It has a living room with a sliding glass wall, an equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large veranda and a terrace, both habitable, garden and parking space.
The beds are distributed as follows:
- double room ;
- bedroom with bunk bed.
Both bedrooms have a large wardrobe
The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, sink, shower and boiler.
The kitchen is equipped with the exception of a dishwasher and oven.
Accessories: Air conditioning, boiler, hairdryer, TV, library, freezer.
The north terrace is furnished with a 4/6 seater mahogany table, wooden bench and 2/4 chairs; and ... the view.
The south side veranda has a view of the garden and is equipped with a washing machine and a small electric barbecue.
The private garden is surrounded by greenery and can be used as desired.
The unassigned parking space is located in the condominium area, accessible from the entrance located at the end of the fence wall and offers a shady shelter, even if in some places ruined by the work of the wild boars.
