Would stay again!

Location, cleanliness, and staff was awesome!!!

The first room smelled awful and wasn’t really cleaned well but the staff member on duty got me in another room with no problem!!

As I walked in to check in I was notified that booking.com was suppose to reimburse me for my stay an that the Fairfield

The young lady at the front desk that had been there but a month

I never got to see it as I was turned around by a very sweet young lady that was very helpful due to. Booking. Com they never contacted me about reimbursement for something out of my control

Nice location but dirty room and poor customer service.

The location was very convenient. We were going to Carowinds for our anniversary and the hotel was in a short distance of the park.

We were given a dirty room with blood on the sheets. Also, the customer service was disappointing when the issue was brought to the front desk.

The night clerk was so nice and greeted us even though it was a little late. The breakfast was fantastic. The bed was so comfortable and everything was so clean.

There was honestly not a single thing I didn't like.

It was awesome!! Almost stayed for another night

The breakfast was great! They had turkey sausage for those who don’t eat pork like myself that was a plus. It was kept very clean and stocked up all the way to the very last minute! It was not cluttered and everything was accessible.
