Location, the pools, hot tubs and lazy river. The poolside drink area was nice and nightly live entertainment!

The couch and carpet is very old and stained. Not enough silverware for a family of 6. Washer/dryer both were loud. Refused to allow us in the condo 1 hour early when we arrived.

Good location not enough room for more than 4 or 5 unless your just using it to sleep.

The location was great, it's right on the beach

The place really isn't big enough for the 8 people it says can stay there, we had 7 and there really wasn't enough comfortable seating for all of us in the evening's, it's a good place for about 4 or 5 guests, also on the web site it said it was .2 miles from boardwalk but it's more like almost 2 miles.

Great value for money and a great location! Beautiful views of ocean Easy no contact check in

Could of been cleaned better, dust layers on ceiling fans. Water pressure in the shower also could use some attention, but the overall property itself will make you easily overlook these small issues, 5 star experience!

the view

dirty sheets, no silverware, washer and dryer didn’t work, dishwasher didn’t work and the neighbors being rowdy we had to call security/ office , for the money it was not worth it. but the Beach was nice

My favorite part of the suite is the view of ocean from the private balcony.

I didn't like that the mattress in the pull out couch was stained and too uncomfortable for sleeping.

it’s always my favorite we have stayed there for at least 10years just sucks prices are going up that we have to have smaller rooms now when we stay.

the parking stinks but as expected at a beach resort.

it was fair for the price we paid for our 4 night stay.

location, pool area, peaceful, great views

room appeared cleaned, but was only half way so. 2 days in I found a shoe that didn’t belong to us under the bed. there was dirty dishes in the dish washer, other peoples belongings left behind in closets.

The entire room smelled musky and moldy most of the dishes were dirty or rusty. The floor needs shampooing and the bathroom vent needs replacing.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this room!! the room was not clean, check in was at 4:00 but check out is at 11:00 so when we go to the place it was still not clean and we had traveled from far away. the room was snowed bad and the AC did not work. so unfortunately I did not like this private rental.

Pool area, the location the floor we stayed on was quiet

There wasn’t enough wine glasses Didn’t have extra towels in room bathroom only had 2 thin towels coffee pot was disgusting (dirty) No coffee at all outlets didn’t work only pink sugars available

The other guests were nice

The clunky dryer, the dried food on oven mits, the dirty dishes, the toilet wasn’t cleaned, the grease stains on my walls, the hole in the mattress protector, the clogged up vacuum

Great view, poor customer service, smelled musty.

Size of room, was very large, living room, bedroom with 2 queens, Murphy bed, washer/dryer & kitchen.

VERY musty smelling upon entering, gets better as you are in. Garbage can filthy. NO COUCH TO USE! They told me the couch was broken & would try to have fixed. No follow up and sofa/bed was half put back, half hanging out with cushions all over the floor, the entire stay! I was told I would be given 10% back & never was.

It had a mildew smell when I first arrived. The microwave stopped working The dryer made a loud noise

Loved the ocean view.

The property is very dirty. Doesn’t look like it has been dusted in years. The lining was left on the couch as was dirty (didn’t even use it). There are items in the room that needs some TLC( fan in living room, fan in bathroom, chair torn, and just overall uncleanliness). No one reached out to check on towels the entire stay.

It was ocean front and it had both indoor and outdoor heated pools.

The shower should have had a handle. My mom fell in the tub and was hurt
