Gardenia Villa Beach House is just a hop, skip, and jump from the beach across the street. Our vibrant two-level getaway is home to a sparkling private pool begging for some splashy fun! With two independent, self-contained living spaces, you can rent the whole place or just the level that suits your crew.
On the upper floor, unleash your culinary creativity in the fully equipped kitchen! Gather around the wrap-around kitchen bar—perfect for up to seven hungry beachgoers—and bask in the sun shining through the sliding patio door while you enjoy your meals.
The upstairs living room is a tropical paradise, bursting with bright colors, rustic accents, and cozy furnishings that will get you started with a burst of excitement every morning.
You'll find two delightful bedrooms on this level, with practical furniture and bathed in refreshing natural light from large windows. Sink into beds with professionally laundered linens, triple sheeting, and plush luxury pillows that will make you sleep like a baby! And don’t forget those blissful bathrooms with walk-in showers featuring multi-setting showerheads, perfect for those invigorating post-beach rinses!
The ground floor is just as fabulous, especially since it's so close to the pool! You'll love whipping up breakfast and sandwiches in our petite kitchen, where everything is within arm's reach. The living room and primary bedroom offer gorgeous views of the lush backyard and our favorite feature: the sparkling pool! The second downstairs bedroom is perfectly designed with two beds, maximizing comfort and convenience. You’ll also find two bathrooms down here because who wants to wait when you're dying to return to the beach?
And to make things even easier, our vacation home comes with an in-unit washer and dryer. Say goodbye to sandy swimsuits and hello to fresh, clean clothes! Your luggage will thank you!
South Padre Island is a dream for walking and exploring, making it a laid-back and enjoyable destination. Planning to bring vehicles or rent golf carts? No problem! You can park up to four in our driveway and garage—plenty of room for all your toys!
Just a quick note: Gardenia Villa is a unique gem with independent floors that don’t connect through an internal door or stairway. Each floor has its own exterior entrance, giving you the freedom to enjoy the space however you like. So pack your bags and get ready for an unforgettable vacation!

-We strictly enforce guest capacity.
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
-Small dogs under 25 pounds are welcome at this rental. There is a pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted. Dogs are restricted to the ground floor only.
-Access to this property requires the use of stairs.
-Optional pool heating costs are $175 per week or $750 monthly. 24-hour notice is required.
