, strong water pressure, washer & dryer, natural lighting windows, quick response from the owner, close to our wedding party.

Property was as it looked it pics. There were several area rugs that need replacement because they moved when walked on . Trip hazard. Front porch light wasn't working. Shower curtain in main bath had mold and mildew on it and bathroom needed cleaning. We purchased products and cleaned it. There was open food in pantry cabinet. Commutation with the host was lacking.

This is the perfect location if you want to enjoy friends and family in one location, while still being close enough to all the action. It has large rooms and great living and dining areas. The private patio was our favorite place to hang out because of the weather while we were there. And Isaac was great!

Thank you to our host Issac - I picked this home because of the openness of the common room - we all had our individual private rooms but gathered together in the spacious living area. The house had all we needed and the proximity to Resorts World was perfect. It was my first girls trip with my daughters and I’m still on cloud nine, we made some incredible memories! Great property for 4 adults needing 4 bedrooms instead of 4 hotel rooms. Uber was used for transportation to the SEMA Show location and dinners out. Didn’t realize even though it was a short distance you have to plan on the traffic. Our group was very pleased with the property. Thanks Isaac!!

We launched our hiking trip from the Arts district, which was perfect. Easy to get to Red Rock and Valley of Fire. When back in the city, tasty food nearby and plenty of space to spread out.

This is a quiet location close to the Convention Center. Easy access to groceries, gas and restaurants.

This house is very spacious and worked great for my family. It’s very large so we felt as though we still had our own space. The owner was generous enough to offer us to use anything in the cabinets as well as a complimentary bottle of wine. We returned that favor by leaving our unopened food for the next guests.
The area is quiet and neighbors were friendly. We used an Uber to get around and everything of interest was within a 10 min drive from the house.
Beds are firm so if you like a firm mattress, you’ll sleep great. I recommend bringing a tablet to enjoy tv shows at night in bed if that is something that helps you sleep. We were tired enough that is wasn’t needed and enjoyed the large tv in the living room together as a family.

A group of four of us went to Vegas for a four-day golf trip and this house was perfect. The location is great with easy access to both the strip, Fremont St, and the Arts district. Had no problem getting rideshares when needed. Quiet neighborhood and easy to find with a grocery store right up the street. Everyone was comfortable with their own room.
Isaac is a great host and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend it!

Very nice, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent location. Close to the strip but far enough for peace and quiet. Kitchen stocked nicely (I dont usually find a variety if pots and pans but this place has it). The host was very responsive and professional. Even left us a bottle of wine! My family enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying at this perfectly appointed property on a quiet residential street. The location is close drive/ride to Downtown/Old Las Vegas & The Strip (not walkable)! We traveled our team of 4, we each had our own room and privacy. The dining room table was fabulous for both dining and team meets. Gorgeous kitchen, living space, & Master BR! This property was the ultimate home base for us to relax and work out of. This rental is on the top of our Vegas rental list. Thank You for a wonderful stay.

Property manager has been extremely helpful, fast and prompt in our communication. The property is very well located, minutes drive to the Strip and many convenience shops are located within mile. The property has everything you have in your home and the is secured making leaving home a peace of mind. Wonderful and quiet neighbourhood. The only complaint we had is probably the internet was a-bit slow. Overall we had a fabulous time and everyone enjoyed our stay.

Our family spent a few days at this property between Christmas and New Years. Location could not have been better. Quiet, safe neighborhood with quick easy access to the strip, grocery stores and highways. All the bedrooms had quality bedding and comfortable mattresses. Layout was perfect for our family giving us space/private areas to spread out and areas to gather for meals and games.
Host communicated well and answered any and all questions we had. We would stay here again and will recommend this property to family and friends.

Spent money on a taxi to the property and then to a hotel due to no electricity. Called the property manager several time and didn’t answer until we were almost to our hotel. Waited for him to call back for 30 mins. How do you not know you don’t have Eleuthera day your customers are coming to stay.

I really liked this house. Location wise, you are so close to the strip, the outlet malls and the older part of Vegas. If you are familiar with Vegas, this is not the best part of town, but we never felt unsafe. The home has a security system and we felt very safe. Isaac was great, checked in with us to see if we needed anything but wasn't overbearing. I definitely would stay hear again.

Nothing was plugged in so that was kind of annoying and one bathroom for two bedrooms on opposite ends of the house was less than ideal. Other than that, very nice and open living and communal area and the inside is clean and decorated well.

The check-in process was very smooth. A few friends got there a little early and they were able to accommodate the early check-in (and a late checkout) which was super helpful. The house is a nice size for six people. Everyone had their own space and we weren’t on top of one another. The house was about 10-15 min from the strip. This was a little annoying after the second day, because we had to call Uber’s to come pick us up and they would take anywhere from 15-30 minutes to get to the house. We assumed Uber’s would move a little quicker than that. Next time we plan on staying a little closer to the strip, but that’s no fault to the house cuz we picked it lol. Over all, the communication was great, location was safe and secure, nice patio, and very accommodating.I will say there were a few things we were disappointed in. The kitchen was a nice size, but there was no stove or oven -_-. We bought a bunch of food and had to get creative with the small toaster oven. Also, the house wasn’t clean. There was hair on the bed sheets and towel and on the bathroom counters and floors, and there was a dead bug in the shower. We saw a review and someone said the similar things about the cleanliness of the house, but we took a chance anyways trusting that it was rectified. Unfortunately it wasn’t. We did however reach out to the POC and he acted immediately to have the cleaning crew come and clean the house again. However, we got back a little early and the cleaning people had wet clean sheets hanging on dirty outside furniture!! At that point I was through. I asked them to wash the sheets again given the dirt and pollen they collected hanging on the patio furniture. Lastly, this house had a laundry list of rules that are easy to follow, but may not be necessary. Just seemed like a lot of extra streps for a regular house in a regular neighborhood. The contract just made it seem like we were in a condo building or resort style neighborhood.

The owner seemed nice, but kind of slow to respond correspondence. I think the owner needs to downgrade his description of the home it is a far ways from "Posh". The refrigerator door was broken and did not properly close. It was unable to hold it's temperature which made it impossible to store medication that one of the guests needed. We pay "cleaning fee"... but the home was poorly cleaned. There was crumbs and debris on the main tables....white crusty stains all over the couch...old food left in cupboards... trash from new clothing left in closets.... the bed in one of the rooms was unsteady and moved every time the person slept and the headboard was detached on another bed that fell on one of the guests while they were sleeping. The house is showing visible aging... bubbling paint on the ceiling... light sockets that are completely pushed in and dangerous to use... really outdated kitchen appliances.... We had to strip the beds ourself and wash our towels once we left ...I've never heard of such a thing ...what are we paying a cleaning fee for???!!! This was my first time using VRBO or any company like this and this will definitely be my last time... Guess I'm going back to hotels:(

The house was fine and was consistent with the representations for the subject property. Nice open kitchen and living room area and the bedrooms were a nice size. A lot of back and forth with the owner trying to get check in information, which was somewhat understandable. However, the home was not clean. It was not filthy but I was covered with flea bites by the time I checked out. Tried to give the owner a heads up on the bug issue but never received a response.
