We have stayed here several times over the past few years. It is wonderful house with a fabulous screened in porch on the back that me and my girlfriends spend almost the whole time in. It’s perfect for a group of friends. The lock getting in can be a little tricky but Jeff was prompt in offering help via text. Would recommend to others for sure!

We had a great time at the lake house! Plenty of comfortable beds and extra sheets and towels. Fantastic screened in porch and we loved the open floor plan for the kitchen and living room. The secluded cove was quiet and the kids had so much fun swimming and boating around.
Thank you and we look forward to coming back!

We had an amazing time and there was plenty of space for everyone! We had all age groups presents from 2 to mid 50s. We had an absolute blast being on the water and there was plenty of dock space for our boat and jet skis. The boat ramp is less than 3 minutes away which was a huge bonus. We definitely will stay again!

Our annum family girls trip took us to Tim’s Ford Lake this year. Enjoyed our stay. We brought our own Lily Pad and hung out in the water just off the dock. Most docks in the cove had a group in the water. It was a great cove for that. A little steeper going from house to dock than the pictures looked like, but not to bad. Loved the screened in porch.

Beautiful spot. Great location. Clean house. The only things we needed to bring were hand soaps, bath towels/washcloths, shampoo/conditioner/soap for the showers, toilet paper and paper towels. Will definitely return for another vacation!

Our family had the best thanksgiving getaway at this property. The home was modern, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The back porch view and seating made for the perfect spot to enjoy an early morning coffee. We cooked a huge Thanksgiving meal and the kitchen was bigger than in the photos. Comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, large tv, rec room.

The views were amazing. Great neighbors. Just what we needed for The Jack BBQ competition.

The Best place on Tim’s Ford
I’ve counted that I’ve rented 5 different houses before this one and when I was younger/more fixed budget we stayed in the Blue Gill Marina cabins, Tim’s Ford Marina cabins and Tim’s Ford State Park cabins. However, after 18 years of doing our annual summer lake trip, all six of us agree this is the place that we will hope to come back to each year! We liked it all.
Truly is a gem. Would love to have more flat area around the firepit to accommodate all six of us but for all the other wonderful features of this home that’s ok. The east ladder to get in to the lake, minimal steps to dock, open floor plan and nicely appointed fans on the screened in porch among other surprising lovely’s inside the home just make this more the best place to drift off in to “lake time” and be on vacay however short your stay has to be. I forgot about reality(work, to do list, etc.) and truly wish I could go back the next weekend.
Will be making my plan for next summer. Happy that I’ve found my number one rental for my girlfriend weekend lake trip!

Fantastic place!
For years we’ve been going to Tim’s Ford, our favorite place to chill and have fun with family and friends, this is by far our favorite house we ever rented! Clean, spacious, kitchen is well stocked and the porch was our place to read or hang out with fantastic views!
We will definitely will be back!

Wonderful Vacation Spot!
We booked this property to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary with family and friends. We can't say enough positive things about our experience- first of all the owners were great to work with! The property was everything we could have imagined- right on the water, beautiful lake, quiet cove, beautiful home that had everything we could have needed (especially enjoyed floating by the boat dock and the screened in porch at night); ample space, plenty of other things to do like hiking and enjoying the surrounding towns, etc... We will definitely be coming back to this place again!

It REALLY WAS a little slice of heaven!
We stayed here for a graduation trip for my daughter. The house was easy to find and in a beautiful location. The cove was quiet and people that showed up through the week were friendly. But how could you not be in a good mood in such an amazing place? The house was clean. It was an easy check in and out. Jeff was amazing!!! Super nice and easy going. We had such a relaxing time out on the dock, playing in the water! We decided then, that this would be a yearly trip and this would be the house!!! We always travel with our “travel essentials bin” that carries everything we might need while traveling. The house was well stocked and we never opened the bins at all. The bedding was comfy, and there were plenty of beds. Though we spent all our time on the dock, there was a game room downstairs that could have entertained us too. It was a blast!!! Jeff and the house were both equally amazing! A must stay for Tim’s Ford lake!!!

Enjoyed our Thanksgiving on the lake!
We very much enjoyed our stay! The home is very spacious with plenty of room for two families with teenagers to spread out, they especially enjoyed the game room and fishing off the dock. The kitchen was very well stocked, we had everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving feast and the large dining table accommodated everyone. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful view, and the owner was very communicative. Would stay again.

Our weekend in “a Little Slice of Heaven” was great. Jeff was very friendly and easy to work with. The house was very nice, very clean, very user friendly, and very homey. The kitchen was great. It had everything we needed and more including directions on how to use everything. The dock was very nice. The hill to the dock was challenging for the older generation. The porches were great, especially the swing. A handrail on the steps from the gravel drive to the front porch would be a nice addition. Out football enthusiasts were disappointed not to find a network that carried their team’s game. The Vols fans had to fine another location to watch the game. The Dawgs’ game was later in the day and We were able to get the Georgia game with the HDMI cord and a laptop. The sofa and recliner were great but didn’t provide enough comfy seating for all of to watch the game. Even with these couple things, it was a great weekend. We would rent here again. Thank you for sharing your “Slice of Heaven. “

Beautiful property that needs improved parking and rails on steps.
The air conditioning was perfect during the day and allowed us to control the temperature but was programmed to lower the temperature without a way to control it manually making our sleep to be disrupted and impossible to get a good night of sleep. We had a problem with the tv and could not get the remote to work because of a loose connection of the batteries which may have been caused by dropping of the remote from a previous guest. Our call to the owner was most unpleasant. The owner lacked the temperament and knowledge to deal with our problems and was irritated and defensive. Whenever we attempted to explain our situation he interrupted and demanded that we should follow the instructions in the book he provided and was demeaning in his manner of speaking. His explanation was that he had never had problems before. After we sent a text to him he replied that his maid would come the next day to help us. Two young girls came the next day and were unable to deprogram the thermostat but made it that we could get up at midnight and adjust it manually when the thermostat stated to drop to a much colder temperature. The thermostat needs reprogramming. The maids offered to clean the nasty grill but we told them to wait until we left. After much discussion with the owner he apologized for our inconvenience. He needs a knowledgeable repairman to be available for future problems. This property is overpriced coupled with the owner’s inability to make guests feel valued.

Family Lake Vacation
We had a wonderful time at this lake house. The kids and grandkids had the BEST time and that's what was important. Kitchen is great and the house was very clean. the king size bed is downstairs and I wish it had been upstairs (that's the only comment I can give), the rest was fabulous.

Great 1st VRBO stay
First time using a vacation rental service, and it was painless. Everything was pretty much as we expected and there were no surprises. Ended up having a fabulous week on the lake. I would definitely not hesitate to rent this again, as there was plenty of room to host our extended family.

Loved our stay and had a wonderful time on the lake! Excellent location and easy to get to marina for boat rental. House and porch were just as pictured which was important for our family card games at night! Age ranged from 2 month old to 77 year old and everyone was happy! Thank you and we’ll be back!
